Abstract

У статті визначено поняття "культури" та "корпоративної культури", розглянуто кілька способів класифікації типів та складу організаційної культури. Виявлено провідну роль корпоративної культури в процесі побудови гармонійної та ефективної системи відносин в організаціях. Проаналізовано шляхи формування та розвитку корпоративної культури у ВТНЗ.In the article the concept of "culture" and "corporate culture" is determined, several ways of classifying types and composition of organizational culture are discussed. A key role of corporate culture in the process of building harmonious and effective relations in organizations is revealed.
