Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh a implementaci knihovny v jazyce C pro práci s CAN zprávami na základě DBC souborů. Knihovna umožňuje efektivní dekódování a manipulaci s daty z CAN sběrnice a je určena pro použití v embedded systémech a automobilovém průmyslu. Práce zahrnuje analýzu struktury DBC souborů, návrh funkcí a struktur pro práci s těmito soubory, a tvorbu automatizovaného generátoru kódu pro C knihovnu. Dále je demonstrováno použití knihovny na vzorové aplikaci, která simuluje zpracování a dekódování CAN zpráv. Výsledky ukazují, že na- vržený systém je efektivní a snadno implementovatelný do reálných aplikací.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a C library for working with CAN messages based on DBC files. The library enables efficient decoding and manipulation of data from the CAN bus and is intended for use in embedded systems and the automotive industry. The work includes an analysis of the structure of DBC files, the design of functions and structures for working with these files, and the creation of an automated code generator for the C library. Additionally, the library’s usage is demonstrated on a sample application that simulates processing and decoding CAN messages. Assessment of the Employee Selection Process in a Selected Organization

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma „Posouzení procesu výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci“ a zabývá se problematikou výběru zaměstnanců v příspěvkové organizaci Zoologická zahrada Olomouc. Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení procesu výběru zaměstnanců probíhající na základě dvou šetření. Jedním z vybraných metod k šetření bylo dotazníkové šetření zaměstnanců, kde měli zaměstnanci organizace ve vytvořeném dotazníku možnost anonymně uvést své názory a hodnocení na proces výběru, kterým si sami prošli. Druhou metodou využitou pro posouzení procesu byl rozhovor, který probíhal s ekonomickou náměstkyní organizace, která odpovídala na otázky vytvořené přímo pro tuto organizaci. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení vytvořené na základě obou zmíněných šetření. Tyto návrhy a doporučení by mohly být pro Zoologickou zahradu Olomouc v budoucnu užitečné.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of "Process Assessment of the selection of employees in the selected organization" and deals with the issue of employee selection in the contributory organization Olomouc Zoo. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the employee selection process based on two surveys. One of the selected methods for the survey was a questionnaire survey of employees, where employees of the organization had the opportunity to anonymously state their opinions and evaluations of the selection process they themselves went through in a created questionnaire. The second method used to assess the process was an interview that took place with the economic deputy of the organization, who answered questions created specifically for this organization. The conclusion of the thesis presents suggestions and recommendations created on the basis of both aforementioned surveys. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vývojom produktov a inovácií v prostredí začínajúceho podniku, konkrétne malej cestovnej kancelárie pôsobiacej na Slovensku. Cieľom práce je analyzovať proces zavádzania produktových a procesných inovácií, ktoré reagujú na potreby trhu a zároveň reflektujú limity mikroorganizácií s obmedzenými zdrojmi. Produktová inovácia je reprezentovaná rozšírením ponuky o denné detské letné tábory, zatiaľ čo procesná inovácia sa zameriava na digitalizáciu interných administratívnych procesov prostredníctvom jednoduchých online nástrojov. Práca aplikuje vybrané modely inovačného manažmentu, ako sú Stage-Gate, Lean Canvas či DMAIC, pričom spája teoretické východiská s praktickou implementáciou v reálnom podnikovom prostredí. The main objective is to analyze the implementation of both product and process innovations that respond to market needs while considering the constraints typical for micro-enterprises. The product innovation is represented by the introduction of day summer camps for children, whereas the process innovation involves the digitalization of internal administrative processes through simple online tools. The thesis applies selected innovation management models such as Stage-Gate, Lean Canvas, and DMAIC, integrating theoretical frameworks with practical implementation in a real business environment. Administrative Sanctions in the Area of Excise Duties

