Interpretacija i metodički pristup protagonistu romana "Orkanski visovi", s posebnim osvrtom na odnose sa ženskim likovima

Abstract

Cilj je teksta ukazati na mogućnost dobre primjene romana Orkanski visovi u nastavi hrvatskoga jezika s učenicima srednjih škola. Naime, protagonist je primjer multidimenzionalnoga lika koji pruža mogućnost iscrpne karakterne analize na čijem se primjeru mogu iščitati elementi junaka bajronovskoga tipa. Osim toga, potiče se kritičko razmišljanje učenika o etičkim problemima u djelu, odnosno o vladanju protagonista te uzrocima i ishodima toga vladanja, te njegovu učinku na vlastiti život i život ostalih likova u romanu.The aim of this paper is to draw attention to the possibility of a good use of the novel Wuthering Heights in the secondary school Croatian language classes. The protagonist is a fine example of a multidimensional character who offers the possibility of a comprehensive character analysis and who is the embodiment of the Byronic hero. In addition to that, students are encouraged to think critically about the ethical problems in the novel; that is, about the way the protagonist behaves and the causes and consequences of his behaviour, as well as the influence he has on his own life and the lives of other characters in the novel
