This data represents repeated immunohistochemical staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex following chessboard deprivation. Included are images from consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of a given antibody stain
