Pengaruh Persepsi Keamanan, Kegunaan dan Kemudahan Nasabah Terhadap Adopsi Internet Banking Bank Rakyat Indonesia di Surabaya

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that has a very important role in a banking country in Indonesia experiencing a fierce competition, especially in the field of industry. There are several factors that can influence the customer to adopt internet banking that is security, usability and easiness in internet banking adoption. This study aims to find out how the safety factor, usability and ease in internet banking adoption can affect customers to use internet banking BRI in Surabaya. The sample used in this study is a questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 110 internet banking customers in Surabaya. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed using SPSS 20.0. The results of this study indicate that security, usability and easiness influence customer decisions to adopt BRI internet banking in Surabaya. Keywords: Security, Usability and Convenience
