Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 26. héten a belföldi termesztésű, zöld húsú sárgadinnye 625, a sárga húsú sárgadinnye 575 forint/kilogramm átlagáron szerepelt a Budapesti Nagybani Piac választékában. A 30–45 mm méretkategóriájú magyar fokhagymát 1900 forint/kilogramm leggyakoribb áron árusították. A hazai meggy termelői ára a 23–26. hetek átlagában (1888 forint/kilogramm) 145 százalékkal emelkedett az elmúlt év azonos periódusának átlagárához képest. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli, valamint az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára 17  százalékkal 33,6 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2025. január–május között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva. _________________________________________________________ According to the data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in week 26 at the Budapest Wholesale Vegetable and Fruit Market, domestically grown Galia melons were included in the selection at an average producer price of HUF 625 per kilogram, while Cantaloup melons were offered at HUF 575 per kilogram. Hungarian garlic in the 30–45 mm size category was sold at the most common price of HUF 1900 per kilogram. The average producer price of domestic sour cherries was HUF 1,888 per kilogram in weeks 23–26 of 2025, representing a 145 per cent increase compared to the average price for the same period last year. According to the latest figures from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the sales prices of wines produced and sold domestically – both those without a geographical indication (GI) and those with a protected geographical indication (PGI) – increased by 17 per cent to HUF 33.6 thousand per hectolitre between January and May 2025, compared to the same period of the previous year

BIOLÓGIAI TERMÉSNÖVELŐK FORGALMAZÁSA, 2024. év

A megfigyelt termésnövelő kategóriák közül 2024-ben a legnagyobb mennyiségben különféle komposztokból és tőzegfélékből vásároltak a termelők (ez az összes értékesített volumen 54,5 százaléka). Második helyen az egyéb ipari, feldolgozóipari melléktermékek, hulladékok, szerves, ásványi trágyák végeztek, melyek a teljes értékesített mennyiség kétötödét tették ki. A dobogó harmadik fokára az előző évhez hasonlóan a talajjavítók és talajkondicionáló anyagok kerültek, arányuk alig érte el a 3 százalékot. A beérkezett adatok alapján 2024-ben a végfelhasználók 15,7 milliárd forintot költöttek biológiai termésnövelők beszerzésére. A legnagyobb forgalmazott volument képviselő komposztok és tőzegek csoportja az összértéknek alig egynyolcadát tette ki a tárgyidőszakban. A forgalmazott termékkategóriák közül értékben a baktériumokat és gombákat tartalmazó mikrobiológiai készítmények érték el a legkisebb arányt (4 százalékot). Az összértékesítés egyötödét a talajoltó és tarlóbontó (szárbontó) szerek forgalma adta, ezt követte az egyéb ipari, feldolgozóipari melléktermékek, hulladékok, szerves és ásványi trágyák csoportja, amely 18,4 százalékot képviselt. A növénykondicionálók és biostimulátorok, az algakészítmények és lombtrágyák, valamint a talajjavítók és talajkondicionáló készítmények közel azonos, egyenként mintegy 14–15 százalékos részaránnyal bírtak. _________________________________________________________ Of the categories of crop enhancers observed, the largest volumes of various composts and peats were purchased by producers in 2024 (54.5 percent of total volume sold). As in the previous year, ground improvers and ground conditioners came third, accounting for just under 3 per cent of total sales. Based on the data received, end-users will spend HUF 15.7 billion on the purchase of bioenhancers in 2024. Composts and peats, which represent the largest volume traded, accounted for just under one eighth of the total in the period under review. Of the product categories marketed, microbiological preparations containing bacteria and fungi accounted for the smallest share by value (4 per cent). Ground and stubble removers accounted for one fifth of total sales, followed by other industrial and processing by-products, waste, organic and mineral fertilisers, which accounted for 18.4 per cent. Plant conditioners and biosti-mulants, algaecides and foliar fertilisers, and ground improvers and ground conditioners had almost the same share, around 14–15 per cent each

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a ketreces tartásból származó étkezési tojás (M+L) csomagolóhelyi ára 66,24 forint/darab volt 2025 első huszonnégy hetében, ami 28,7 százalékkal múlta felül a 2024. év azonos időszakának átlagárát. A mélyalmos tartásból származó étkezési tojás (M+L) csomagolóhelyi ára 74,65 forint/darab (+25,4 százalék) volt ugyanekkor. _____________________________________________ According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the average price of caged eggs (M+L) at packaging stations in Hungary was HUF 66.24 per piece (not including VAT and packaging costs) in the first twenty-four weeks of 2025. This is an increase of 28.7 per cent compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of barn eggs (M+L) was HUF 74.65 per piece (+25.4 per cent) at packaging stations in the same period

