This indicated in multiple bony pathologies of the foot: artrodesis, foot of Charcot, extension of bones.La fijación externa, es una estructura que pretende anclar los múltiples fragmentos óseos del miembro en distintos planos del espacio Podemos obtener separación y compresión de las distintas estructuras óseas, así como la distensión del callo óseo y el aumento de la longitud del hueso. Esta indicada en múltiples patologías óseas del pie: artrodesis, pie de Charcot, alargamiento de huesos y traumatismos
