    [[abstract]]  近十幾年台灣積極發展博覽會產業,因其經濟效益龐大,動漫展算是博覽會的一種,希望可以推動經濟發展,主要參加人群為青少年至青年,政府為青少年辦理的博覽會其實相對較少,而青年是台灣社會中很重要的經濟運轉中心。因此,本研究主要探討動漫展體驗行銷與遊客涉入對重遊意願的關聯性。研究對象以有參加過動漫展的遊客,採便利抽樣的方式。共回收293份有效問卷進行統計分析,研究結果發現逛動漫展的遊客重遊意願為高,主要影響構面為體驗行銷還有遊客涉入;針對未來動漫展之活動主辦單位應著重於這兩部分,提高動漫展遊客的重遊意願。[[abstract]]  In the past ten years, Taiwan has been actively developing the expo industry. Due to its huge economic benefits, animation exhibitions are regarded as a kind of expos, hoping to promote economic development. The main participants are teenagers and young adults. In fact, the government organizes relatively few expos for teenagers. Youth are a very important economic center in Taiwanese society. Therefore, this study mainly explores the correlation between comic exhibition experiential marketing and tourists' involvement in revisit intention. The research subjects are tourists who have participated in animation exhibitions, and convenience sampling is adopted. A total of 293 valid questionnaires were collected for statistical analysis. The research results found that tourists who visited Comic Exhibitions had a high willingness to revisit, and the main influencing factors were experiential marketing and tourist involvement; event organizers for future Comic Exhibitions should focus on these two In part, it increases the willingness of Comic-Con visitors to return

    [[abstract]]  本研究採用自我敘說研究法,探討個人在追求自我實現前可能面臨的困境與處理方式,深究一名音樂系學生從小立志成為作家,並在十五年間逐步堅定想法、付諸實行、脫離音樂系並成功展開追求的過程。  透過文本書寫,對比音樂、寫作、生死概念在研究者生命歷程中不同時期的意涵,研究發現:在嘗試展開追求自我實現時,可能受到環境與周遭他人的反對與干涉而陷入親情困境,亦可能因為個人天賦、能力與自我實現目標的領域不相符,感到浪費或猶豫;為突破此困境,欲展開追求自我實現者應該保有耐心與自制力、熟識自己、並培養突破困境後的生活能力,以應對無法展開追求的困境,並避免再發生的可能。[[abstract]]  This study employs a narrative research method to explore the challenges and coping mechanisms individuals may encounter before pursuing self-realization. It delves into the life of a music student who, from a young age, aspired to become a writer, gradually solidifying ideas, taking practical steps, and ultimately breaking away from the music department to successfully embark on the pursuit over a period of fifteen years.  Through textual writing, the study contrasts the significance of music, writing, and the concept of life and death at different stages of the researcher's life journey. The findings reveal that when attempting to pursue self-realization, individuals may face familial challenges due to opposition and interference from the environment and others. They may also experience hesitation or a sense of waste if their personal talents, abilities, and self-realization goals do not align. To overcome these challenges, individuals aspiring for self-realization should maintain patience and self-discipline, understand themselves well, and cultivate life skills to navigate post-challenge life effectively, addressing situations where pursuit becomes difficult and preventing potential recurrences.  This research aims to provide a reference for those struggling to pursue self-realization. While everyone's challenges may differ, the study offers general insights and inspiration for overcoming obstacles

    [[abstract]]  本研究為參加賽斯心法讀書會學員自我探索身心靈整合的質性研究。研究目的為:(一)瞭解學員參加賽斯心法讀書會前的生命困境經驗。(二)瞭解學員參與賽斯心法讀書會的身心靈整合過程。(三)瞭解學員參與賽斯心法讀書會之後如何將學習落實整合在生活中。  本研究係採行質性研究中的主題分析法進行文本分析。訪談的對象設定參與賽斯心法讀書會的學員持續上課三年以上為主。研究者以深度訪談方式蒐集受訪者資料,統整三位受訪者的文本訪談,得到的研究結論為:(一)有意識地留意頭腦閃過的意念,加以指認與覺察。(二)認識大腦自我意識的遊戲規則,如實面對、承認與接納黑暗面的自己。(三)從分化到和解,舊思維轉新觀念,跟隨內心展開新行動,感受喜悅與美好。  本研究的建議是對內運用心靈的愛、智慧、創造力及喜悅及神通連結,對外自我的覺察、接納、允許和包容與愛自己。過程依每個人的體會不同,帶著自己認識起心動念,發揮內在潛能,擴展每一個可能性及參與此生的價值完成,增加學員對自己的動力模式的覺察能力,足以應付生活上各個面向的解決方法,及提升個人自我的自信心及可能性。[[abstract]]  This research is a qualitative research on the self-exploration of the integration of body, mind and soul of the students participating in the Seth Mind Method Reading Club. The purpose of the research is: (1) To understand the life dilemma experience of the students before participating in the Seth Heart Method reading session. (2) Understand the process of physical and spiritual integration of students participating in the Seth Mental Method Reading Club. (3) Understand how the students integrate their learning into their daily lives after participating in the Seth Heart Method Reading Club.  