Marketing mix on the example of The Croatian National Football Team

Ovim radom predstavljen je utjecaj marketing miksa na društvo i ekonomiju kroz nastup nogometne reprezentacije na velikom natjecanju. U radu je objašnjena poveznica izmeĊu sporta i marketing miksa. Objašnjeni su elementi marketing miksa: proizvod, cijena, distribucija i promocija, korištenje i koja je njihova uloga u marketing miksu. Putem dostupnih podataka marketing miks je pobliţe objašnjen na primjeru Hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije i njihovog nastupa na Svjetskom prvenstvu u Rusiji 2018. godine. Sportski proizvod u ovom radu definiran je kao nematerijalni oblik zadovoljavanja ţelje ili potrebe hrvatskih potrošaĉa, a to je izniman sportski rezultat nogometne reprezentacije.This thesis paper shows the impact of the marketing mix on society and economy through the appearance of the national football team in a major competition. The paper explains the connection between sports and the marketing mix. The elements of the marketing mix are explained: product, price, distribution and promotion, use and what is their role in the marketing mix. Through the available data, the marketing mix is explained in more detail on the example of the Croatian national football team and their performance at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. The sports product in this paper is defined as an intangible form of satisfying the wishes or needs of Croatian consumers, and this is an exceptional sports result of the football team

Financial statements and process of drawing up the final account of the company on the example of the company Sintel d.o.o.

U radu su pobliže objašnjene vrste i analiza financijskih izvještaja. Također objašnjeni su temeljni financijski izvještaji. Analiza financijskih izvještaja je od velike važnosti jer prikazuje stanje i uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. U prvom dijelu rada navedene su općenite informacije o računovodstvenom sustavu u Republici Hrvatskoj te informacije o standardima financijskog izvještavanja u Republici Hrvatskoj. U drugom dijelu rada su detaljnije opisani temeljni financijski izvještaji koji daju informacije o financijskom rezultatu određenog poduzeća. Daljnji dio rada čini postupak izrade završnog računa poduzeća na primjeru poduzeća Sintel d.o.o. U poglavlju se jasno vidi kako poduzeće Sintel d.o.o. posluje u 2018. godini i 2019. godini. Također detaljnije je opisan postupak izrade obrazaca za završni račun poduzeća te postupak predaje završnog računa poduzeća nadležnim ustanovama. Za kraj se može reći kako su financijski izvještaji od velike važnosti za poduzeće jer prikazuju poslovanje poduzeća i najvažniji su izvor za donošenje poslovnih odluka.The paper explains the types and analysis of financial statements. The underlying financial statements are also explained. The analysis of financial statements is of great importance as it shows the state and performance of the company's operations. The first part of the paper provides general information on the accounting system in the Republic of Croatia and information on financial reporting standards in the Republic of Croatia. The second part of the paper describes in more detail the underlying financial statements that provide information on the financial performance of a given company. A further part of the work is the process of drawing up the final account of the company on the example of Sintel d.o.o. The chapter clearly shows how Sintel d.o.o. operates in 2018 and 2019. The process of drawing up forms for the final account of the company is also described in more detail and the process of handing over the company's final account to the competent institutions. In the end, it can be said that financial statements are of great importance to the company as they represent the business of the company and are the most important source for making business decisions

Tema rada je inovativno poslovno rješenje u hrvatskim poduzećima. Inovacija je jedna od bitnijih pokretača uspjeha poduzeća i sveukupnog gospodarskog razvoja, te ju mnogi autori promatraju kao uspješno uvođenje novog proizvoda, procesa ili usluga. Inovacija sadrži više podjela i jedna je složena tema koja se može beskonačno proučavati. Foreign currency operations in the practice of Croatian banks

