Abstract

The possibility of creating a car airbag located outside the passenger compartment is being considered. Its specificity is that it is built into the body of the car and opens from the outside of the car before the collision but not after. In a collision of the cars or of a car and pedestrian they do not interact with each other, but with the airbag that opens before the collision. Perhaps this will save not only the lives of the participants in the collisions, but also the cars themselves, because the impact load decreases due to the increased interaction time at impact.Рассматривается возможность создания подушки безопасности автомобиля, расположенной вне салона. Специфика ее состоит в том, что она встроена в кузов автомобиля и раскрывается с внешней стороны автомобиля перед столкновением, а не после.
