Abstract

Collective bargaining is pronounced regularly on matters of labour hiring. In this sense, the law reserves a space for this conventional development. To do this, we start with two forms of organization of contents: a general articulation and a specific articulation by subjects. Ordination that is the result of labour reforms of the last decade in search of flexibility. And, in this line, the priority application appears as a referential element. It is presented as a main objective of this work the fact of determinating if the result of what negotiated has incorporated this flexibilizing tendency or corrected itLa negociación colectiva se pronuncia con regularidad en materia de contratación laboral. En este sentido, la ley reserva un espacio a este desarrollo convencional. Para ello, partimos de dos formas de ordenación de contenidos: una articulación general y una articulación específica por materias. Ordenación que es fruto de las reformas laborales del último decenio en busca de flexibilidad. Y, en esta línea, aparece la prioridad aplicativa como elemento referencial. Determinar si el resultado de lo negociado ha incorporado esta tendencia flexibilizadora o la ha corregido, se presenta como un objetivo principal de este trabajo