Međunarodni platni promet kao usluga koju nude banke spada u kategoriju onih profitabilnijih. Poslovi u međunarodnom platnom prometu su razni prijenosi, plaćanja te naplate kojima su osnova određeni kapitalni i tekući poslovi kako u stranoj valuti plaćanja, tako i u kunama između rezidenata i nerezidenata. Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) je europska inicijativa kojoj je zadaća regulacija međunarodnog platnog prometa. Sve države članice Europske unije (EU) moraju poštivati i pridržavati se pravila SEPA-e kao jedinstvenog područja plaćanja u eurima. U Republici Hrvatskoj za međunarodni platni promet propisani su određeni zakoni i podzakonski akti. To su: Zakon o deviznom poslovanju, Zakon o platnom prometu i Zakon o sprječavanju pranja novca i financiranje terorizma. U poslovima međunarodnog deviznog platnog prometa primjenjuju se određeni instrumenti plaćanja kao što su: čekovi, trgovačko kreditno pismo, bankovne doznake, bankovne garancije, međunarodni akreditivi, inkaso poslovi i sl. Pružanje usluga međunarodnog platnog prometa svojim klijentima pružaju i banke koje posluju u Republici Hrvatskoj. Većina tih banaka članice su poznatih europskih grupacija koje djeluju širom svijeta. Stoga su te banke za svoje klijente omogućile široku paletu svojih usluga i proizvoda, ali i obavljanje transakcija međunarodnog deviznog platnog prometa u što je moguće kraćem roku i uz što je moguće manje troškove izvršenja tih transakcija.International payment operations as a service offered by banks belong to the category of the more profitable ones. Transactions in international payment operations are various transfers, payments and collections based on certain capital and current transactions both in foreign currency of payment and in HRK between residents and non-residents. The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is a European initiative tasked with regulating international payment transactions. All Member States of the European Union (EU) must respect and abide by the SEPA rules as a single area of payment in EUR. In the Republic of Croatia, certain laws and bylaws are prescribed for international payment operations. These are: the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations, the Law on Payments and the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. In international foreign exchange payment transactions, certain payment instruments are applied, such as: checks, trade credit letter, bank transfers, bank guarantees, international letters of credit, collection transactions, etc. Banks operating in the Republic of Croatia also provide international payment services to their clients. Most of these banks are members of well-known European groups operating around the world. Therefore, these banks have enabled a wide range of their services and products for their clients, but also the execution of international foreign exchange payment transactions in the shortest possible time and with the lowest possible costs of executing these transactions

Unit - injector (PDE/UIS) Diesel engine injection system

U radu je analiziran sustav ubrizgavanja pumpa-brizgaljka (PDE/UIS) kao i prednosti i nedostatci, u odnosu na sustave, koji su također u upotrebi. Analizi sustava ubrizgavanja prethodio je detaljno opisan princip rada, kao i stvarni radni ciklus 4-taktnog Dieselovog motora. Potom su analizirane i različite vrste sustava za ubrizgavanje goriva (direktno i indirektno ubrizgavanje), princip rada i svi bitniji sastavni elementi potrebni za rad tih sustava. Kroz vremenski slijed događaja, važnih za usavršavanje sustava za ubrizgavanje, kroz povijest, prikazan je pregled razvoja istih. Detaljnije su opisani svi sustavi ubrizgavanja koji se koriste kod Diesel motora za komercijalne svrhe od mehaničkih do potpuno elektroničkih. Tu se ubrajaju, već zastarjela tehnologija mehaničkog reguliranja sustava za ubrizgavanje goriva i tehnologija elektroničkog reguliranja sustava, kao novija tehnologija, s kojom su postignute puno bolje karakteristike i performanse, u odnosu na sustav s mehaničkom regulacijom. U elektroničke sustave regulacije ubrajaju se: sustav ubrizgavanja pumpa-brizgaljka (PDE/UIS), razdjelna visokotlačna pumpa sa potisnim aksijalnim klipom, razdjelna visokotlačna pumpa sa radijalnim klipovima, i Common Rail (CR). U sustavu ubrizgavanja pumpa-brizgaljka (PDE/UIS), gorivo se u cilindar motora ubrizgava direktno, a sustav je karakterističan po tome što se jedinstvenim sklopom pumpe i brizgaljke postižu visoki tlakovi tijekom ubrizgavanja goriva u cilindar, te mu je ovo jedna od najvećih prednosti u odnosu na ostale sustave.Unit injector system (PDE/UIS) is analyzed in use, his pros and cons compared to rest of the systems. Before the whole analyze, work principles and real work cycle of 4-stroke Diesel engine is shown. Different types of injecting systems (direct and indirect injecting), how they work and all essential elements required are being analyzed. Order of important achievements of development systems for injecting through history is being showed. All systems of injecting which are being used in Diesel engine from commercial purposes, all the way from mechanical to complete electric are described in more detail. There is mechanical regulation of system of injecting fuel which is outdated technology by today standards, and electronic regulation as new technologies which possess much better characteristics and performances compared to mechanical regulation. Electronic regulations possess distribution high pressure pump with thrust axial clip and electric regulation of diesel engine, distribution high pressure pump with radial clips, pump- injector system of injecting and Common Rail system of injecting as a system which achieves best results and which is being most used in todays time. Pump injector (PDE) is system in direct injecting fuel in engine cylinder, he is known for his unique pump set- injector which allows high pressure injecting, which is main advantage of the system

