Office Building in the Low-Energy Standard

Import 04/02/2014Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby administrativní budovy a splnění požadavků na nízkoenergetickou stavbu. Práce se zabývá posouzením tepelně – technických vlastností obvodových konstrukcí a vyhodnocením vybraných stavebních detailů. Dále je posuzováno denní osvětlení v místnostech s trvalým pobytem osob, v tomto případě kancelářských prostor. V objektu je navržena otopná soustava s využitím alternativního zdroje energie. Součástí diplomové práce je rovněž posouzení vhodnosti navrženého zdroje tepla a porovnání investičních a provozních nákladů. Cílem práce je splnění normových požadavků tepelně – technických vlastnosti budov a denního osvětlení prostor s trvalým pobytem osob.Theme of this diploma thesis is elaborating of project´s documentation for pursuing of administrative building and for fulfilment of requirements to low-energy building. Thesis applies to appraisal of thermal-technical qualities of perimetr construction and evaluation of choosen structural details. Next thesis evaluates daily light in the rooms with permanent residence, in this case of office space. In the building there is projected heating system with application of alternative source of energy. Constituent of this diploma thesis is to appraisal of suitability projected source of heat and comparison of investment and profit expenses.
