A linguistic study of an inquisitorial document in the Filipinas of the XVIIth century

Abstract

El presente trabajo recoge un estudio lingüístico de un texto en español aureo enmarcado en una tradición discursiva concreta. Aporta una visión general de la fonética, morfosintaxis y léxico del español en estado de ebullición que cruza las fronteras de la Península y se instaura en los nuevos territorios conquistados. La estructura de este trabajo tiene también la finalidad de servir de ejemplos de cómo trabajar con un texto inédito para los estudiantes de la Historia de la Lengua Española de nuestras universidades.This paper presents a linguistic study of a Spanish text aureus framed in a particular discursive tradition. Provides an overview of phonetics, morphosyntax and lexicon of Spanish in a state of boiling that crosses the borders of the Peninsula and introducing the new conquered territories. The structure of this paper is also intended to serve as examples of how to work with an unpublished text for students of History of the Spanish language in our universities
