Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam Penanggulangan Kemiskinan

The purpose of this study to analyze and describe the empowerment ofsmall and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as reduction of poverty in Waru Rejovillage, Gempol Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency as well as describe its supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicated the process of empowerment has been done by the government was limited to the provision of capital to develop Small and Medium Enterprises. In this empowerment, there are supporting factors included sufficient of labor,raw materials were cheap and easy to find, law of capital, the support fromapparatus village, supply raw materials were easy, agreement of selling price between group members. Meanwhile, inhibiting factor in this empowerment were inadequate or damaged on infrastructure, minimum assistance from the government, lack of waste disposal sites, and nothing of marketing products

Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan (PNPM-MP) di Desa Bligo Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study was describe the community participation inthe implementation of the National Community Empowerment Program for Urban(PNPM-MP) in the Bligo village, Candi sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency as well as to describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The method of this research used qualitative description. The results of this research show that community participation in this program implementation has been running well. It is caused at the participation stages that is consisting of monitoring and evaluation stage, the maintenance stage, and utilization of the building has been running well. However, at the decision-making stage and the implementation stage must be improved. The successful of this program implementation is influenced by supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is commitment of head village, participation of non-governmental organization, commitment and support of interest groups. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are less of supervisor participates in the manager finance unit. So there are two of nongovernmental organizations that delay to refunds and community participation that is not involved in the whole of each activity

Pembangunan Terintegrasi dalam Mewujudkan Kota Pariwisata Bertaraf Internasional: Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Banyuwangi Jawa Timur

This study aims to analyze and describe how the integrated development in realizing Banyuwangi as an international tourism city is. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative with analysis descriptive approach. The results of study show that in realizing Banyuwangi as an international tourism city through integrated development, the lokal government of Banyuwangi Regency performs three steps of consolidation, namely improvement of infrastructure for access to the leading tourist destinations, consolidation of lokal cultural wealth, and consolidation of the tourism community. Through such measures, the number of foreign tourist arrivals has increased very significantly from year to year and Banyuwangi received several awards for the accomplishments and contributions in the tourism sector

Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Pendidikan di UPTD Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Porong Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The purpose of this study to analyze and describe the quality ofeducational administration services as well as to describe supporting andinhibiting factors that affect towards quality of educational administrationservices in Education Department, Porong Subdistrict. In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that educational administration services in Education Department, Porong Subdistrict had good quality. This is supported by good services from officer. In addition, they provide services prima like fast, responsive, accommodative, innovative, productive and economic. In addition, there were 5 elements in this services, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. While supporting and inhibiting factors could affect the service itself, namely: resource officers, public awareness, and facilities

Peran Pemerintah dan Kader Masyarakat dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat untuk Pengolahan Sampah

The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the role of government and Sumringah Ngampelsari interests group on waste management basedempowerment in the Ngampelsari village. This study used qualitative approach. The results of this study indicated that the processing and utilization of organic waste is done by simple composting technology. In order to maximize the results of processing waste become compost, the community maintain ornamental plants and medicinal plants. While, inorganic waste to be processed into valuable goods. Waste management based on empowerment is provided by guidance about awareness to the citizens to cultivate their waste and used compost to plantornamental plants, traditional plants and provided of bins in their neighborhood

Fenomena Korupsi Pejabat Publik di Jawa Barat

The purposes of this research to know and described corruption patternconducted by government officials, the causes of corruption involving government officials, and effective solution in combating corruption in West Java that should be taken by the law enforcement institutions. This research based on qualitative method by literature research and in depth interview. The research founds that corruption committed in West Java mostly in form of State Budgeting Loss meanwhile; the causes of corruption in West Java were high political cost and taking the loopholes of such regulation. So, It can be solved by the law enforcement institutions must perform better in the eradication of corruption by repairing three sectors such as regulation, organizational structure and legal culture of the officers
