International audienceThe aims of this presentation are to describe the Geant4 simulation of the Large Area Pixelized Detector (LAPD) for in-beam ballistic control of hadrontherapy treatments, discuss the production of β+ emitters in organic matter and compare simulations results to 65 MeV proton data
