Perhitungan Lifetime Transformator pada Jaringan Distribusi 20 kV Penyulang WNI 3 Wonogiri

Abstract

The distribution network is very important function to distribute electrical energy from the power plant to the consumer. Reliable distribution network is necessary for the distribution of electrical energy without any disturbance. The Transformer is a very important component in the distribution network to distribute electricity from the substation to to load, so that the Transformer can work without any damage to the selection of the Transformer to be used must be appropriate, election of Transformers in the distribution network tailored to the large load (kVA), and must perform regular maintenance. In the calculation of a Transformer lifetime we can predict the lifetime of the Transformer from the calculation of voltages and currents that are used every day, knowing the Transformer lifetime we can prevent damage to the Transformer before replacing the damaged Transformer. In calculating the Transformer lifetime reduction performed on the distribution network Transformers with the brand Starlite obtained amounting to 33,1% error value of PLN standardization that is equal to 80%, then the Transformer reduced wear time 6 years 8 months of assuming the use of Transformer 20 years, the time remaining for Transformer to 13 years and 4 months, while the Transformer brands Unindo natural lifetime value obtained calculation error reduction by 30,53% from PLN standardization that is equal to 80%, then the Transformer reduced wear time of 6 years 4 months of assuming the use of Transformer 20 years, the time remaining for Transformers to 13 years and 8 months
