PRIMJENA POSLOVNE ETIKE U PODUZEĆU CEMEX HRVATSKA D.D. : diplomski rad

Abstract

Završni rad proučava sve zastupljeniju temu u gospodarstvu – poslovnu etiku te opisuje njezin teorijski aspekt i primjer kako se poslovna etika promovira i provodi u praksi - na primjeru poduzeća Cemex Hrvatska d.d. Ovo poduzeće je odabrano jer je dio velike multinacionalne kompanije te se na njemu pokazuje kako se korporativni etički kodeks može primijeniti na lokalnoj razini i pri tome obuhvatiti sva bitna područja u etičkom upravljanju neovisno o mjestu i državi poslovanja. Poslovna etika se temelji na općim ljudskim vrijednostima te obuhvaća skup načela kojima se usmjerava ponašanje zaposlenika i interesnih skupina. Etički kodeks predstavlja najčešći način institucionaliziranja etike u suvremenim poduzećima. Pri tome predstavlja samo okvir unutar kojega su definirana prava, pravila, odgovornosti, obveze i sankcije za neetičko ponašanje te sam po sebi ne osigurava etičnost u poslovanju. Edukacijama, promoviranjem korektnih odnosa u zapošljavanju i poslovanju, provođenjem društveno odgovornih projekata i brigom o okolišu poduzeća poboljšavaju svoj ugled u javnosti, stječu povjerenje zajednice i zaposlenika i osiguravaju dugoročno i uspješno poslovanje. Važno je naglasiti da učenje etike nikada ne prestaje, uvijek je moguće usavršavati se i pridonositi etičnosti kako u poslovanju tako i u osobnom životu.This thezis analyzes the important topic of economy - business ethics and describes it´s theoretical aspect and example of how business ethics is promoted and implemented in practice - on the example of stock company Cemex Croatia. This firm was chosen because it is a part of large multinational company and on it´s example is presented how ethical code can be applied on the local level and therby cover all important areas in the ethical management regardless of location and the state in which the business is operated. Business ethics is based on universal human values and includes a set of principles that should guide employees and all interest groups. Ethical code represents the most common way of institutionalizing ethics in modern enterprises. It is only a framework in which are defined laws, rules, responsibilities, obligations and sanctions for unethical behaviorand it does not ensure business ethics by itself. With education, promotion of correct relations in recruiting and operating, implementation of corporate social responsibility projects and care for enviroment the companies improve their public image and reputation, gain the trust of community and employees and ensure a long term and succesful business. The teaching of ethics never stops, it is always possible to develop yourselves and to contribute to ethics in business and personal life
