INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY IN THE ASSESSMENT AND EGG SORTING SYSTEM OF FARM EGG QUALITY
Objective: This research assessed the acceptability of the developed sensor based for the assessment and inventory tracking system of farm egg quality during the academic year 2024-2025 towards technology adoption. Craft and implement the proposed system design of farm egg quality and tracking system. Method: This research study employed quantitative research using applied design with the use of descriptive methods to assess the acceptability of the develop sensor-based inventory tracking system of farm egg quality. Experts and non-experts from the Computer Technology and Agriculture Departments at Cebu Technological University-Tuburan Campus, as well as owners of poultry farms, made up the respondents. Results: With an overall factor average mean of 4.51 HA, the system was regularly rated better by non-experts (4.57) than by experts (4.44). Although the system is highly appreciated, real-world application still confronts modest obstacles, as seen by the maximum score of 4.73 HA for perceived usefulness and the lowest score of 4.29 HA for actual utilization. Perceived usability, use with behavioral goals, and actual usage were all strongly positively correlated. Its capacity to improve efficiency, expedite processes, and track egg quality in real time was especially appreciated by users. Concerns were expressed regarding the system's automated efficiency, tracking of financial data, and integration with current farm management technologies. The obvious relationship between usability, users' intentions, and actual usage highlights the necessity of a straightforward and user-friendly design to encourage adoption. Novelty: Its capacity to improve efficiency, expedite processes, and track egg quality in real time was especially appreciated by users
CHILD-FRIENDLY DIGITAL LITERACY MEDIA TRAINING FOR ENGLISH LEARNING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
Objective : This article reports on a community service program aimed at enhancing the creativity and digital literacy of elementary school English teachers through the integration of child-friendly digital media. Method : The program, implemented in collaboration with elementary school English teachers in Sidoarjo, involved 23 elementary school English teachers who participated in hands-on training using Canva, Wordwall, and AI to create digital media aligned with their teaching objectives. The training program employed a mixed-method quantitative approach, combining observations, surveys, and qualitative feedback to explore teacher engagement, digital media, and classroom implementation. Results : The results of this community service program demonstrated the significant potential of child-friendly digital English media to enhance teaching creativity among elementary school English teachers. By integrating technology-based media, such as Canva, Wordwall, and AI into their teaching practices, the 23 participating teachers were able to expand their pedagogical repertoire and begin shifting from conventional approaches to more innovative, interactive, and student-centered ones. Although challenges, particularly time constraints, limited the full implementation of the developed materials, the teachers' increased digital literacy and willingness to explore new methods are promising indicators of professional growth. THE INFLUENCE OF MARKETING INNOVATION ADOPTION ON MSME MARKETING PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY DIGITAL MARKETING: A CASE STUDY AT RUMAH BUMN DENPASAR
Objective: This study investigates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) marketing adoption innovations—comprising Digital Marketing Training Innovation, Marketing Mentoring Innovation, and SME Brand Awareness—on the Online Sales Performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Rumah BUMN Denpasar, with Digital Marketing serving as a mediating variable. Despite the availability of empowerment programs by PLN UID Bali, data indicate that a significant digital competency gap remains among local MSMEs. Method: Employing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this research analyzed data from 446 MSMEs. Results: The findings demonstrate that both training and mentoring innovations significantly enhance Digital Marketing adoption. Furthermore, Brand Awareness emerges as a critical determinant for digital platform engagement. Crucially, Digital Marketing significantly boosts Online Sales Performance and proves to be an effective mediator, bridging the impact of CSR innovations on business outcomes. Novelty: These results confirm that CSR initiatives successfully improve digital literacy and foster sustainable marketing capabilities, offering vital insights for strategic MSME development and government policy in the digital era
THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT IRRIGATION LEVELS ON THE GROWTH AND PHYSIOLOGY OF DATE PALM OFFSHOOT LEAVES
Objective: Water is the most crucial factor that limits growth and yield of date palm, mainly in the arid and semi-arid areas. The focus of the current work has been on the assessment of the impact of various irrigation treatments on growth and physiological traits of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) offshoot leaves. Method: Three irrigation treatments corresponding to optimal, medium, and deficit water supply were applied. The relative water content, chlorophyll content, and photosynthetic efficiency were also conducted on the growth traits including leaf area, fresh weight, and dry weight. The two phenological stages were applied on two irrigation regimes and our findings found that there was a significant effect of watering regime on growth and physiological traits of date palm offshoot leaves. Results: Growth were promoted and physiological performance were improved by moderate IR, and severe water deficit stress led to dramatic decreases in chlorophyll content, leaf water status, and photosynthesis. Physiological efficiency increased by irrigation but by marginal amounts. Novelty: These results highlight the significance of tailored irrigation strategies to improve the water use efficiency and sustainable production of date palm in water-scarce environments
BLOCKCHAIN-INTEGRATED MACHINE LEARNING FOR SECURE DATA MANAGEMENT AND CLOUD COMPUTING
