Collective bargaining is pronounced regularly on matters of labour hiring. In this
sense, the law reserves a space for this conventional development. To do this, we start with two
forms of organization of contents: a general articulation and a specific articulation by subjects.
Ordination that is the result of labour reforms of the last decade in search of flexibility. And,
in this line, the priority application appears as a referential element. It is presented as a main
objective of this work the fact of determinating if the result of what negotiated has incorporated