This research adopts thematic analysis method in qualitative research for text analysis. The subjects of the interviews are mainly the students who have participated in the Seth Mind-Dharma Reading Club and have been attending classes for more than two years. The researchers collected the interviewees' data through in-depth interviews, integrated the text interviews of the three students, and obtained the research conclusions: (1) Consciously pay attention to the thoughts that flash through the mind, identify and perceive them. (2) Understand the rules of the game of brain self-awareness, face, admit and accept the dark side of yourself truthfully. (3) From division to reconciliation, the old thinking is transformed into a new concept, new actions are carried out following the heart, and feelings of joy and beauty are felt.  The suggestion of this study was to use inner love, wisdom, creativity, joy and supernatural connection, and external self-awareness, acceptance, permission, tolerance and love for yourself. The process depends on each person's experience. Take yourself to understand the heartbeat, develop your inner potential, expand every possibility and participate in the value of this life, and increase students' awareness of their own motivation patterns, which is enough to cope with all aspects of life. solutions, and to enhance one's self-confidence and possibilities

    [[abstract]]  聯合國在2015年永續發展高峰會上向世界提出永續發展目標。本研究參考其中第4項、第8項、第9項、第12項及第13項之目標,以及行車人員工作特性等相關文獻探討,運用Google協作平台建置一套適合行車人員使用之電子化平台系統,期許其作為促進企業實現永續發展的工具之一。  透過此電子化平台,車班(每一個車務段設置一個車班,作為段之管理核心)可以降低相關運營成本、提升執勤效率、增強企業形象並凝聚向心力,同時電子化平台因減少紙本輸出,還可以滿足聯合國永續發展目標中,節約資源和環境保護等方面的目標,後續並藉由實際數據比對進行分析,探討此電子化平台的實施成效,以提供未來平台維護與更新或是其他相關企業部門系統建置上的參考方向。[[abstract]]  The United Nations proposed the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to the world during the Sustainable Development Summit in 2015. This study references the goals of SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 9, SDG 12, and SDG 13, as well as relevant literature regarding the characteristics of drivers' work, to explore and develop a digital platform system suitable for drivers using the Google collaboration platform. It is hoped that this platform can serve as a tool to facilitate businesses in achieving sustainability.  Through this digital platform, each fleet (each operational unit sets up a fleet, serving as the core management) can reduce operational costs, enhance operational efficiency, improve the company's image, and build cohesion. Additionally, the digital platform, by reducing paper usage, can contribute to achieving SDGs related to resource conservation and environmental protection.  Subsequently, through comparing and analyzing actual data, we discuss the implementation effectiveness of this digital platform. The goal is to provide insights for future platform maintenance, updates, or the development of related systems within the enterprise based on real-world data and feedback

    [[abstract]]  城市不僅是經濟發展的引擎,也是多元文化的交匯點。隨著城市現代化的推進,文化的價值在城市發展中變得更加重要,但也伴隨著文化同化的挑戰。對於擁有豐富歷史和深厚文化底蘊的城市,如何巧妙結合文化與商業,實現可持續發展,是一個關鍵議題。購物商場作為現代城市的核心場所,逐漸認識到文化行銷的潛力,以實現商業繁榮和文化傳承的共同發展。  本研究旨在探討在擁有豐富文化底蘊的城市中,如何應用文化行銷模式導入購物商場之經營關鍵因素在購物商場的經營,並了解文化行銷對商場運營的實際影響,以及有效地融合城市的文化特色,創造有競爭優勢的商場運營策略。為達成上述目標,本研究將運用文獻回顧、案例分析和實地問卷調查方法。透過專業問卷方式來瞭解目前實施文化行銷的「河北省承德市金龍城市廣場」,我們將分析其關鍵因素關係。同時,我們還將從營業主管和廠商的角度,研究他們對文化行銷關鍵因素的剖析、期望和未來運營模式的參考依據,以確定文化行銷在商場經營中的實際期望。  研究的結果將為商場經營者、城市管理者和學術界提供有價值的參考。透過深入分析,我們將提出針對商場的文化營銷策略因素,包括文化元素的融合與商場運營的參考案例文獻。分析揭示商場經營的關鍵因素,以及文化底蘊如何影響這些關鍵因素。這將有助於推動文化行銷在購物商場經營中的應用,同時為城市的文化保護和商業發展提供有益的啟示。