Industrial Equipment Design based on Vibration Monitoring and Diagnostics Systems Sensors Reliable Location

Abstract

In this article are examined the different variants of the vibration monitoring and diagnostics systems sensors layout on a different industrial equipment in the process of it design, for example, on electric motors, gearboxes, different pumps and etc. An analysis over schemes of sensors locations is brought, taking into account different factors, such as, availability, possibility of communication tricking, repair complication and etc. Briefly are listed some most prevailing vibration diagnostics and monitoring systems, and also principles of their work. In the end of article conclusions are done about the most effective schemes of sensors positioning, recommendations are given on their setting. Advantages are also listed on the whole, which consumer gets after equipment acquisition with the designed places for fixing sensors
