Evaluación de la implementación y desafíos del Sistema Erp en la gestión de recursos de la Empresa Pc Soluciones en Babahoyo: impacto en los resultados organizacionales.
El presente caso de estudio evalúa la implementación del sistema ERP, específicamente Odoo ERP, en la empresa PC Soluciones, ubicada en Babahoyo, Ecuador. La investigación parte de la necesidad de integrar y optimizar los procesos administrativos y operativos de la empresa ante un rápido crecimiento y una diversificación de funciones. Se identificaron desafíos importantes durante la implementación, tales como la resistencia al cambio del personal, la capacitación insuficiente y problemas técnicos en la migración de datos. Mediante un enfoque metodológico mixto—que combinó técnicas cuantitativas (encuestas, análisis de indicadores operativos) y cualitativas (entrevistas, grupos focales)—se evaluó el grado de integración del sistema ERP y su impacto en la eficiencia operativa, la reducción de costos y la mejora en la toma de decisiones. Los resultados revelaron mejoras significativas en áreas como facturación, control de inventarios y gestión financiera, aunque la adopción fue parcial en departamentos como atención al cliente y recursos humanos. La discusión destaca que, si bien la tecnología ERP aporta importantes beneficios en términos de centralización de la información y automatización de procesos, su éxito depende en gran medida de la adecuada gestión del cambio y de la capacitación continua del personal. En conclusión, la implementación del ERP en PC Soluciones ha optimizado la gestión de recursos y mejorado la satisfacción del cliente, pero requiere de estrategias adicionales para una integración total y sostenida en la organización

The case study “Customer service in the company Agrosan Agropecuaria Sanchez, period 2024” is focused on the company Agrosan Agropecuaria Sanchez, located in the canton Baba, Province of Los Rios which is a company dedicated to the sale of agricultural and veterinary products, which faces challenges in relation to consumer satisfaction as the problem statement presents that there is a lack of training and motivation of staff, long waiting times and inefficient communication with the customer, lack of loyalty programs and digital channels where users can interact, for this reason the justification of the study aims to address these issues and adapt the needs of the company to the current market, improve the experience and ensure the sustainability of the business. The main objective is to analyze customer service through research techniques that identify the factors that influence customer satisfaction. Therefore, the research line related to financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management is implemented, as well as the articulation of the topic that is closely related to the pre-professional internship project called Application of administrative and commercial processes in the public and private sector under the supervision of the teacher. The discussion of the results reflects that Agrosan maintains a good relationship with its clients, but it does not have a good relationship with them.El estudio de caso “Atención al cliente en la empresa Agrosan Agropecuaria Sánchez, periodo 2024” se encuentra enfocado en la empresa Agrosan Agropecuaria Sánchez, ubicada en el cantón Baba, Provincia de los Ríos la cual es una empresa dedicada a la venta de productos agropecuarios y veterinarios, la cual enfrenta desafíos en relación con la satisfacción de los consumidores ya que el planteamiento del problema presenta que existe la falta de capacitación y motivación del personal, tiempo de esperas largos y una comunicación ineficiente con el cliente, faltas de programas de fidelización y de canales digitales donde puedan interactuar los usuarios, por esta razón la justificación del estudio pretende abordar estos temas y adaptar las necesidades de la empresa al mercado actual, mejorar la experiencia y asegurar la sostenibilidad del negocio. El principal objetivo es analizar la atención al cliente mediante técnicas de investigación que identifiquen los factores que influyen en la satisfacción del cliente. Por lo que se implementa tanto la linea de investigación relacionada a la Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control, como la articulación del tema que se relaciona estrechamente con el proyecto de prácticas pre-profesionales denominado Aplicación de procesos administrativos y comerciales en el sector público y privado bajo la supervisión del docente. La discusión de los resultados refleja que Agrosan mantiene una buena relación con los clientes, pero existen problemas en la comunicación y eficiencia en los procesos. Por lo cual se concluye que se necesita capacitación continua, canales digitales y programas de fidelización y por esto se recomienda contar con un sistema digital que permita medir la satisfacción del cliente y establecer los procesos adecuados
