Pengaruh Ukuran Dewan, Kepemilikan Manajerial Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Consumer Goods

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of board size, managerial ownership and firm size on the performance of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The approach taken by researchers uses quantitative methods. This study uses secondary data obtained from the web www.idx.co.id. The analysis used in this study is using multiple linear regression which is used to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. This research was conducted on 50 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period 2013-2017 using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The size of the board of directors does not affect the company's performance. (2) The size of the board of commissioners does not affect the company's performance. (3) Managerial ownership does not affect the company's performance.