[[abstract]]  Cities serve not only as engines of economic development but also as melting pots of diverse cultures. As urban modernization advances, the value of culture becomes increasingly crucial in city development, albeit accompanied by challenges of cultural assimilation. For cities with rich history and profound cultural heritage, integrating culture and commerce cleverly to achieve sustainable development is a key concern. Shopping malls, as central venues in modern cities, are gradually recognizing the potential of cultural marketing to achieve the dual development of commercial prosperity and cultural heritage.  This study aims to explore the application of cultural marketing models in the operation of shopping malls in cities with rich cultural heritage. It seeks to understand the practical impact of cultural marketing on mall operations, effectively blend urban cultural characteristics, and create competitive strategies for mall operations. To achieve these objectives, the study will employ literature review, case analysis, and on-site questionnaire survey methods.  Through a specialized questionnaire survey, we aim to understand the current implementation of cultural marketing at "Jinlong City Plaza" in Chengde City, Hebei Province. We will analyze the relationships among its key factors. Additionally, from the perspectives of mall managers and vendors, we will study their analysis of cultural marketing key factors, expectations, and references for future operational models, to determine the practical expectations of cultural marketing in mall operations.  The results of this research will provide valuable references for mall operators, city managers, and the academic community. Through in-depth analysis, we will propose cultural marketing strategy factors for malls, including the integration of cultural elements and reference literature for mall operations. The analysis will reveal key factors in mall operations and how cultural heritage influences these factors. This will contribute to the application of cultural marketing in shopping mall operations, providing useful insights for both cultural preservation and business development in cities

    [[abstract]]  背景與目的:高齡化是全球的趨勢,睡眠是老年人常見的困擾,睡眠品質好壞反映個人身心健康。慈心冥想在當代正念療癒中普遍地使用,屬於冥想的範疇,是透過祝福自己與他人的冥想,為自己帶來平靜、放鬆與柔軟的身心感受。本研究探討慈心冥想(Loving-Kindness meditation)對心率變異及社區老人睡眠品質之影響。  材料與方法:此實驗採隨機分派及對照組前後測設計,於C級巷弄長照站公開招募65歲(含)以上的高齡者,自覺有睡眠困擾者。受試者需完成連續四週慈心冥想或單純靜坐,每週一次,每次50分鐘,在家每天練習10分鐘。評估工具為心率變異度檢測、結構式問卷、「中文版匹茲堡睡眠品質量表」及「睡前激發狀態量表」。  結果:兩組共50人完成實驗,基本資料分析結果顯示為同質。慈心冥想介入後睡眠品質量表得分兩組後測組間比較亦未達顯著差異。分析每次慈心冥想過程HRV變化,結果顯示實驗組受試者SDNN及TP在第二、三、四週的後測皆有提升,達顯著差異,顯示慈心冥想介入可以短暫增加受試者的心率變異彈性度。  結論:慈心冥想屬於一種特殊的冥想,透過祝福自己與他人的專注練習,本研究顯示慈心冥想介入對於提升自律神經活性有短暫助益,未 來研究可探討長期介入之效益。[[abstract]]  Background and Purpose: Aging is a global trend, and sleep is a common problem for the elderly. Sleep quality affects individual physical and mental health. Loving-kindness meditation is widely used in contemporary mindfulness therapy. It is a type of meditation that focuses on sending blessings to oneself and others. It can bring about feelings of peace, relaxation, and softness in the body and mind. This study investigated the effects of loving-kindness meditation on sleep quality and heart rate variability in community-dwelling elderly people.  Materials and Methods: The study used a randomized controlled trial (RCT) with a pre-post design. Participants were recruited from C-level community long-term care centers. They were 65 years of age or older and had self-reported sleep problems. Participants were randomly assigned to either a loving-kindness meditation group or a simple sitting meditation group. The meditation groups met once a week for 50 minutes for four consecutive weeks. Participants in the meditation groups also practiced 10 minutes of meditation at home every day. The assessment tools used were heart rate variability (HRV) testing, structured questionnaires, the Chinese version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Presleep Arousal Scale (PASA).  