Effect Of Workload, Satisfaction And Facilities On The Perfomance Of Nurse In The Treatment Of Floor Ii Mawar Tour Uit Hospital Makassar
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study are: (1). To know and analyze the impact of workload on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT, (2). To know and analyze the impact of satisfaction on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT, (3) to determine and analyze the impact of the facility on the performance of the nurse in the treatment room the second floor roses RSU Makassar Tourism UIT. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach with cross sectional study approach using variables, both as independent variable and dependent variable. The sample used in this study is the population of 40. Data analysis is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear regression analysis method. The results of research based on hypothesis test proves that (1). Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nurse In Raising Room of Floor II of UIT Makassar Hospital with standarized parameter value is 0.325 with significant value of 0.003. (2). Satisfaction has the positive and most significant effect on the performance of nurses in the second floor of treatment room of UIT Makassar RSU with the value of standarized parameter of 0383 with significant value 0.000. (3). Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses in the second floor of treatment room of UIT Makassar RSU with standarized parameter value of 0.383 with significant value of 0.002. The Satisfaction Variable has the most dominant variable.

PENGARUH BUDAYA SEKOLAH, KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI INTERNAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU HONORER PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS (SMA) DI KECAMATAN MADAPANGGA KABUPATEN BIMA
ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi internal terhadap kinerja guru honorer pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di kecamatan Madapangga, Bima. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sejumlah sekolah di kecamatan Madapangga-Bima yang terdiri dari 2 SMA Negeri dan 2 SMA Swasta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang guru honorer. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan observasi, angket/kuisioner dan wawancara dengan maksud mendapatkan data yang dapat dianalisis dengan akurat dan hasil kesimpulannya dapat digeneralisasikan.Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru honorer. Variabel kompensasi, terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru honorer, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kompensasi bukanlah faktor utama yang menjadi pemicu peningkatan kinerja guru honorer SMA di Kecamatan Madapangga. Indikator paling tinggi adalah kekuatan motivasi untuk bekerja sesuai dengan keinginan sendiri. Sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa guru honorer tersebut memiliki metode sendiri dalam mengaplikasikan ilmunya, bekerja dengan sepenuh hati, mengganggap siswa sebagai bagian dari dirinya, bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sekitar meskipun kompensasi yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan jerih-payahnya.Kata kunci: Budaya sekolah, kompensasi, motivasi internal, kinerja, guru honorer ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence compensation and internal motivation on the performance of temporary teachers at the senior high school in the district Madapangga, Bima. This research was conducted in several schools in the district Madapangga-Bima consisting of two Senior High School State and two Senior High School Private with a total sample of 65 teachers temporarium. The sampling technique in this study using simple random sampling method. For testing the hypothesis using quantitative approach with observation, questionnaire and interview with the intention to get data that can be analyzed accurately and the results of the conclusions can be generalized.The results of this study found that there is a positive and significant influence between the variable of school culture on the performance of temporary teacher. Compensation variable, positive influence on the performance of temporary teacher, but no significant effect. Compensation is not a major factor that triggers increased performance of temporary teachers in the district Madapangga. Highest indicator is the power of motivation to work according to their own desires. That is to say that the temporary teacher has its own method to apply their knowledge, work wholeheartedly, students as a part of himself, responsible for the environment even though the compensation obtained is not in accordance with his efforts.Keywords: School culture, compensation, internal motivation, performance, temporary teache
The Policy Analysis Positions Mutation and Its Implication to the Government Performance in Soppeng Regency
Abstract
This study aims to obtain explanations about the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency.
The method which used in this study is descriptive type in purpose to give a fact about the implementation of positioning mutation in the goverment of Soppeng regency in case of appointment the civil servant and find out about the implication of the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. Data is analyzed qualitatively. Data collecting technique which is observation and interview library study and documentation.
The results of study showed that employees are in accordance with the principles profesionalism among base on competence, work performance, and objective condition only regardless of gender, religion, rece, or groups. Mutation were held in 2016, namely in August in government shows no political implications and administrative governmance.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA, TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BUMI RAMA NUSANTARA
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) Menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bumi Rama Nusantara.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Bumi Rama Nusantara di Makassar mulai. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan.
