PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD BERBANTUAN MEDIA BIG BOOK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA KELAS IV SD

Learning is an activity carried out by educators in a programmed manner which can create a process of interaction between students and other students, educators and students and students and learning resources. In this study, researchers used Probability Sampling with a simple random sampling type, which means it is the simplest sample determining technique with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques use pretest and posttest test methods. The type of design used is One Group Pretest – Posttest Design and uses a quantitative approach. The population used was 30 students in class IV at SD Negeri Candiharjo. In the N-Gain test, the average result from the pretest was 46.667, while the posttest mean was 81.967 with a total of N or samples of 30, 16 male students and 14 female students. Based on the test data for the validity of the question items, normal data was also obtained with a total of 0.158, then entered into the Eta Square Test formula to get a final calculation result of 0.875, which indicates an increase in the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media. It can be concluded that the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Big Book media at Candiharjo State Elementary School has a great influence on students' learning outcomes

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA GURU: LITERATURE REVIEW

This study aims to obtain a theoretical basis that can support solving the problem being studied on the effect of motivation and work stress on teacher performance. The theory obtainer is the first step so that researchers can better understand the problemed being researched correctly according to a scientific framework. The method used in this research is a literature review. Researchers select the feasibility of research articles based on the background of the article, research methods, discussed results, discussion and conclusions. In this study, the data source used is secondary data sources. An article search was carried out via the lens.org website to conduct a literature search with the keywords "motivation" "stress" and "teacher performance" in the range of 2020 to 2023. As a result, there were 61 article findings. Then the researcher used the keyword "work motivation" there were 10,386 articles. Then the keyword "work stress" has 2,498 articles. And the keyword "teacher performance" contains 5,206 articles. The next step, analyzing the Literature Review method on five articles that match the keywords. The results obtained, namely, the variables of motivation and stress have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance directly. This is based on previous research findings in several educational institutions in Indonesia. Teacher performance is influenced by motivation and work stress. Variables of motivation and work stress cannot act independently. Reviewing the research that has been done, the findings obtained regarding the description of the influence of motivation and work stress on teachers in Indonesia are considered not to be able to walk alone. Many other factors affect the level of teacher performance in educational institutions. Such as job satisfaction, teacher compensation, teacher competence, principal leadership, discipline, work environment, teacher productivity, awards, organizational culture, and many more

REVITALIZING NATURE TOURISM: OVERCOMING CHALLENGES AND MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL IN WONODADI KULON VILLAGE PACITAN: REVITALISASI WISATA ALAM: MENGATASI TANTANGAN DAN MEMAKSIMALKAN POTENSI DI DESA WONODADI KULON PACITAN

Indonesia is a country that is rich in natural beauty and diverse cultures, so that in this country we can see that there are many tourist attractions, both cultural tourism and natural tourism. With this, the role of villages is very necessary, especially in managing tourist villages, especially in Pacitan Regency. Apart from that, a phenomenon was also found that from 2021 until now there is a problem with funds, this is because the village budget has been used up for the needs of handling Covid in the form of direct assistance to communities affected by Covid. So that construction to maximize tourist attractions was temporarily stopped. Research shows that the management of natural tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency is running well, as the government has provided supporting facilities and infrastructure, but there are several obstacles, namely the difficulty of implementing water sports in this area. The method used in community service program activities is based on the asset based approach (ABA). The activity stages include field observations, drafting material requirements and implementation, licensing, implementation of service, evaluation, up to the final report. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that several things could be done to implement nature-based water tourism in the Wonodadi Kulon Village area, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency. (1) Development of water tourism objects can be done by adding tourist variations such as canoes and water boats; (2) Development of transportation infrastructure by improving road access to tourist attractions which is still not good; (3) Development of capital assistance for activities by seeking sponsors in various sectors; and (4) Development of facilities and infrastructure that support tourism activities by rejuvenating facilities and innovating facilities that do not yet exist, such as parks and rest areas for tired visitors

DEVELOPMENT OF VILLAGE TOURISM THROUGH RIVER WATER SPORTS IN WONODADI KULON VILLAGE, NGADIROJO SUB-DISTRICT, PACITAN DISTRICT: PENGEMBANGAN WISATA DESA MELALUI OLAHRAGA AIR SUNGAI di DESA WONODADI KULON KECAMATAN NGADIROJO KABUPATEN PACITAN

