Abstract

In der Masterarbeit werden die Bedeutungshaltungen von Stinatzerinnen zum musikalischen Phänomen "nujno jačit“ (traurig, erzählend singen), beleuchtet. Es wird ebenso verdeutlicht, welche Rollen, Sozialisation, Identität, Brauchtumspflege und Minderheitenpolitik dabei spielen. Besondere Gewichtung fällt dabei auf die musikalische Aufarbeitung der aufgenommenen Tonbeispiele sowie auf die Erklärung der Funktionen und des Gebrauchs der Lieder aus früherer und aus heutiger Sicht. Weiters wird auf einen musikalischen Wandel eingegangen, der aktuell die Stinatzer Musiklandschaft beherrscht.The Masterthesis is about the meaning of the singing style "nujno jačit" to the Burgenland Croats of Stinatz, explaining the important role of cultural heritage of minorities. Furthermore the music examples play an important role in describing the functions and use of the music style, concerning also the historical happenings of a minority. Afterwards viewpoints illustrate the powerful role of new music styles which transformed the musical tradition in Stinatz
