Estudio de antecedentes y repercusiones del trabajo emocional en el sector servicios

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo proporciona una revisión cuantitativa del Trabajo Emocional dentro del sector servicios. Definimos este concepto, sus antecedentes, las consecuencias y estrategias para afrontarlo: la regulación espontánea, el Surface Acting y el Deep Acting. Este metanálisis está formado por 18 estudios independientes y sus correlaciones que definen estas estrategias. Los resultados revelan interesantes relaciones entre las consecuencias del Trabajo Emocional e indican que la mejor estrategia es el Deep Acting, a pesar del coste emocional para su aplicación respecto a las otras dos estrategias.[eng] This paper provide a quantitative revision about the Emotional Labor in the Service Sector. We establish the concept, the precedents, the consequences and strategies to face it: spontaneus regulation, the Surface Acting and the Deep Acting. This metaanalysis is make from 18 independent studies and their correlations which define those strategies. The results reveal interesting connections between the Emotional Labor strategies and indicate the best strategy is the Deep Acting, in spite of his emotional cost to his application regarding the other two strategies
