Multiple Intelligences As The Revolution For The Concept Of Intelligence
People, parents, and teachers in an educational institution often conceive that intelligence can only be seen through academic scores and
formal test results such as getting the high score or being the highest student in the classroom. This conception is out of date and superficial
as the concept of intelligence is broad and has undergone some changes due to the appearance of multiple intelligences theory proposed by
a Psychologist from Harvad University. Intelligence is not limited to formal test only; it is multidimensional and the process of discovering
one‟s competence. Multiple intelligences is the theory of intelligence which was pioneered by a psychologist from Harvard University who
suggests that everyone is intelligent and has tendency to posses an intelligence among eight dimensions of intelligences. The eight
dimensions of intelligences are linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic
intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, and Existential - spiritual
intelligence
The Analysis of Health System in Malaysia and Indonesia
Health service is the one of an important yardstick will be the progress and stability of a country. This is a descriptive, qualitative study using the social-legal approach. Secondary data obtained through the study of documents from both countries are examined. According to WHO, health care systems are better able to deliver quality services to its citizens, whenever needed. The system should also have a sound financial mechanism; human resources trained and paid accordingly; sources of reliable information as a basis for decision-making and policy formulation as well; Infrastructure and logistics facilities and supervised both for supplying medicines and medical technology quality. Of the fact that in practice it is not easy to reverse many hands like a reverse tepalak tantantangan and challenges occur. In this study the authors will show what happens challenges in creating a health care system in Malaysia and Indonesia. The method used in this study the authors try to use research methods and sociological analysis sosaial approach in conducting the study. The findings obtained a conclusion of the effort is not easy but of good intentions and good preparation of all aspects of the course will be beneficial for society
Implementation of Capital Budgeting for MSME in Fixed Assets Investment Decisions Through Andragogy Approachment
Small Micro Enterprises become solution for society to eradicating poverty, providing job vacancies and strengthening micro economic sector. One of weakness for MSMEs are budgeting management and decision maker in investment, especially in fixed assets becomes major problem, because the owner of MSMEs not all of them is well educated in business and investment. Because ineffective decision can effect their economic condition and business sustainability. So, it is a necessary to learn about analyzing investment by capital budgeting through Andragogy approachment for the owner of MSMEs. It is really important for society development. Andragogy learning is special methods that used for teach in grand training for adults. Majority of the MSME sectors are adults, so we need to provide special approachment. This type of research is qualitative used are qualitative methods. Most of the data were collected by reviewing and exploring a variety of theories and praxis through literatures. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs generally have a basic strategy of inadequate management, besides the lack of ability of MSMEs in terms of management and strategy led to business failures and difficult business to flourish. This study is determining the best learning method for the owner of MSMEs to analyze condition in decision making in investment of fix assets

Conceptual Framework for Knowledge Sharing Initiative in Institution of Higher Learning to Enchance The Teaching Performance and Innovation
Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) should cultivate the practice of sharing knowledge among lecturers for the purpose of preserving knowledge. Knowledge sharing is a mechanism which can result in the establishment of knowledge repository. This repository enables knowledge deposited be retrieved for further usage other than a way for preserving knowledge in Institution of Higher Learning (IHLs). The Reuse of knowledge from repository can improve the teaching performance and innovation among lecturers. The knowledge sharing initiative among lecturers enable knowledge deposited be retrieved for further usage other than a way for preserving knowledge in Institution of Higher Learning (IHLs). However, knowledge sharing initiative has not been established base on any guide or framework. Furthermore, factors influencing the initiative to the teaching performance and innovation ought to be revealed since there is no such research has been carried out. It is the objective of this paper to propose a conceptual framework for knowledge sharing initiative in Public Institution of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Malaysia which eventually improve the teaching performance and innovation. Qualitative approach is adopted by means of reviewing the literature in the area. The technology, organization and environmental framework (TOE) was used as a base to propose the conceptual framework. It is discovered that knowledge sharing framework ought to be tailored according to the jurisdiction of IHLs. Such a framework could serve as a guideline for future planning in setting up knowledge sharing initiatives, particularly among lecturers later
A Model of Green Value Stream Mapping for Rubber Based Automotive Products
Productivity and quality problems of pre-processed rubber with ignorance of environmental consideration are the main obstacles in the development of the rubber based agro-industry. In order to solve such problems, main objectives of this research are to obtain productivity improvement formulation of pre-processed rubber and model its green productivity. Green Productivity Index of bokar processing was calculated using (1) Environmental impact was calculated using formula (2) Green Productivity improvement model was designed in ensuring products quality to customer while at the same time decrease environmental impact. The model deployed synthesizing tools, i.e. Green Value Stream Mapping (GVSM), the Green Productivity Index (GPI) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The model enabled to minimize environmental impact while keeping the indicator of economic growth. An improvement initiative based on plantation management was combined with the green productivity approach to form the best improvement scenario. The production process analysed and mapped each stream process using GVSM and induced GPI calculation. GVSM resulted to seven green waste generators. MAUT weighted the final total priority of improvement alternative to formulate productivity improvement. Based on overall analysis showed the best scenario of a Final Total Priority Value (FTPV) with weight of 0.612 where University and Research Institution role maximized than Government weight with FTPV of 0.609
Developing Cooperation Skill (Soft Skills) Through Implementation of Cooperative Learning Method and Experiential Learning in Psychology Entrepreneurship Course
This study aimed to examine the improvement of student’s cooperation skill through the implementation of cooperative learning and experiential learning method in the course of Psychology Entrepreneurship. This study was conducted on 52 students. The data obtained were collected through cooperation or task cohesion scale of Forsyth (2010). Data were analyzed using the t test to see the differences instudent’s cooperation skill between before and after the cooperative learning and experiential learning method given. Test results prove that there was significant difference between the pre-test and post-test data. There was an increase of mean values (mean values before treatmentwas 2.9218, whereas after treatmentwas 3.7324). This study shows that there was a significant difference in the cooperation skill caused by the cooperative learning and experiential learning method
Study of Regional Development Based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.20/2008 on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) explain the meaning of the micro, small and medium enterprises. SME is a business activity that is able to expand employment and provide economic services to the wider community and can play a role in the distribution process and improve household incomes, encourage economic growth and play a role in achieving national stability. Moreover, SMEs are one of the main pillars of the national economy should gain major opportunities, support, protection and development of the widest as a manifestation of partisanship that explicitly attempt to group people's economy
Curvature Loss Optical Fiber Analysis of Head Passive Sensor on the Mandrell Fiber
In this research, the curvature loss of optical fiber had been measured to be used as Head Passive sensors. This measurement produces the data in the form of output power from varying value of curvature radius. The length of optical cable is 2.173 m, the laser power is 0.53 mW and the power output of focal lens is 0.26 mW. The data obtained is an optical output power with radius of curvature from 1 cm until 20 cm. This will be determined curvature coefficient of weakening or loss. A variation of curvature radius that was tested from 1 cm to 20 cm with an increment step is 1 cm