Comparative analysis of foreign trade in Brod-Posavina County

U radu se obrađuje i definira vanjskotrgovinska razmjena i njena važnost za nacionalna gospodarstva jer ona poboljšava razvoj i napredak gospodarstva i domaće proizvodnje. Širenjem poslovanja na inozemna tržišta, odnosno izvozom, ali i uvozom robe daje se važnost domaćim proizvodima. Republika Hrvatska za izvoz i uvoz robe i usluga ima točno određen i definiran vanjskotrgovinski sustav, odnosno zakone, akte i podatke koji su određeni međunarodnim i multilateralnim sporazumima pristupom Republike Hrvatske Europskoj uniji, Svjetskoj trgovinskoj organizaciji, itd. Kako bi se vizualno pokazalo kako to izgleda u realnosti i vizualno, u radu je komparativno analizirana vanjskotrgovinska razmjena Brodsko-posavske županije. Prema dosadašnjim podacima vidljivo je kako vanjskotrgovinsko poslovanje Brodsko-posavske županije bilježi značajan porast, iako je vanjskotrgovinska razmjena RH i dalje u deficitu. Cilj komparativne analize bio je brojčano i tablično prikazati kako to izgleda te koliki je međusobni omjer uvoza i izvoza.This final paper discusses and defines the foreign trade and importance for the national economy because it improves the development and progress of the economy and domestic production. Business expansion to foreign markets or export, or import of goods and given the importance of domestic products. The Republic of Croatia for export and import of goods and services has accurately determined and defined foreign trade system, or laws, acts and sub normative acts, which are set by international and multilateral agreements, approach the Croatian European Union, the World Trade Organization, etc. In order to visually show how it looks in reality and visually, the paper comparatively analyzed foreign exchange of Brodsko-posavska County. According to current data shows, that foreign trade of Brodsko-posavska County has recorded a significant increase, although the foreign trade of Croatia is still in deficit. Proposal of a distribution pipeline maintenance model

Rad se bavi sustavima plinovoda, održavanjem distribucijskog plinovoda, dan je prijedlog naknadnog povećanja tlaka u plinovodu prema DVGW te analizom i otklanjanjem nepravilnosti tijekom gradnje plinovod. Pri tome se daje značajka poštivanja tehnologije građenja plinovoda. U teoretskom dijelu rada opisano je održavanje distribucijskog plinovoda, oprema koja obuhvaća distribucijski sustav te distributivna mreža od izvora do potrošača. U praktičnom se dijelu analiziraju posljedice nepoštivanja tehnologije građenja i otklanjanje nepravilnosti tijekom građenja distribucijskog plinovoda, jer je u sustavu došlo do pojave zaostale vode. Utvrđeni se razlozi zbog kojih je došlo do pogrešaka te je dan prilog rješavanju problema.The paper deals with pipeline systems, maintenance of the distribution pipeline, proposal to subsequently increase the pressure in the pipeline according to DVGW, and analysis and elimination of irregularities during the construction of the pipeline. In doing so, the feature of adhering to the pipeline construction technology is given. The theoretical part describes the maintenance of the distribution pipeline, the equipment comprising the distribution system and the distribution network from source to consumer. The practical part analyzes the consequences of non-compliance with the construction technology and elimination of irregularities during the construction of the distribution pipeline, as there is a residual water in the system. The reasons for the errors are identified and a contribution to solving the problem is provided
