一种去除废水磷回收产品中重金属的方法,属于水污染控制与资源再生领域,是一种降低磷回收产品生态环境风险的方法。本发明所述方法为:先采用前处理方法(如混凝、过滤、膜滤等)去除含磷废水中的悬浮性和胶体性有机质,然后固液分离;将上清液的pH值调至8.0-11.0,加入一定比例的镁源(如MgCl2、MgSO4、盐卤等)或钙源(CaCl2等)进行磷酸铵镁或磷酸钙结晶沉淀反应,通过投加碱(如NaOH、KOH)控制反应的pH值稳定在8.0-11.0直至反应结束;再固液分离,回收的沉淀物即为磷回收产品。通过上述步骤即可去除废水磷回收产品中的重金属。本发明在保证磷回收产率的前提下,通过去除废水中悬浮性和胶体性的有机质,达到去除重金属的目的,降低磷回收产品可能引起的生态环境风险,同时提高产品的品质

蓝莓花青素有效缓解种群拥挤对果蝇的胁迫
【目的】 明确拥挤胁迫对果蝇生长发育的影响,并探讨蓝莓花青素(Blueberry anthocyanins,
BAC)对黑腹果蝇Drosophila melanogaster Meigen 拥挤损伤的保护作用。【方法】 研究不同培养密度,
BAC 浓度及两者协同处理对果蝇生长发育、胁迫应激和氧化应激的影响。【结果】 通过观察生长在低、
中、高密度下的果蝇发现,随着培养密度的升高,果蝇的蛹历期延长,体重和雌雄比显著下降,HSP70
的表达水平显著上升及MDA 显著下降。BAC 处理显著增加果蝇蛹的数量,缩短蛹历期,降低果蝇HSP70
的表达和MDA 含量。在高密度组果蝇培养基中添加维生素C(Vitamin C, VC)和BAC 后,拥挤胁迫仍
为主要影响因素,除了VC 显著缓解果蝇雌雄比失衡外,两种药物对果蝇体重和蛹历期的恢复均无显著效
应。但VC 和BAC 处理显著降低果蝇HSP70 的表达水平和MDA 含量,VC 处理显著提高CAT 和SOD 酶
活性,而BAC 对酶活性的影响小。雌蝇对拥挤胁迫更敏感,因此,高密度下VC 和BAC 对雌蝇的影响比