Results: A total of 50 people in two groups completed the experiment, and the basic data analysis results showed that they were homogeneous. There was no significant difference in the post-test scores between the two groups on the sleep quality scale after the intervention of loving-kindness meditation. Analyzing the changes in HRV during each loving-kindness meditation process, the results showed that the experimental group subjects’ SDNN and TP improved significantly in the second, third, and fourth weeks of post-test, indicating that the intervention of loving-kindness meditation can temporarily increase the subjects’ HRV. Heart rate variability elasticity.  Conclusion: Loving-kindness meditation is a special kind of meditation. Through focused practice of blessing oneself and others, this study shows that loving-kindness meditation intervention can temporarily help improve autonomic nervous activity. Future research can explore the benefits of long-term intervention

    [[abstract]]  本研究探討基隆看守所成功推行自營產品的經驗。發現:(1)合理的資源配置和管理:基隆看守所有效地分配資源和管理,確保自營產品生產的可持續性,通過合理的資源管理,監所可以保證生產的順利進行,提高產品品質,提升競爭力。(2)產品多樣性:基隆看守所的自營產品多樣性。這種多樣性的糕餅種類有助於吸引不同類型的消費者,拓展市場,提高銷售額。(3)品質管制和品牌建構:基隆看守所注重產品的品質管制,確保產品符合市場標準。並且建立良好聲譽,提高產品市場價值。(4)社會支持和合作:基隆看守所積極與社會各界建立合作關係,並與各類機構、組織、企業以及社區合作,推廣自營產品,合作擴大整體銷售網路。(5)教育與培訓:基隆看守所為收容人提供了廣泛的職業培訓和教育機會,使他們獲得了有用的技能,有助於他們融入社會,減少再犯率。  基隆看守所的成功經驗提供了監所管理啟示。透過適當的資源管理、多樣化的產品設計、品質管制、社會支援、教育培訓、公開透明和法律支持就是矯正機關自營產品成功因素。其他矯正機關可借鑑這些成功經驗,精進自身的管理模式。[[abstract]]  This study explores the experience of Keelung Detention Center in successfully implementing self-operated products. The following points were discovered:(1)Reasonable resource allocation and management: Through effective allocation of resources and management, we ensure the sustainability of self-operated product production. Through reasonable resource management, Keelung Detention Center can ensure the smooth progress of production, improve product quality, and enhance competitiveness. (2)Product diversity: Keelung Detention Center’s self-operated products are diverse. Attract different types of consumers through a variety of cake types to expand the market and increase sales.(3)Quality control and brand building: Keelung Detention Center focuses on product quality control to ensure that products meet market standards. This builds a good reputation and increases the market value of the product.(4)Social support and cooperation: Keelung Detention Center actively establishes cooperative relationships with all sectors of society and cooperates with various institutions, organizations, enterprises and communities to promote self-operated products to expand the overall sales network.(5)Education and training: Keelung Detention Center provides a wide range of vocational training and educational opportunities for inmates, allowing them to acquire useful skills to help them integrate into society and reduce recidivism rates.  The successful experience of Keelung Detention Center provides inspiration for prison management. The success factors of correctional institutions’ self-operated products include proper resource management, diversified product design, quality control, social support, education and training, openness and transparency, and legal support. Other correctional agencies can learn from these successful experiences and improve their own management models

