PROCES ODLUČIVANJA O KUPNJI NA TRŽIŠTU MOBITELA : Završni rad

Abstract

Analiza i shvaćanje potrošača su iznimno bitni kako bi se shvatilo kakav proizvod ili uslugu treba ponuditi. Tu prije svega treba voditi računa o preferencijama i navikama potrošača, ali isto tako treba biti svjestan da tehničke karakteristike ili dizajn neće biti dovoljne da u potpunosti zadovolje očekivanja potrošača. U posljednje vrijeme tvrtke postaju svjesne vaţnosti dobrog provođenja marketinških aktivnosti u fazi privlačenja potrošača, ali isto tako i kod zadržavanja postojećih potrošača. Tržište mobilnih telefona karakteriziraju veliki prihodi, velik broj potencijalnih potrošača, snaţna konkurencija, inovacije, orjentiranost tehnologiji, ali i potencijalno zasićenje tržišta. Uspješnost tvrtke na tržištu mobilnih telefona će prije svega ovisiti o kvaliteti proizvoda koji ponude, omjeru cijene i kvalitete, razumijevanju potrošača i provođenju marketinških aktivnosti.In order to understand what kind of product or services should be offered consumer analysis and understanding of consumers are extremly important. First of all, consumer preferences and habits should be taken into account, but also it is necessary to be aware that technical characteristics and design will not be enough to fully satisfy consumer expectations. Nowadays, companies are becoming aware of the importance of good marketing activities in the consumer attraction phase, but also when it comes to keeping current consumers. Mobile phone market is characterized by high revenues, a large number of potential consumers, strong competition, inovations, orientation towards technology, but there is also possible saturation of market. Success of the company on the mobile phone market will primarily depend on the offered products, price-quality ratio, understanding of consumers and on the way that marketing activities are carried out
