    This research is based on the low writing ability of first grade students at SDN 3 Ciracap. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and results of hand skills production activities (plaiting, origami, and squeezing) to improve initial writing skills in research subjects. The researcher used the classroom action research method first grade students at SDN 3 Ciracap with a total of 30 people. The research was conducted from February 2023 to June 2023 at SDN 3 Ciracap, Ciracap District. Data collecting techniques used was: tests, observations, and literature studies, then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that before being given action, students' writing skills tend to be low where students cannot write neatly, the letters used are wrong, the spelling is not correct, and students do not write complete sentences. After giving the action (cycle II) the students' initial writing ability was assessed to increase significantly by practicing the production of hand skills (plaiting, origami, and squeezing). Students can write neatly, the letters used are correct, the spelling is correct, and students write complete sentences. The average value of students' initial writing ability in the pre-cycle was 45.53 with a classical completeness percentage of 0% with low criteria. In cycle I the average value obtained was 58.20 with a classical completeness percentage of 3.33% with moderate criteria.     The development of Sharia banks in Indonesia shows that the decision of the people to become customers of Sharia banks is better. This decision is encouraged by subjective norms where customers believe more in the recommendation of people who have used products than the promotion given. The emergence of the notion that Sharia banks and conventional banks are the same indicates a lack of customer knowledge, resulting in difficulty increasing the decision to become a customer of Sharia banks. This study aims to determine how much influence the mediation of subjective norms on the relationship between customer knowledge and the decision to become a customer of Sharia banks. The quantitative research method with descriptive and causal approaches was used in this study. The sample of this study is 250 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, using a cluster sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using AMOS 26 application. The results of this study show that customer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the subjective norm, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on decisions to become a customer, and subjective norms mediate the relationship between customer knowledge and decision to become a custome

    Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan hasil tentang gambaran pelaksanaan standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) Kesehatan di Puskesmas Selabatu Kecamatan Cikole Kota Sukabumi dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam pemberian pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Selabatu Kecamatan Cikole Kota Sukabumi. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan strategi sampel purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi 7 informan. Untuk penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Mereka juga menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk melakukan proses validasi data. Hasil dari studi yang dilakukan ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Efektivitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Selabatu Kecamatan Cikole Kota Sukabumi dinilai dari empat indikator ketepatan sudah terbilang cukup efektif, Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi yang di peroleh peneliti di Puskesmas Selabatu Kecamatan Cikole Kota Sukabumi pelayanan kesehatan dapat dikatakan cukup baik dan sudah dapat dikatakan sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minima
