Proces selekcije case study: McKinsey & Company

Abstract

This paper examines the selection process in the multinational company McKinsey & Company. The paper focuses on theoretical explanation on the selection process itself, and later on the example of McKinsey & Company. This exact company is chosen because of the reputation it has as one of the most desirable employers in the world, because it has one of the hardest selection process in the world, but also because it has a large number of candidates throughout the year. The paper analyzes general selection process that is usually applied by different companies, but also the approach and innovations that McKinsey & Company has implemented in their selection process that is adapted to the needs of the consultant industry