VÁGÓHIDAK ÉLŐÁLLAT-VÁGÁSA 2025. I–III. hónap

A magyarországi vágóhidakon 23,3 ezer darab szarvasmarhát vágtak le 2025 első negyedévében, 26 százalékkal többet, mint az előző év azonos időszakában, sertésből 1 millió 217 ezret vágtak, 4,9 százalékkal többet (+57 ezer darab), mint 2024. január–márciusban. Baromfiból 55,8 millió darab került a vágóhidakra 2025 első negyedévében, ami 4,3 százalékkal kevesebb, mint a bázisidőszak értéke. A levágott baromfi élősúlya összesen 170 ezer tonna, vágott súlya (tisztított, bontott súly) 128 ezer tonna volt ebben az időszakban. _____________________________________________________ In Hungarian slaughterhouses 23.3 thousand cattle were slaughtered in the first quarter of 2025, which is 26 per cent more than in the same period of the previous year. Additionally, 1 million 217 thousand pigs were slaughtered, which is 4.9 per cent more (+57 thousand head) compared to January–March 2024. In case of poultry 55.8 million heads were slaughtered in the first quarter of 2025, which is 4.3 per cent less than in the base period. The total live weight of slaughtered poultry was 170 thousand tonnes, and the carcass weight was 128 thousand tonnes during this period

A hazai haltermelés összefoglaló adatait idősoros bontásban vizsgálva megállapítható, hogy az üzemelt tóterület 2019-hez képest 1,8 százalékkal csökkent, ami 486 hektárnyi visszaesést jelent öt év alatt. A tógazdasági és intenzív üzemek együttes haltermelése 2007-hez képest közel 21,9 százalékkal, 2010-hez 38,5 százalékkal, 2015-höz 21,2 százalékkal volt több 2024-ben. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a Budapesti nagybani piacon a 24. héten a hazai termesztésű padlizsánt a tavalyi 24. hetit 11 százalékkal meghaladó, 825 forint/kilogramm áron, a cukkinit kilogrammonként 475 forintért (+8 százalék) árusították. MEZŐGAZDASÁGI GÉPEK FORGALMA 2024. év

A magyar gazdálkodók egyre nyitottabbak a technológiai fejlesztésekre és a korszerű technikai eszközök alkalmazására. Az egyéni gazdaságok és a társas vállalkozások 196,8 milliárd forint értékben vá-sároltak új mezőgazdasági gépeket és eszközöket 2024-ben, ami 32 százalékkal maradt el az egy évvel korábbi forgalomtól. Ugyanebben az időszakban alkatrészekre 88,3 milliárd forintot fordítottak, ami 3 százalékos növekedés a bázisidőszakhoz képest. A géppiacon belül az erőgépek a forgalmazás 51 százalékát tették ki. A teljes értékesítésen belül a traktorok 29, a gabonakombájnok 9 százalékos arányt képviseltek. __________________________________________________________ Hungarian farmers are becoming more and more open to technological developments and the use of modern technical equipment. Individual farms and corporate enterprises purchased new agricultural ma-chinery for HUF 196,8 billion in 2024, was 32 per cent less than in the previous year. HUF 88,3 billion was spent on spare parts in the same period which was 3 per cent increase compared to the base period. Within the machinery market, self-propelled agricultural machinery accounted for 51 per cent of sales. Within total sales, tractors accounted for 29 per cent and harvesters for 9 per cent

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 200,93 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 decemberében. A zsírtartalom stagnálása és a fehérjetartalom 0,04 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 4 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 5 százalékkal emelke-dett 2024 decemberében a 2024. novemberihez képest, és 24 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azo-nos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 213,14 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 decemberében, az előző havihoz képest 9 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 23 százalékkal nőtt. A kiviteli ár 6 százalékkal volt magasabb a termelői átlagárnál. The fat content did not change, the protein content decreased by 0.04 percentage, the base price by 4 per cent, the average price by 5 per cent higher in December 2024 compared to November 2024, and the average price was by 24 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 213.14 per kilogram in December 2024, it decreased in one month by 9 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 23 per cent. The export price was by 6 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI MPIS, the raw milk export increased by 8 per cent in December 2024 compared to December 2023

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 198,67 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 augusztusában. A zsírtartalom 0,05 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,04 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár stagnálása mellett a nyerstej átlagára nem változott számottevően 2025 augusztusában a 2025. júliusihoz képest, ugyanakkor 19 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 202,13 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 augusztusában, az előző havitól 3 százalékkal maradt el, míg az előző év azonos hónapját 2 százalékkal haladta meg. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon az étkezési búza áfa és szállítási költség nélküli termelői ára 72,7 ezer forint/tonna (–12 százalék az egy évvel korábbihoz képest), a takarmánybúzáé 71,8 ezer forint/tonna (–8 százalék), a takarmánykukoricáé 71,5 ezer forint/tonna (–5 százalék) volt november első hetében. Ezzel egy időben az ipari napraforgómag termelői ára (magas olajsavtartalmú napraforgómaggal együtt) 207 ezer forint/tonna (+12 százalék), a repcemagé 193,2 ezer forint/tonna (–2 százalék), a szójababé 153,9 ezer forint/tonna (–11 százalék) volt. _________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the producer price of milling wheat (excluding VAT and transport costs) in Hungary was HUF 72.7 thousand per tonne in the first week of November, representing a 12 per cent decrease compared to the same period of the previous year. The producer price of feed wheat was HUF 71.8 thousand per tonne, marking an 8 per cent fall, while that of feed maize was HUF 71.5 thousand per tonne, showing a 5 per cent decrease in the same period. At the same time, the producer price of sunflower seed (including high oleic sunflower seed) was HUF 207 thousand per tonne (+12 per cent), that of rapeseed was HUF 193.2 thousand per tonne (–2 per cent), while that of soybean was HUF 153.9 thousand per tonne (–11 per cent)
