Sobre el miedo al delito y los otros miedos: el ciudadano-víctima y la inseguridad transversalizada

Abstract

In the current societies the feeling of insecurity and fear urden to international level and do of the victimization a multidimensional phenomenon, more when it floods the different areas of the social development and installs like a typology of citizen. Using national surveys, descriptively analyze (in) human security in Chile, the associated crime and victimization. In the results stands out an acute feeling of social insecurity, that extrapolates to dimensions like the health, the work and the institutional protection. This feeling carries to the privatisation of the spaces, change in the ways of life and modification in daily behaviours otrora trivial. Insecurity, with nuances according subjectively mainstreamed the characteristics of the subject and context, it interweaves with the institutional disaffection and the increase in "other" differentiation.En las sociedades actuales la sensación de inseguridad y temor se urden a nivel internacional y hacen de la victimización un fenómeno multidimensional, más cuando inunda las diferentes áreas del desarrollo social y se instala como una tipología de ciudadano. Utilizando encuestas nacionales, se analiza descriptivamente la (in)seguridad humana en Chile, la asociada al delito y la Victimización. En los resultados se destaca un agudo sentimiento de inseguridad social, que se extrapola a dimensiones como la salud, el trabajo y la protección institucional. Esta sensación lleva a la privatización de los espacios, cambio en los modos de vida y modificación en conductas cotidianas otrora triviales. La inseguridad, subjetivamente transversalizada con matices según las características del sujeto y el contexto, se entrama con la desafección institucional y el incremento de los “otros” de diferenciación