Objective : This paper discusses how blockchain and machine learning can work together in improving the security of handling data in cloud computing systems. Method : The framework proposed uses blockchain to provide data integrity and access control and auditability, and machine learning models are used to identify security threats, allocate resources to improve resource use, and enhance performance. Results : It has been shown that machine learning with blockchain will greatly enhance trust, security, and efficiency in the data management of a cloud-based environment. Novelty : The solution to the critical challenges of data security, privacy, integrity, and trust in multi-tenant and decentralized cloud settings is addressed by combining blockchain technology with machine learning, which helps overcome major security flaws, including unauthorized access, data tampering, and insider threats
SYNERGY BETWEEN BIOENGINEERED NANOPARTICLES AND IONIC COMPLEXES IN ENHANCING THE PERFORMANCE OF ION-SELECTIVE ELECTRODES: A CASE STUDY OF THE DRUG BHDH
Objective: The present study aims at developing novel nano—electrochemical sensors for the sensitive determination of bromhexine HCl. Method: The method consisted of the formation of “ion pair” complexes, (BHDH-PTA) and (BHDH-PMA), and their incorporation into bio-synthesized silver and iron nanoparticles modified carbon paste electrodes. Results: The analytical performance yielded a broad linear range (10−2 to 10−8 molar) and an ultra-low detection limit of 5.32 × 10−10 molar, a high response speed (3–4 seconds), and operational reliability for over a month. Novelty: Based on Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis), and fluorescence studies, the sensors were confirmed and approved as an effective tool (complexes) for pharmaceutical monitoring and medical diagnosis
ANALYSIS OF TEACHER NEEDS IN TPACK-BASED DEEP LEARNING TO IMPROVE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS' DIGITAL LITERACY SKILLS
Objective: The rapid development of digital technology has created new demands for elementary school teachers to possess strong digital literacy skills and to integrate technology meaningfully into the learning process. This study aims to analyze elementary school teachers' needs in implementing TPACK-based deep learning to improve their digital literacy skills. Method: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. The participants consisted of 50 elementary school teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with thematic analysis based on TPACK components and deep learning characteristics. Results: The results indicate that most teachers have adequate basic technological skills, particularly in operating common digital devices and applications. However, the integration of technology with pedagogy and content knowledge remains limited. The implementation of deep learning is still low, as learning activities tend to focus on surface understanding rather than conceptual depth, reflection, and problem-solving. Teachers experience difficulties in selecting appropriate digital tools, designing technology-supported learning activities, and applying TPACK holistically. In addition, limited professional development, lack of continuous mentoring, and insufficient institutional support were identified as major challenges. This study highlights that the primary need of elementary school teachers lies in strengthening TPACK integration through practical, contextual, and sustainable professional development programs. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in providing a comprehensive needs analysis that links TPACK, deep learning, and digital literacy within the context of elementary education, serving as a foundation for designing targeted teacher development programs
JURIDICAL ANALYSIS OF THE JUDGE'S DECISION IN THE CASE OF PROTECTED ANIMALS AT THE DENPASAR DISTRICT COURT
Objective: To analyze the considerations and inhibiting factors in criminal cases regarding protected animals in the Denpasar District Court, specifically in Decision Number 809/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Dps. Method: The case is analyzed based on the judge's considerations, including elements of intentionality, the defendant's ignorance, incorrect application of cumulative articles, and the use of justice and societal usefulness in decision-making. Results: The judge's considerations focused on intentionality, ignorance of the legal requirement for permits, and the application of the wrong articles. The defendant was not found guilty of committing a criminal act as the judge balanced legal certainty with justice and societal impact. Novelty: The case highlights the impact of outdated legislation, lack of coordination among law enforcement agencies, and the role of social media in facilitating the trade of protected animals
COACHING FOR PHYSICAL CONDITION IMPROVEMENT OF SIDOARJO FOOTBALL CLUB PLAYERS BASED ON SPORT SCIENCE
Objective: This community service program aimed to improve the physical condition of football players at a football club in Sidoarjo Regency through sport science–based assistance. Method: The program involved needs analysis, initial physical fitness assessment, assistance in designing and applying physical conditioning programs, and evaluation of outcomes. Educational sessions and practical on-field mentoring were provided to the coaches and players. Results: The program resulted in enhanced understanding of sport science-based physical training, leading to improvements in several components of players’ physical conditions. Coaches and players gained valuable knowledge about the importance of structured physical training. Novelty: This initiative bridged the gap between theoretical sport science principles and their practical application in a local football club, offering a systematic, sustainable physical training guideline. It exemplifies the role of physical education lecturers in developing sports performance at the local level
FIRST-PRINCIPLES STUDY OF NANOTUBE- BASED GASES SENSORS FOR O2, CL2, F2 AND CO DETECTION: DFT/B3LYP INVESTIGATIONS
Objective: This study examines the sensing potential of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) for the adsorption of F2, O2, CL2, and CO molecules. Method: Investigations were conducted on the electronic properties, adsorption energy, and geometry optimization. The density functional theory at the B3LYP/631G level using the Gaussian 09W software package serves as the foundation for all of the computations. Results: The distance between the CNTS and CL2, O2, F2, and CO molecules determines the adsorption process. All of the structures also have different levels of chemical hardness and electron affinity. This indicates that, for such structures to be cations or anions, a higher energy was required to donate or accept an electron. The usage of CNTS as a nanosensor is confirmed by this study. Novelty: Because of their special properties, Carbon Nanotube (CNTs) have drawn a lot of attention. A variety of devices, including nanosensors, could make use of such CNTS properties. High sensitivity to unique gas molecules and quick response times make CNTS nanosensors ideal for critical applications.
