Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Promosi Penjualan, dan Live Streaming Terhadap Minat Beli Skincare Whitematic di Tiktok Shop
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of price perception, sales promotion, and live streaming on the interest in buying Whitematic products in the Tiktok shop. The population in this study were users of the Tiktok application. The researcher used a non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method used as a sampling technique, with 209 respondents as the research sample. The results of this study indicate that the variables of price perception, sales promotion, and live streaming have an effect on the interest in buying Whitematic products in the Tiktok shop
Analisis perbedaan likuiditas saham dan kinerja saham pasca stock split berdasarkan tingkat kemahalan harga saham
This study aims to determine whether there are differences in stock liquidity and stock performance after a stock split based on the stock price level. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population consists of companies that conducted stock splits during the 2019–2023 period. The sampling technique used was total sampling. There are 54 companies as a sample which consist of 20 undervalued companies and 34 overvalued companies with a total of 162 data over one year which divided into 3 period. The analytical tool was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results of this study indicate that there are no significant difference in stock liquidity and stock performance after a stock split based on the stock price level
Hubungan Beban Kerja Perawat Dengan Kejadian Medication Error Di Ruang Rawat Inap Dewasa
Background: Medication error is an important problem in the health sector that can increase the mortality rate, prolong the hospitalization period and increase the cost of treatment. Identifying workload factors is an important step in preventing medication errors.
Objective: The researcher wanted to analyze the relationship between nurses' workload and the incidence of medication errors in adult inpatient rooms
Method: This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive correlation design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample amounted to 54 respondents. The data collection process was carried out by observing the respondents and filling out questionnaires for the respondents. The data analysis included univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution of workload characteristics and medication errors and bivariate analysis with the Kendall Tau-b correlation test to measure the relationship between workload variables and medication errors.
Results: There was no relationship between workload and the incidence of medication errors (p=0.397) and (τ=0.116) did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of medication errors.
Suggestion: Nurses carry out the correct procedure in administering medication with the principle of six correct administering drugs to prevent medication errors
Pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada periode 2019-2023
This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and leverage on company value. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The data collection technique in this study uses purposive sampling with samples obtained as many as 193 samples from 47 companies. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of this study show that profitability and leverage have no influence on the value of the company
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Kayrawan Restoran di Kota Palembang
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and workload on the intention of restaurant employees in Palembang to quit work. Primary data obtained through a questionnaire from 121 respondents, selected using the formula Hair et al., were used in this study. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and descriptive statistics. A multiple linear regression model was used to test the research hypothesis. The results show that compensation has a negative insignificant effect on intention turnover, while workload has a significant positive influence, which means that the higher the workload, the greater the turnover intention
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kurir Ekspedisi di Kota Palembang
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and workload on the performance of expedition couriers in Palembang City. Couriers who work delivering packages in Palembang City were among the research respondents. The sample was selected using Lemeshow's formula to ensure the accuracy of the research findings. Nonprobability sampling combined with convenience sampling method was the selection strategy used, and respondents were selected based on criteria in line with the research objectives. Through distributing questionnaires to selected respondents, primary data was collected. According to the findings of data analysis and hypothesis testing, this study found that compensation is proven to have a significant influence on the performance of expedition couriers in Palembang City, while workload is also proven to have an influence.

Pengaruh kepercayaan merek dan kualitas produk terhadap niat beli ulang produk Bioaqua
This study aims to empirically prove whether Brand Trust and Product Quality affect the Repurchase Intention of Bioaqua Products. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population in this study being users of Bioaqua products. The sample size was taken as many as 100 respondents, with a non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The results of the study prove that (1) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. With the coefficient of determination obtained from the Adjusted R^2value of 0.538, which means that 53.8% of the repurchase intention variable can be explained by the brand trust and product quality variables while the remaining 46.2% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study
Pengaruh Proporsi Dewan Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Asing dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Luas Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility
This study aims to determine the effect of the proportion of independent commissioners, foreign ownership, and sales growth on the extent of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study were plantation and mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023 with purposive sampling criteria, so that 44 companies were obtained with a total of 176 samples. Hypothesis testing using bootstrapping with SPSS version 23. The results showed that the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, foreign ownership and sales growth had no effect on the extent of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure
Pengaruh reputasi merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat beli ulang skincare Azarine
This research aims to determine the influence of brand reputation and service quality on interest in repurchasing Azarine skincare. The data used is primary data, the population in this study is consumers who have purchased Azarine skincare products at least once at the official Azarine store. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application. The results of this research show that brand reputation has a significant influence on the intention to repurchase Azarine skincare at the official store and service quality has a significant influence on the repurchase intention to Azarine skincare at the official store