Diagnóstico de la existencia y uso de las maquinarias agrícolas y aperos agrícolas en el Cantón Vinces, Provincia de Los Ríos en el año 2025
The purpose of the research is to know the diagnosis and the existence of agricultural machinery and implements in the Vinces canton that allows producers to contribute to reducing labor when carrying out cultural tasks and achieving better yields in their productions. To carry out the research, the producers with short-cycle crops in the Vinces canton, parishes and surrounding areas will be considered as the population. To determine the number of samples, the information obtained in response to the letter delivered to those in charge of the offices will be used. of MAGAP-Babahoyo, as a result of the universe population that was obtained was 1,100 producers. The methodology to carry out the research will be posed through a questionnaire based on three aspects, which will allow obtaining results that help solve the problem of the study. Subsequently, producers in the canton and its surroundings will be surveyed. Para la realización de la investigación se considerará como población a los productores con cultivos de ciclo corto del cantón Vinces, parroquias y recintos aledaños, para determinar el número de muestras, se utilizará la información obtenida en respuesta al oficio entregado a los encargados de las oficinas de MAGAP-Babahoyo, como resultado de la población universo q se obtuvo fue de 1100 productores. La metodología para llevar a cabo la investigación estará planteada por medio de un cuestionario de preguntas en función de tres aspectos, que permitirá obtener resultados que ayuden a resolver la problemática del estudio, posteriormente se procederá a encuestar a los productores del Cantón y sus alrededores. Finalmente, la información que se logró obtener se llevò a una tabla de cálculo del programa Excel, y con ello realizar los cálculos de la estadística descriptiva que es necesario para tener los resultados acordes a los objetivos planteados y sacar las conclusiones y hacer las recomendaciones respectivas
Metodología para la enseñanza en el desarrollo de la velocidad traslación en jóvenes de 15 a 16 años
The research focuses on the design of a methodology to teach the development of reaction speed in young people between 15 and 16 years old. Throughout the study, various problems related to the teaching of specific skills, such as speed, in educational institutions are identified. It is highlighted that, although general sports activities are promoted, the necessary attention is often not given to technical aspects such as travel speed. In addition, limitations are noted in the training of teachers, who do not have advanced strategies to teach this skill. The research also highlights the importance of adapting teaching to the individual needs of students, taking into account their physical, emotional and psychological conditions, especially in the case of those with health problems.
The methodological proposal is based on a constructivist approach, which encourages meaningful learning through experience and reflection. Furthermore, the possibility of replicating this methodology in other educational institutions is highlighted, adapting it to the characteristics and resources available in each context, in order to promote a more inclusive physical education, particularly in low-resource communities.The research focuses on the design of a methodology to teach the development of reaction speed in young people between 15 and 16 years old. A lo largo del estudio, se identifican diversas problemáticas relacionadas con la enseñanza de habilidades específicas, como la velocidad, en instituciones educativas. Se destaca que, aunque se promueven actividades deportivas generales, muchas veces no se da la atención necesaria a aspectos técnicos como la velocidad de traslación. Además, se señalan limitaciones en la formación de los docentes, que no cuentan con estrategias avanzadas para enseñar esta habilidad. La investigación también subraya la importancia de adaptar la enseñanza a las necesidades individuales de los estudiantes, teniendo en cuenta sus condiciones físicas, emocionales y psicológicas, especialmente en el caso de aquellos con problemas de salud.
La propuesta metodológica se basa en un enfoque constructivista, que fomenta el aprendizaje significativo a través de la experiencia y la reflexión. Además, se resalta la posibilidad de replicar esta metodología en otras instituciones educativas, adaptándola a las características y recursos disponibles en cada contexto, con el fin de promover una educación física más inclusiva, particularmente en comunidades de bajos recursos
Atención al cliente de la empresa Anthony`s Market del cantón Babahoyo provincia de los Ríos, del periodo 2024.
