Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the work spirit of educational staf, the effect of work environment on the works spirit of educational staf, the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on the work spirit of educational staf of Riau Kepulauan University, with population of 76 educational staf. This research method using questionnaire, Mutile Linear Regression with SPSS statistic tool. The sampling technique used the census, the entire population was studied. The result of this research are: Transformational Leadership has no significant effect on work spirit with the value of Sig. 0,217. Work environment has significant effect on  work spirit with the value of Sig. 0,004, Transformational Leadership and Work Environment have no significant effect on work spirit with the value of Sig. 0,429. Keywords: Leadership; Work Condition; Work Spirit.  Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap semangat kerja tenaga kependidikan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja tenaga kependidikan dan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja tenaga kependidikan. Objek penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan Universitas Riau Kepulauan dengan populasi 76 tenaga kependidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan menggunakan Resgresi Linier Berganda dengan alat uji statistic SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan sensus, seluruh populasi diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja dengan nilai Sig 0,217, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja dengan nilai Sig -0,004, Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap semangat kerja dengan nili Sig 0,429.  Katakunci: Kepemimpinan; Lingkungan Kerja; Semangat Kerja

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN FARMASI MILIK BUMN DAN SWASTA

Abstract. This research as a purpose to comparative analysis of financial performance in the pharmacy state owned corporation with private corporation listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2014 periods. The methodologies of Reseach is descriptive compatative, sampling used was 8 companies listed in ISE for 5 periods. Analysis technique used was Independen sample T-test. The Result of analysis show that comparative of financial performance in the pharmacy state owned corporation with private corporation base on ROE is be found significantly differentiation because the private corporation ROE is safe position on 15%, where as state owned corporation ROE is under safe position. If looked base on EPS is be found significantly differentiation between pharmacy state owned corporation with private corporation because private corporate EPS better than state owned corporate. For EVA value the pharmacy state owned corporation with private corporation not be found significantly differentiation because the second corporate have  EVA negative.Keywords. financial performance; ROE; EPS; EVA Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan farmasi milik BUMN dan Swasta yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2010 – 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif komparatif, dengan sampel 8 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI selama 5 tahun. Sementara teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Independen sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan farmasi milik BUMN dan Swasta berdasarkan ROE terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan karena ROE milik swasta ada di posisi aman dengan persentase diatas 15%, sementara persentase ROE perusahaan farmasi BUMN masih dibawah posisi aman. Apabila dilihat berdasarkan EPS terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara EPS perusahaan farmasi milik BUMN dan swasta karena laba per lembar saham milik perusahaan farmasi Swasta rata-ratanya jauh lebih tinggi dari perusahaan BUMN. Namun untuk nilai EVA perusahaan farmasi BUMN dan swasta tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan karena kedua jenis perusahaan ini sama-sama memiliki nilai EVA negatif.Katakunci. kinerja keuangan; ROE; EPS; EV

PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI, NORMA SUBJEKTIF, SIKAP BERPERILAKU DAN PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy, subjective norms, attitudes behave, and entrepreneurship education on the intentions of entrepreneurship the students of Kuningan University .This research use descriptive method, verifikatif, and eksplanatory metoe using questionnaire as the main data gathering tool. In this research, the subject of this research is the students of Kuningan University. Samples in this study are 360 respondents. The data is done by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model with SPSS 20 computer program. The result of this research shows that self efficacy, subjective norm, attitude behave, and entrepreneurship education have a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention.Keywords. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang digunakan deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metoe eksplanatorydengan menggunakankuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data pokok.Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 360 orang responden. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, norma subjektif, sikap berperilaku, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha.Kata Kunci.