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou správního trestání v oblasti spotřebních daní, které tvoří zásadní nástroj pro zajištění legality daňového systému a ochrany veřejných rozpočtů. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém správního postihování daňových deliktů z právního i ekonomického hlediska a zhodnotit jeho účinnost v praxi, a to zejména ve vztahu k přestupkům týkajícím se alkoholu, tabáku a pohonných hmot. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy správního práva a spotřebních daní, představuje legislativní rámec správního trestání a analyzuje vybranou judikaturu Nejvyššího správního soudu. Praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní případovou studii a kvantitativní statistickou analýzu dat Celní správy ČR za období 2020–2023. Kvalitativní výzkum byl realizován formou rozhovoru s vedoucím pracovníkem Celního úřadu v Moravskoslezském kraji, kvantitativní část testovala tři výzkumné hypotézy: vývoj efektivity v čase (H1), vztah mezi počtem kontrol a počtem nálezů (H2) a rozdíly v efektivitě podle typu kontroly (H3). Analýza prokázala, že efektivita správního trestání není v čase lineární – byla ovlivněna vnějšími faktory (např. pandemie, legislativní změny). Významné zlepšení bylo zaznamenáno v roce 2023 po zavedení systému EMCS. Byla potvrzena silná pozitivní korelace mezi počtem provedených kontrol a počtem zjištění (H2) a významné rozdíly v účinnosti jednotlivých typů kontrol (H3), přičemž nejefektivnějšími se ukázaly kontroly zaměřené na prodej a přepravu zboží. Práce přináší konkrétní doporučení na zefektivnění systému, včetně stabilizace právního rámce, zlepšení metodického vedení Celní správy a posílení přeshraniční spolupráce. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že systém správního trestání ve spotřebních daních je funkční, ale má potenciál pro další zlepšení v oblasti prevence, kapacitního zajištění a digitálního řízení. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jak odborné veřejnosti, tak tvůrcům veřejné politiky při formování efektivnějšího systému sankcionování daňových deliktů.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of administrative punishment in the field of excise duties, which represents a crucial instrument for ensuring tax system legality and protecting public budgets. The main aim of the thesis is to comprehensively analyse the system of administrative sanctioning of tax offences from both legal and economic perspectives and to evaluate its effectiveness in practice, particularly concerning offences related to alcohol, tobacco, and fuel. The theoretical part defines the fundamental concepts of administrative law and excise taxation, presents the legislative framework for administrative punishment, and analyses selected case law of the Supreme Administrative Court. The practical part includes a qualitative case study and a quantitative statistical analysis of data from the Czech Customs Administration between 2020 and 2023. The qualitative research was conducted via an expert interview with a senior officer from the Moravian-Silesian Customs Office. The quantitative part tested three research hypotheses: the evolution of enforcement effectiveness over time (H1), the relationship between the number of inspections and findings (H2), and differences in efficiency by inspection type (H3). The analysis showed that enforcement effectiveness is not linear over time, being influenced by external factors (e.g. the pandemic or legislative changes). A notable improvement was recorded in 2023 following the launch of the EMCS system. A strong positive correlation was confirmed between the number of inspections and the number of findings (H2), and statistically significant differences were observed across inspection types (H3), with sales and transport inspections being the most effective. The thesis provides practical recommendations to enhance the system, including stabilising the legal framework, improving the methodological guidance of the Customs Administration, and strengthening cross-border cooperation. It concludes that the current system of administrative punishment in excise taxation is functional but has potential for further improvements in prevention, capacity support, and digital process management. Teoretická část se věnuje právní, daňové a účetní úpravě dohod o provedení práce (DPP) a dohod o pracovní činnosti (DPČ). Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu těchto dohod ve vybrané společnosti. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku Darknetu a na jeho právní, ekonomické a etické důsledky. Cílem bylo analyzovat problémy spojené s jeho využíváním a navrhnout opatření pro ochranu jednotlivců a společnosti. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako Surface web, Deep web a Dark web, a popsána historie a struktura Darknetu, včetně nástrojů Tor a I2P. Dále se práce zaměřuje na nelegální aktivity na Darknetu, včetně obchodování s drogami, zbraněmi a na šíření extremistických ideologií. V právní oblasti se rozebírají formy počítačové kriminality, právní regulace a mezinárodní výzvy, stejně jako ekonomické a etické důsledky. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum, který potvrzuje vnímání Darknetu jako prostoru pro kriminální činnosti a podporu větší regulace. Extension of the Other Cosmos with Mechanic Blocs

V rámci této práce byl navržen a implementován generický systém mechanických bloků zaměřený na dveře. Cílem bylo vytvořit flexibilní architekturu umožňující snadné přidávání různých typů dveří lišících se nejen materiálem, ale i rozměry. Optimalization of testing procedure for determination of selected explosion characteristics

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá optimalizovaním a nastavením pracovného postupu, ktorý bude slúžiť na meranie vybraných výbuchových charakteristík. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch časti – prvá, teoretická časť, popisuje základné pojmy, s ktorými sa stretávame pri výbuchoch, samotné výbuchy a taktiež druhy, akými je možné merať výbušnosť. Analysis of hydride explosion characteristics

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vybraným aspektům bezpečnosti hydridů kovů. Tyto kovy představují moderní materiály pro oblast vodíkových technologií a vodíkovou separaci, významných v kontextu požární ochrany a environmentální bezpečnosti. Testování a analýza pro účely kvantifikace nebezpečných účinků hoření a hašení těchto materiálů, vyžaduje aplikaci vědeckých poznatků s velkou mírou interdisciplinarity. Práce obsahuje prvotní studii v této oblasti s vymezením oboru studia na pomezí požární bezpečnosti, bezpečnosti procesů, environmentální bezpečnosti a chemického průmyslu. V rámci práce byla provedena literární rešerše na možnosti experimentálního stanovení výbuchových charakteristik. Byly nalezeny předchozí studie pro přidávání vodíku do hydridů za účelem snížení znečištění ovzduší a provedena analýza obou částí rešerše. Dále byla sestavena experimentální aparatura pro měření a kalibrace měření certifikovanými materiály. V takto kalibrovaném a optimalizovaném měřícím systému byly poprvé na světě změřeny výbuchové charakteristiky.This thesis is devoted to selected aspects of the safety of metal hydrides. These metals represent modern materials for the field of hydrogen technologies and hydrogen separation, which are important in fire protection and environmental safety. Testing and analysis to quantify the hazardous effects of burning and extinguishing these materials requires the application of scientific knowledge with a high degree of interdisciplinarity. The work contains an initial study in this area with a definition of the field of study at the border of fire safety, process safety, environmental safety and the chemical industry. As part of the work, a literature search was conducted on the possibility of experimental determination of explosion characteristics. Previous studies on adding hydrogen to hydrides to reduce air pollution were found and both parts of the search were analyzed. Furthermore, experimental equipment was assembled for measurement and calibration of measurements with certified materials.