The case study "Customer service of the Anthony's Market company" analyzes the problems that affect the quality of service in this establishment in the Babahoyo canton, province of Los Ríos, during the period 2024. Despite its growing popularity, Anthony's Market faces difficulties in service standardization, the lack of a channel for complaints and suggestions, insufficient staff training and long waiting times, which negatively impacts the customer experience and the competitiveness of the business. The research seeks to diagnose and analyze these problems through surveys and interviews with customers and the business owner. Among the main objectives are to theoretically base customer service, evaluate the level of consumer satisfaction and propose strategies to optimize the service. La investigación busca diagnosticar y analizar estos problemas mediante encuestas y entrevistas con clientes y el propietario del negocio. Entre los principales objetivos están fundamentar teóricamente la atención al cliente, evaluar el nivel de satisfacción de los consumidores y proponer estrategias para optimizar el servicio. Evaluación y Caracterización de la sustentabilidad en fincas productoras de cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) del Cantón Baba, provincia de Los Ríos
In this work, the research on the Evaluation and Characterization of sustainability in cocoa producing farms in the Baba canton, Los Ríos province is presented. This research will be carried out in the cocoa producing farms in the city of Baba, also known as San Francisco de Baba, is an Ecuadorian city, belonging to the Province of Los Ríos. It is located in the center of the Ecuadorian coastal region, very close to the Arenal River. In the census that was carried out in 2022, it had a population of 6,746 inhabitants, making it the one hundred and twenty-fifth most populated city in the country, at the Coordinates 1°47'06″S 79°40'40″W. This agricultural area of the country is a producer of a great diversity of crops such as rice, corn, soybeans, cocoa, banana, plantain and a great diversity of fruit crops. This cocoa area is made up of 160 cocoa producers who coexist with the cultivation and It is a means of livelihood of great importance for farmers and with this research work, information of real importance will be collected to be able to identify various problems that they present and know about the characterization, varieties of the crop, phytosanitary management, sustainability indicators with respect to pests, diseases and the sustainability that farmers obtain from the crop. Esta investigación se la realizara en las fincas productoras de cacao en la ciudad de Baba, también conocida como San Francisco de Baba, es una ciudad ecuatoriana, perteneciente a la Provincia de Los Ríos. Se ubica en el centro de la región litoral ecuatoriana, muy cercano al rio Arenal. En el censo que se lo realizo en el año 2022 poseía una población de 6746 habitantes, lo que la ubica en la centésima vigésima quinta ciudad más habitada del país, en las Coordenadas 1°47′06″S 79°40′40″O. Esta zona agrícola del país es productora de una gran diversidad de cultivos tales como arroz, maíz, soya, cacao, banano, plátano y una gran diversidad de cultivos frutales, esta zona cacaotera esta conformada por 160 productores de cacao que conviven con el cultivo y es le medio de sustento de gran importancia para los agricultores y con el presente trabajo de investigación se levantara información de real importancia par poder identificar varias problemáticas que presentan y saber sobre la caracterización, variedades del cultivo, manejo fitosanitario, indicadores de sustentabilidad con respecto a las plagas, enfermedades y la sustentabilidad que los agricultores obtiene del cultivo. Una vez realizado el estudio en esta zona agrícola se obtuvieron resultados importantes como que su principal problema es con monilla e insectos arriera, principal problema de la baja producción, que sus plantaciones esta diversificadas, que se ayudan económicamente con la cría de animales, reciben asesoramiento técnico y financiero del estado, sus fincas son propias, tiene deficiencia en la nutrición del cultivo, riego en época seca, solucionar problemas fitosanitario, nutricional e hídricas, fortalecer los financiamientos por bancas privadas y estatales para invertir en el cultivo y mejorar así su producción
Inteligencia emocional y la resolución de conflictos en los adolescentes de la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendon de la ciudad de Babahoyo
The objective of this research is to describe how emotional intelligence is related to conflict resolution in adolescents of the “Francisco Huerta Rendón” Educational Unit in the city of Babahoyo. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize and express emotions in human beings, which facilitates thinking and regulates emotions. On the other hand, conflict resolution is the negative interpretation of conflictive contexts, which emphasizes the search for solutions, observing and converting the negative into a positive and constructive way. The study has a population of 240 adolescent students between 14 and 16 years old, in which a sample of 86 young people from higher basic education was chosen, using non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The research is descriptive, a mixed approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional research design were used. Data collection was also carried out through two psychometric tests, the Bar-On's Emotional Intelligence Inventory for Adolescents (EQ-i: YV), which aims to assess and measure emotional intelligence, created by Reuven Bar-On (1997). And the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), the objective of this tool is to evaluate and help to understand conflict management, the instrument was designed by Kenneth W. Thomas and Ralph H. Kilmann in (1974). An interview with teachers was also conducted in order to learn more about the variables within the classroom. The results of the research show that in the inventory (EQ-i: YV), there is a total of 85% of students with low emotional intelligence, while 13% show medium emotional intelligence and finally 2% of adolescents show high emotional intelligence. The TKI instrument