Furthermore, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the National History Museum to explore the cooperation model and results between this institution and the cultural and creative industries. The study found that the cooperation projects between the National History Museum and the cultural and creative industries are diverse, including exhibition design, product development, and education projects. These cooperations not only enrich the display and content of the National History Museum, but also provide valuable cultural materials for the cultural and creative industries.  Finally, this study recommends sustainable future research goals, including cross-cultural comparative research, visitor research, cultural asset protection, sustainable development and innovation models, etc. These directions help us have a deeper understanding of the cooperation between cultural and creative industries and museums, and provide more guidance and suggestions for promoting development and innovation in this field. This kind of cooperation not only enriches the cultural and artistic fields, but also helps expand the influence of the National History Museum, thereby providing more opportunities for participation and learning to attract more people

    [[abstract]]  本研究主要聚焦在永續發展目標(SDGs)議題在新聞媒體的再現研究,並以傳統三大報紙的新聞報導《聯合報》、《中國時報》和《自由時報》,做為主要的研究對象,期間為2018至2023年。研究目的有二:其一為系統性歸納新聞媒體如何應用SDGs於報導中;其二則是探討新聞媒體再現報導中誰有主要發言權能影響閱聽人,使用內容分析法觀察三家新聞媒體,並將蒐集資料進行分析、比對與歸納,整合出三家報社的差異比較,透過交叉比對分析出不同新聞媒體SDGs如何被定義及詮釋,最終形塑為媒體再現下的「SDGs」,再對應到SDGs 17項目標面臨的問題,逐步影響閱聽人對於永續發展目標的深思與理解。[[abstract]]  This research focuses on the representation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) issues in news media, with United Daily News, China Times and Liberty Times as the main research subjects from 2018 to 2023. The purpose of the study is to systematically summarize how news media apply the SDGs in reporting, and to explore who has the power to influence the audience in the news media's representation of reports. The content analysis method was used to observe the three news medias, and the collected data were analyzed, compared and summarized. The differences between the three newspapers were integrated. The “SDGs” under the representation of media was finally shaped through the cross-comparison of the definitions and interpretation of SDGs from these three medias. Lastly, the researcher matched the “SDGs” under representation to the problems faced by the 17 SDGs to see how the representation gradually affects the readers' thoughts and understanding of the sustainable development goals

    [[abstract]]  隨著社會變遷,家庭結構日趨多元,單親家庭已逐漸成為主流的家庭型態之一。以往女性被認為是弱勢,無論是單親或性別研究多數偏重在女性經濟弱勢的福利服務。惟最新數據顯示男性單親已超過女性單親,戶數比例已不容忽視,而受到傳統社會框架影響,男性可能基於面子、自尊心,當有需求時,較不易示弱尋求他人協助,但面臨生活巨大轉變,不論是經濟或子女教養,勢必對其精神、心理產生不小壓力,因此藉由關注男性單親的生活樣態,了解其困難之處,才能提供更切合實際的協助。  本研究訪談12位經濟弱勢的男性單親,他們的離婚抉擇背後包含各種因素,有因工作或車禍意外成為身障者、重大傷病無法工作、妻子外遇、妻子無法適應環境等,單親父親必須承受家庭多重角色負荷的挑戰,獨自面對及處理接踵而來的問題。  研究結果顯示,他們生活當中比較重視的有就業、支持系統、親子關係、心理狀態及再婚意願。在就業方面,因經濟為維持家庭的基本生活,就算是偶而的微薄收入也是不無小補;有社會系統如親友、政府及民間的支持可緩解壓力,亦是與外界互動的主要來源;增進親子關係能激發單親父親的信心及生命力;當心理情緒低落時除諮商支援外,宗教力量更是主要的精神寄託;而雖然有再婚的可能性,仍然因考慮子女的感受選擇放棄再婚的機會。前述情形再再可看出單親父親即使背負著維繫家庭的重責大任,但透過政府及民間團體定期的支持及陪伴,給予物資、關懷,心理上感到被接受、認可及肯認,家庭功能仍然可以持續運作。  單親家庭雖然不是主流家庭,但隨著數量的增加,成為社會上普遍的一種組成型態,也漸漸被視為是正常家庭。單親父親可以跳脫出傳統「男主外,女主內」的框架,也能夠將子女照顧的無微不至;子女在協助家務的經驗下,相對早熟、懂事及獨立;對於子女教養上的彈性,避免雙親衝突等等乃為單親家庭的優勢。  本論文要強調的是就單親爸爸群體,提供一種社會正義關懷,不僅包含資源連結方面,即所謂分配的正義,同時亦涵蓋肯認的正義,也就是長期以來社會福利、社會工作所相對忽視的部分。因為單親爸爸所面臨的問題不僅僅是在經濟上、物質上的匱乏所帶來的親子家庭經營困境,同時也在精神上、自我認同、尊嚴等各方面遭遇困境難題。因此,本研究除了體認到物質資源對支持這些單親爸爸確有其必要性之外,也發現在精神層次上的肯認正義亦不可或缺。能夠將分配及肯認正義落實,兩者兼顧兼得才是最終極的目標。  現今家庭走向多元化的型態當中,政府及機構服務人員對所服務的對象須具有肯認的概念,對案主的尊重,承認每個人的權利,對少數族群的不認識到認識,認識後的肯認過程的態度,應深化於服務人員的心中。因此,建議政府或機構在進用或培育專業人才時,以肯認作為重要的規範項目之一,將肯認制度化,從中央到地方由上而下,由公部門到私部門,建立他者具有肯認的態度及精神,落實社會福利服務。[[abstract]]  With social changes, family structures have become increasingly diverse, and single-parent families have gradually become one of the mainstream family types. In the past, women were considered to be disadvantaged. Whether they were single parents or gender studies, most of the welfare services focused on economically disadvantaged women. Due to the influence of the traditional social framework, men may be less likely to show weakness and seek help from others when they need it based on face and self-esteem. However, facing huge changes in life, Whether it is finances or raising children, it will inevitably put a lot of pressure on their spirits and psychology. Therefore, by paying attention to the life style of male single parents and understanding their difficulties, we can provide more practical assistance.  