Studi Konfigurasi Tipe Riser Terhadap KekuatanRiser (Studi Kasus : Spm FPSO Seagood 101)

Abstract

Dewasa ini bangunan lepas pantai jenis apung lebih dikembangkan daripada bangunan terpancang karena lebih ekonomis dan kemudahannya untuk dipindahkan dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain. Sehubungan dengan itu analisis tentang bangunan apung perlu dilakukan. Pada tugas akhir ini dibahas analisis kekuatan riser pada single point mooring FPSO “Seagood 101” dengan variasi konfigurasi riser, yaitu free hanging catenary, lazy-s, dan steep-s di perairan Belanak, Natuna. Tinjauan khusus dalam analisis bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku gerak FPSO “Seagood 101” dan buoy, untuk selanjutnya dapat diperoleh tension maksimum dari setiap mooring lines yang menambat buoy, sehingga akhirnya akan diketahui kekuatan riser di setiap konfigurasi. Analisis perilaku gerak dari FPSO dan buoy dilakukan dengan model matematis berbasis teori difraksi 3-dimensi. Untuk menganalisis tension tali tambat dan kekuatan riser digunakan perangkat simulasi beban kombinasi orde-2 dalam domain waktu. Hasil analisis perilaku gerak FPSO ”Seagood 101” dan buoy menunjukkan bahwa untuk gerakan translasi surge, sway, dan heave per satuan amplitude gelombang tidak terlalu besar, dengan nilai rata-rata 1,2 m/m. Sedangkan untuk gerakan rotational roll pada FPSO memiliki nilai yang tinggi, yaitu 9.39 deg/m. Untuk tension maksimum, arah pembebanan 00 pada Steep-S R1 memiliki nilai paling tinggi diantara riser yang lain, dengan tension maksimum sebesar 9.37 ton. =============================================================================================== Nowadays floating structures have been m o r e developed t h a n the fixed structures considering the economical problem and flexibility to be relocated from one site to another. In this relation analyses with regards to floating structures are necessary to be carried out. This final project discusses about the analysis of riser strength on the single buoy mooring of FPSO “Seagood 101”. The configuration of riser type are free hanging catenary, lazy-s, and steep-s at Belanak, Natuna. Special examination is aiming at identification of the motion behavior of the FPSO “Seagood 101” and the buoy, afterward to obtain the maximum tension of each mooring line that hold the buoy. Therefore finally it could be figured out the strength of variety configuration. Analysis of the FPSO and buoy motion behaviors are carried out by a mathematical model developed on the basis of the 3-dimensional diffraction theory, and to analyze the tension of mooring line and the riser strength is utilizing the software for simulating 2ndorder combination loads in time domain. Results of the analysis of FPSO “Seagood 101” and buoy motion behaviors exhibit for translational motion surge, sway, and heave per wave amplitude. Yield an average values of 1.2 m/m, whereas for rotational roll motion of the FPSO reaching a reasonably high value, that is 9.39 deg/m. Regarding to the maximum tension, load propagation at direction 0o on Steep-S R1 apparently has the largest value in comparison to the other riser configuration, amounted 9.37 ton
