Abstract

2012Analysis of Factors Affecting Consumer Decisions In Choosing CDMA\ud Card Telkom PT Telkom Makassar. This study aims to determine the\ud factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing a CDMA card at PT\ud Telkom Makassar.The research was conducted at PT Telkom Makassar.\ud Model studies of the questionnaire, which is a collection of data through a\ud list of questions prepared for each respondent. Besides the interviews is\ud also done sign accountable to the relevant parties within the company\ud which carried out systematically by objective research.The method of\ud analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression to view and analyze the\ud factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing CDMA card at\ud PT.Telkom Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the marketing\ud mix factors including quality, price, distribution and promotion channels\ud simultaneously or jointly have a significant influence on consumer\ud decisions in choosing Telkom Flexi CDMA card.\ud Keyword: quality, price, distribution and promotion channel
