UPAYA HUKUM PEKERJA OUTSOURCING DALAM MENINGKATKAN
UPAH DI PT. VIDYA REJEKI TAMA YANG MELAKUKAN PERJANJIAN
JASA DENGAN UNIVERSITAS ATMA JAYA YOGYAKARTA
This legal research is entitled legal effort of outsourcing workers to
increase the wage in PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama conducting service agreement to
Atma Jaya University of Yogyakarta. The problem discussed was how the legal
efforts of outsourcing workers to increase the wage in PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama.
Thus this legal research intended to comprehend legal effort conducted by
outsourcing workers of PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama to increase the wage of which was
evaluated as under the provincial minimum wage. The result of this legal research
is hoped can give input by shape of consideration towards the knowledge in field
of labor legal study, in particularly concerning on the remuneration towards
ordinary enterprise or outsourcing enterprise.
The type of this legal research was empirical legal research. The analysis
method used was qualitative analysis, i.e. finding the data of which is appropriate
to the studied object by literary study and interview directly conducted towards
the respondents, i.e. the outsourcing workers and source person, i.e. Branch
Manager and Marketing of PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama.
The result of this research is the wage received by the outsourcing workers
in PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama who had been positioned in Atma Jaya University of
Yogyakarta is lack or under the provincial minimum wage and legal effort
conducted by the outsourcing workers in PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama, there are only
some workers who conduct legal efforts by shape of negotiation to increase wage.
It happens on the ground the outsourcing workers in PT. Vidya Rejeki Tama do
not establish workers association. In addition the other workers do not conduct
legal effort on the ground it is difficult to find new job and their low educational
level
