The validation results showed 100% design feasibility (very valid), 95% material feasibility (very valid), and 97.5% language feasibility (very valid). The small-scale effectiveness test showed an increase in learning outcomes of 43%, while the large-scale test showed an increase of 34.8%. The results showed that the flipbook-based Fiqh Thaharah teaching materials were very feasible and effective to use in supporting the learning process

Transformative and Innovative Leadership: The Key to Successful Teacher Competency Development in Islamic Schools
This study aims to analyze the leadership strategies—particularly transformative, participatory, and Islamic value-based approaches—used by the principal in developing human resources at SMP Islam Amanah Ummah. Employing a qualitative case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation involving one principal and five teachers directly involved in the HR development program. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data, supported by triangulation and member checking to ensure validity. The findings show that the principal implements structured leadership strategies through annual planning, In-House Training (IHT), internal coaching, and participation in external training. A key innovation is the integration of non-academic training such as public speaking, digital media production, and Islamic health practices. These strategies not only improve pedagogical competence but also enhance teacher motivation and loyalty. A significant challenge identified is resistance to technological adaptation among senior teachers, as well as limited funding and time constraints for intensive training. The most important contribution of this research is the identification of a holistic, Islamic value-based leadership model that promotes both academic and moral development in teachers

The Effectiveness of Podcast Media in Leadership Style Material: The Story of the Prophet Moses AS on Changes in Student Character
This study aims to test the effectiveness of podcast media compared to conventional methods in improving the character of elementary school students through the leadership narrative of the Prophet Moses AS. With a quantitative approach and a pretest-posttest control group experimental design, the research was conducted in one class of grade IV students of SD Al Khotimah, who were given conventional learning treatment and digital podcasts alternately. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods on the change in students\u27 character, with an F score of 1.174 (smaller than the F-table of 3.947), and an average podcast posttest score of 83.083 and a conventional 81.000. These findings suggest that podcasts have potential as an innovative alternative learning medium, although they are not significantly superior. The practical implications of this study indicate that podcasts can still be used as a complement to conventional learning, mainly because of their ability to build emotional engagement and convey character values narratively. The development of podcast-based learning media needs to be supported by a longer learning duration and a reflective approach in order to have a more profound character impact
Exploring the Impact of Character Education and School Literacy on Students’ Learning Outcomes
This study aims to analyze the influence of character education and the school literacy program on students’ Islamic Education (PAI) learning outcomes at SDN 102128 Nagaraja. Employing a quantitative ex post facto design, the research involved a saturated sample of 85 students, with data collected through validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaires and documentation of academic scores. Data analysis included classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The findings show that both character education and the school literacy program have a positive and significant partial effect on PAI learning outcomes, as indicated by the t-test results (t = 4.676 for character education; t = 8.268 for school literacy, both > t-table = 2.002). Simultaneously, the two variables strongly influence learning outcomes, demonstrated by an F-value of 726.549 (Sig. = 0.000), confirming the acceptance of all alternative hypotheses. The regression model (Y = 27.810 + 0.550X₁ + 0.987X₂) shows that literacy contributes the largest effect, although character education also plays an important role in shaping students’ academic performance. These results are reinforced by behavioral rubric data showing that more than 90% of students demonstrate consistent or frequent positive character traits, indicating successful internalization of character values. The study implies that strengthening literacy practices and character-building programs is essential for enhancing students’ academic achievement, particularly in religious education. It further highlights the importance of integrated school policies that combine cognitive, moral, and literacy development to support holistic learning outcomes
Maintaining the Mentality of Generation Z: Strategies and Challenges for Muslim Families in the Digital Era
This study aims to explore the strategies and challenges faced by Muslim families in Sidomulyo, Kartasura, especially parents, in raising Generation Z with a new mindset. This qualitative study adopts a phenomenological approach to gain a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of parents as mentors for Generation Z. Data were collected from 3 families. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Muslim families use active supervision, open and reciprocal communication, family time, and religious education to foster emotional resilience and positive character traits in their children. These findings highlight Muslim families\u27 vital role in shaping Generation Z\u27s mindset and fill a gap in previous research where the direct involvement of families in the digital era is often overlooked. Future family-based mental health interventions in Muslim communities point to the need to integrate religious values with digital literacy and emotional support strategies. Provides practical insights for developing family-centered programs to improve intergenerational mental health