This study interviewed 12 economically disadvantaged male single parents. There are various factors behind their decision to divorce, including becoming disabled due to work or car accidents, major injuries and inability to work, wives having affairs, wives being unable to adapt to the environment, etc. Single fathers must bear the burden of their families. The challenge of multiple role loads, facing and dealing with the problems that come one after another on your own.  Research results show that the things they value more in life include employment, support system, parent-child relationship, psychological state and willingness to remarry. In terms of employment, because the economy is to maintain the basic life of the family, even an occasional meager income is a small supplement; the support of the social system such as relatives and friends, the government and the private sector can relieve stress and is also the main source of interaction with the outside world; enhance The parent-child relationship can inspire the confidence and vitality of a single father; when he is mentally depressed, in addition to counseling and support, religious power is the main spiritual sustenance; and although there is the possibility of remarriage, he still chooses to give up the opportunity of remarriage because of the feelings of his children. . From the above situation, it can be seen that even though a single father is burdened with the heavy responsibility of maintaining the family, through regular support and companionship from the government and civil society, providing materials and care, and feeling psychologically accepted, recognized and affirmed, the family function still remains. Can continue to operate.  Although single-parent families are not mainstream families, as their number increases, they have become a common form in society and are gradually regarded as normal families. Single fathers can break away from the traditional framework of "men take care of the outside and women take care of the house", and can also take good care of their children. With the experience of helping with housework, children are relatively precocious, sensible and independent. Regarding the flexibility of children's upbringing, parents can avoid Conflicts, etc. are the advantages of single-parent families.  What this paper wants to emphasize is to provide a kind of social justice care for the single father group, which not only covers the aspect of resource connection, the so-called distributional justice, but also covers the justice of recognition, which has been relatively ignored by social welfare and social work for a long time. part. Because the problems faced by single fathers are not only the financial and material scarcity of parent-child family management difficulties, but also spiritual, self-identity, dignity and other aspects of difficulties. Therefore, in addition to recognizing the necessity of material resources to support these single fathers, this study also found that acknowledgment of justice on a spiritual level is also indispensable. The ultimate goal is to be able to implement both distributional and recognition justice, and to achieve both.  In today's diversified family situation, government and agency service personnel must have a clear concept of the objects they serve, respect the clients, recognize everyone's rights, and do not recognize the minority groups. The attitude of acknowledging the process should be deeply rooted in the hearts of service personnel. Therefore, it is recommended that governments or institutions take recognition as one of the important normative projects when recruiting or cultivating professional talents, and institutionalize recognition from top to bottom from the central to local governments, and from the public sector to the private sector.
