Studi Eksperimental Variasi Bahan Bakar Octane Booster Menggunakan Alat Hydrocarbon Crack System (HCS) Dengan Jumlah Lilitan Pemanas Pipa Tembaga 3 Dan 7 Lilitan Pada Honda New Megapro 150 CC

Abstract

The Hydrocarbon Crack system (HCS) is a heating system that is used to process fuels that have a greater value than fuel by using a heated copper pipe to help supply high-octane fuel in the combustion chamber. External / exothermic heat from the internal combustion engine (vehicle engine) itself from the engine block heat and from the exhaust. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of torque (Nm) and Power (kW) and to provide specific fuel for standard motorcycle engines and those that use pertamax turbo, ethanol (70% alcohol), and methanol as octane value enhancers on Hydrocarbon Crack tools. System (HCS) with 3 winding lines and 7 copper pipe windings. From the results of the standard system testing (non HCS) with the addition of the Hydrocarbon Crack System (HCS) tool, increasing the speed, power and costs incurred in the fuel at 4000 rpm to 8000 rpm. The additional torque is only 0.2 Nm from standard conditions (non HCS) with the addition of Hcs 7 wind turbine turbo. The result of the expansion of the power is only 0.03 kW from the standard conditions (non HCS) with the addition of the HLC 7 coil fueled Pertamax turbo. While reducing the specific fuel consumption is only 14.94% with the addition of 7 windings of methanol
