The 9.2-acre central core of the University of Toledo main campus, now largely used for parking, will be transformed into a scenic landscaped mall based on this design prepared by collaborative, Inc., and approved by the UT board of trustees. Work on the project is scheduled to begin about July 1.

Glass Bowl
Glass Bowl Stadium is the beautiful home of the University of Toledo football Rockets of the Mid- American conference. The stadium features an Astro Turf field, a $140,000 message center scoreboard, lighting for night football, and 18,500 seats, the Rockets won MAC championships in 1967,1969,1970 and 1971.