The potential that exists in each region is often not fully utilized, especially in relation to the development of village tourism, including in Wonodadi Kulon village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency, East Java Province. One of the village potentials that can be developed is village tourism based on river water sports. Through Community Service Program activities, it is hoped that existing resources can be optimized so that the village becomes a tourist village based on river water sports. The Community Service Program will be implemented from October to November 2023 in Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency, East Java Province. The method used in community service program activities is based on the asset-based approach (ABA). The activity stages include field observations, drafting material requirements and implementation, licensing, implementation of service, evaluation, up to the final report. The general results of the activity were that training and mentoring activities related to the development of village tourism based on river water sports were carried out with 35 participants. Activity material includes introduction to river water sports, management, water sports facilities and infrastructure, prevention and first aid for accidents, as well as publication and marketing using social media. The conclusion from these activities is that the development of water sports-based village tourism can be carried out, including through training and mentoring activities, especially in Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency, East Java Provinc

POLITICAL EDUCATION FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE AWARENESS AND ACTIVE STANCE IN THE 2024 ELECTION: Pendidikan Politik Agar Masyarakat Memiliki Kesadaran dan Sikap Aktif dalam Pemilu 2024

Political education has a major role in public awareness in having an active attitude towards the participatory democratic process, one of which is elections. Political education is carried out by looking at the typological portrait of Sidoarjo society based on the demography of the region divided into two, namely the type of traditional society and the type of semi-metropolis society. Political education was conducted in five sub-districts of Sidoarjo Regency, namely Jabon, Tanggulangin, Prambon, Tarik and Wonoayu. The implementation of political education to the people of Sidoarjo is done to shape the political personality of Sidoarjo citizens, especially the younger generation, so that it will not lead to apathy or blindness to political issues. In addition, the use of social media is a promising arena and land for conducting political education and political marketing, because it will be directly in contact with two voters who have a large percentage of gadget use

THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE TOWARD INVESTMENT PLANNING MOTIVE: THE MODERATION ROLE OF SELF-CONTROL

This research aims to examine the moderation of self control which affect investment planning motive on civil servants in Sidoarjo. The well executed financial management is not only managing financial income and daily needs, but it needs to be prepared for the future financial management if someday a person or individual needs more financial income. For example in the way to invest. Along with investment, an individual will get profits or benefits in the future. Analysis tool that is used in this research is questionnaire sheet that have already conveyed to 77 respondents and purposive sampling as the sampling approach. To examine the research hypothesis, the researcher use Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software, version 3.2.7. The output of this research is an article within index SINTA (Science and Technology Index) 3 (third rank) journal, national seminar article, and intellectual property rights. Technology readiness level which is tragetted in the research is 1 – 4. The urgency in this study is because of the tendency of each individual nowdays, moreover they who have a family, generally have a financial purpose in the future. Nevertheless, there are pletiful people who can not fulfil their dream because of financial issues to achieve that financial goals

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di antara tugas-tugasnya yaitu mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa untuk menjadi generasi yang unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup di masa depannya nanti. Dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sebagai guru tersebut, sudah selayaknya para guru mendapatkan imbalan atas jasa-jasa yang telah mereka berikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. OPTIMIZING THE COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF ACCOUNTING TEACHERS IN USING ACCURATE SOFTWARE: Optimalisasi Kompetensi dan Profesionalisme Guru Akuntansi Dalam Menggunakan Software Accurate

Based on the observations made, problems were found including accounting records that were still manual and a lack of understanding regarding accurate software. The lack of expertise in the use of technology in the accounting process creates a new problem, which is difficult to get a decent job for job seekers. Among job seekers, there are various educational backgrounds, ranging from high school graduates, vocational schools, as well as undergraduate graduates from various universities. The Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University Community Service Center conducts training on Accurate accounting software for teachers and vocational students in Sidoarjo. Training is provided using Accurate software. The purpose of this training is to provide training to teachers and students in understanding and operating various features in Accurate related to transaction accounting which are expected to improve skills in using this software. The method in this service uses the PAR method which involves the teacher. The stages of implementing community service use the PAR method, namely initial mapping, implementation, and monitoring/evaluation. The results of the service carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo went smoothly and the teachers succeeded in increasing teachers' understanding in using accurate applications
