Analisa Keandalan Subsea Gas Pipeline Dalam Kondisi Terkubur: Studi Kasus Dari Pemping Onshore Receiving Facilities Menuju Batam Onshore Receiving Facilities
Pipa milik PT. Energi Listrik Baatam yang mulai beroperasi tahun 2015 merupakan
perusahaan konsorsium antara PT Medco Power Indonesia dan PT Dalle Engineering
Construction Untuk mengalirkan hasil produksinya dari Pemping ORF (Onshore Receiving
Facilities) ke Batam ORF menggunakan pipa bawah laut yang akan ditanam di dasar laut.
Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan tentang analisa keandalan pipa dalam kondisi terkubur yang
dilakukan terdiri dari analisis gaya - gaya dari pipelines, perhitungan tegangan pipa, serta
keandalan pada pipa yang terbagi menjadi 2 segmen dan 9 section. Berdasarkan hasil
perhitungan tegangan, didapatkan keluaran berupa tegangan ekuivalen von misses. Tegangan
yang diijinkan dari code ASME B31.4 yaitu 90% SMYS didapat nilai sebesar 373.5 MPa,
semua pipa pada setiap section telah memenuhi tegangan yang diijinkan. perhitungan
keandalan pipa didapatkan hasil berupa nilai keandalan pipa yang diperoleh dari hasil
percobaan sebanyak 30000 kali. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pipa masih bisa beroperasi
selama design life yaitu selama 25 tahun.

obtained a value of 373.5 MPa, all pipes in each section has met the allowable voltage.
