Preeclampsia

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické části a diskuze. Práce popisuje péči porodní asistentky o ženu s preeklampsií napříč různými historickými obdobími. Hlavní část práce tvoří popis vývoje ošetřovatelské péče o ženu s preeklampsií napříč čtyřmi historickými obdobími, a to: 19. století, 1. polovina 20. století, 2. polovina 20. století a začátek 21. století. Každá kapitola je zakončena diskuzí, ve které jsou shrnuty důležité informace a zároveň má sloužit jako přehled, na co se při péči o ženu s preeklampsií zaměřit. V samotném závěru práce jsou pak porovnávány jednotlivá období z hlediska vývoje ošetřovatelské péče o rodičku s preeklampsií a najdeme zde doporučení pro praxi.ObhájenoBachelor´s thesis consists of theoretical part and discussion. The thesis describes nursing care of woman with preeclampsia through four historical periods: 19. century, 1. half of 20. century, 2. half of 20. century and beginning of 21. century. Each chapter is ended with discussion, which summarize important information. At the same time discussion has to serve as example on which things, during the care of woman with preeclampsia, midwife should focus on. At the end of thesis are each historical periods compared in terms of nursing development about women with preeclampsia and as well we found there recommendations for practice
