Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1). Mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang
melatarbelakangi penerapan green building pada pembangunan gedung Bank
Indonesia Solo. (2). Mengetahui pengetahuan owner, kontraktor dan para
pengguna bangunan gedung BI Solo terhadap konsep green building. (3).
Mengetahui persepsi owner, kontraktor dan para pengguna bangunan gedung BI
Solo terhadap konsep green building. (4). Mengetahui pengalaman owner,
kontraktor dan para pengguna bangunan gedung BI Solo terhadap konsep green
building. (5). Mengetahui harapan owner, kontraktor dan para pengguna bangunan
gedung BI Solo terhadap konsep green building. (6). Mengetahui peran serta
owner, kontraktor dan para pengguna bangunan gedung BI Solo terhadap konsep
green building. (7). Mengetahui kepedulian owner, kontraktor dan para pengguna
bangunan gedung BI Solo terhadap konsep green building. (8). Mengidentifikasi
dampak penerapan green building pada gedung Bank Indonesia Solo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi. Sumber data dalam
penelitian ini adalah narasumber/ informan, responden, dokumen/ arsip, dan
tempat atau lokasi penelitian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive
sampling dan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah
wawancara, angket dan mencatat dokumen. Validitas menggunakan product
moment. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif dan teknik
statistik.
Hasil penelitian ini antara lain (1). Latar belakang pembangunan gedung
Kantor Bank Indonesia Solo adalah untuk efisiensi energi dan membuat bangunan
ramah lingkungan. (2). Pengetahuan owner, kontraktor dan pengguna gedung
mengenai green building baik. (3). Owner, kontraktor dan pengguna gedung
memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap green building yaitu green building dapat
mengatasi global warming, pembangunan green building pada gedung Bank
Indonesia Solo penting dilakukan, green building menarik, penggunaan air dan
energi green building efisien, peluang green building di Indonesia relatif besar
dan hambatan green building di Indonesia yaitu terletak pada pengetahuan
masyarakat yang kurang, teknologi yang menunjang harus impor serta biaya awal
pembangunan yang tinggi. (4). Biaya awal pembangunan green building mahal
dan proses pembangunan green building rumit tetapi biaya pemeliharaan green
building murah. (5). Pengalaman owner dan kontraktor adalah terlibat dalam
pembangunan green building sedangkan pengguna gedung belum pernah terlibat.
(6). Harapan owner dan pengguna gedung terhadap green building yaitu
pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai green building meningkat, pemerintah
mengeluarkan kebijakan tentang green building, bangunan green building di
Indonesia bertambah banyak, pemerintah memberikan biaya insentif bagi
bangunan green building dan ditemukan rancangan green building dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau. (7). Harapan kontraktor terhadap green building yaitu
pemerintah memberikan apresiasi kepada kontraktor yang telah membangun
green building, owner dan perencana mencantumkan biaya green building dalam
RAB, peraturan green building untuk kontraktor diberi keringanan, dan
pemerintah menjadikan green building sebagai syarat wajib bagi kontraktor. (8)
Owner, kontraktor dan pengguna gedung memiliki peran serta yang cukup besar
dalam mewujudkan green building. (9). Owner, kontraktor dan pengguna gedung
memiliki kepedulian yang cukup besar terhadap green building. (10). Dampak
green building positif bagi lingkungan, ekonomi dan sosial.

The purpose of this research is (1). Identify some things that be a reason
the implementation of green building on Indonesian Bank built. (2). Knowing the
owner, contractor and some user of BI building knowledge in their concept of
green building. (3). Knowing the perception of owner, contractor, and the user of
Indonesian Bank Building in Solo about the concept of green building. (4).
Knowing the experience of owner, contractor and the user of Indonesian Bank
Building in Solo about the concept of green building. (5). Knowing the
expectation of owner, contractor and the user of Indonesian Bank Building in Solo
about the concept of green building. (6). Knowing the taking part of owner,
contractor and the user of Indonesian Bank Building in Solo about the concept of
green building. (7). Knowing the attention of owner, contractor and the user of
Indonesian Bank Building in Solo about the concept of green building. (8).
Identifying the impact of green building aplication in Indonesian Bank in Solo.
This research uses a combination method. The data source of this research
are informants, respondents, documents / files, and the place or location of the
research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and simple
random sampling. The technique of collecting data of this research is interview,
questionnaires and notes some documents. The data validity of this research uses
product moment. The data analysis of this research is interactive and statistic
analysis.
The result of this research study are (1). The reason of Indonesian Bank
office building in Solo is to efficiency the energy and environmental friendly. (2).
The knowledge of the owner, contractor and the user of the building about green
building is good. (3). The owner, contractor and the user of the building have a
positive perception about green building, such as green building can overcome the
global warming, the building of green building in Indonesian Bank in Solo is
important, green building is interesting, water and energy using in green building
is efficient, the green building opportunities in Indonesia is high and the
Indonesian green building barrier is the low social understanding, import of
technology and the high of initial cost building. (4). The initial cost of green
building construction is high and the building process of green building
complicated but the maintenance costs of green building low. (5). The owner and
contractor experience is taking part in the building process of green building
where as the user not taking part yet. (6). The expectation of the owner and the
building user about green building is improving social understanding, the
government can carried out about the prudent of green building, the increasing of
Indonesian green building, the government give in centive cost for the green
building and founded the low of green building cost design. (7). The contractor
expectation about green building is the government give an appreciation to the contractor of green building, the owner and the planner of green building give
green building draft cost in RAB, the waivers of green building rules for the
contractor and the government make obliged requirement of the green building for
the contractor. (8). Owner, contractor and the user of building have the high
participation in green building. (9). Owner, contractor and the user of green
building have the high of attention in green building. (10). The green building has
positive impact for the environment, economy and social.