reveals that the avoidance component is the highest with 32%, followed by the competitive component with 22%, 20% of adolescents show complacency, followed by the collaborative component with 17%, and finally, the lowest component with 9% is commitment. La inteligencia emocional es la capacidad que consiente en reconocer y expresar las emociones en el ser humano, lo que permite facilitar el pensamiento y regular las emociones. Por el contrario, la resolución de conflictos es la interpretación negativa de contextos conflictivos por lo que se enfatiza en la búsqueda de soluciones, en observar y convertir lo negativo a modo positivo y constructivo. El estudio cuenta con una población de 240 estudiantes adolescentes entre 14 a 16 años, en la que se escogió una muestra de 86 jóvenes de la educación básica superior, utilizando el muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, se empleó un enfoque mixto y un diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal. También se realizó la recopilación de datos a través de dos pruebas psicométricas, el inventario de Inteligencia Emocional para Adolescentes (EQ-i: YV) de Bar-On, el mismo que tiene como objetivo evaluar y medir la inteligencia emocional, el cual fue creado por Reuven Bar-On en (1997). Y el instrumento de Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), el objetivo de esta herramienta es evaluar y ayudar a comprender el manejo de conflictos, el instrumento fue diseñado por Kenneth W. Thomas y Ralph H. Kilmann en (1974). De la misma forma se manejó una entrevista a los docentes con el propósito de conocer más sobre las variables dentro del salón de clases. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que en el inventario (EQ-i: YV), existe un total del 85% de estudiantes con inteligencia emocional baja, mientas que, el 13% evidencia inteligencia emocional media y por último el 2% de adolescentes manifiesta inteligencia emocional alta. En el instrumento de (TKI) se revela que el componente de elusión es el más alto con un 32%, seguido del 22% que le concierne al componente competitivo, el 20% de los adolescentes muestran ser complacientes, seguido del componente colaborativo con un 17% y, por último, el componente más bajo con un 9% es el comprometido. Con respecto a la entrevista aplicada se evidencia que los docentes ayudan a identificar y expresar las emociones a los estudiantes mediante diferentes métodos y estrategias, por lo que tienen una estructura para enfrentar los conflictos, además que los docentes sirven como mediadores en dichos casos para promover la empatía entre los jóvenes

Su principal finalidad es identificar las tendencias actuales en los servicios de alojamiento, considerando las necesidades de los turistas, para brindar alternativas innovadoras de alojamiento en entornos rurales, en la Provincia de Los Ríos.
El análisis revela oportunidades para integrar tendencias globales como los hoteles boutique, que ofrecen experiencias personalizadas y de alta calidad, y el turismo sustentable, que prioriza la preservación ambiental y social. A nivel nacional, destacan proyectos como el glamping y el turismo rural, que han demostrado ser iniciativas exitosas, permitiendo a los turistas experimentar lujo, contacto con la naturaleza, interacción cultural y conservación de las costumbres locales.
A pesar del potencial turístico de la Provincia, los investigadores destacan importantes desafíos, como la falta de infraestructura adecuada, la ausencia de formación en administración y hostelería, y tácticas de promoción restringidas, que limitan el desarrollo de esta actividad.

Deforestación y sus consecuencias en la biodiversidad para el desarrollo del turismo de naturaleza del cantón Montalvo, Provincia de Los Ríos
This research work addresses the problem of deforestation and its consequences on biodiversity and nature tourism in the Montalvo canton, province of Los Ríos, with the main objective of determining the impact on biodiversity as a consequence of deforestation and its impact on the development of nature tourism in the Montalvo canton, province of Los Ríos, with the purpose of understanding how this problem negatively affects the environment and tourism development in the area. It is proposed to expose relevant bibliographic evidence on the variables that make up the problem and that allow understanding the origin of deforestation in the area and analyze the effects it has on the existing biodiversity in the canton, using an exploratory methodology with a qualitative approach for the collection of truthful and relevant information to demonstrate the opinion of local residents through data collection techniques such as surveys, focus groups and interviews and with the analysis of the results to raise the appropriate conclusions and recommendations. El objetivo principal es determinar cómo la deforestación afecta la biodiversidad y su incidencia en el desarrollo del turismo de naturaleza en la zona, comprendiendo cómo esta problemática impacta negativamente al medio ambiente y al desarrollo turístico. Se propone exponer evidencia bibliográfica relevante sobre las variables que conforman la problemática, entender el origen de la deforestación en la zona y analizar sus afectaciones en la biodiversidad. Se utilizará una metodología exploratoria con enfoque cualitativo, recolectando información verídica y relevante mediante encuestas, focus groups y entrevistas para evidenciar la opinión de los residentes locales. Como resultado, se espera demostrar que la deforestación ha incidido negativamente en la biodiversidad, afectando el desarrollo del turismo de naturaleza, permitiendo así aplicar correctivos por parte de las autoridades pertinentes para enmendar el daño causado y potenciar la sostenibilidad del turismo mediante estrategias de conservación que generen equilibrio y protección ambiental
Caracterización fisicoquímica, microbiológica y organoléptica de un néctar elaborado a partir de mucílago de cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) de dos variedades (Nacional y CCN51) adicionando mango (Mangifera indica)
This study addresses the physical-chemical, microbiological and organoleptic characterization of a nectar made from cocoa mucilage (Theobroma cacao L.). Which were analyzed the physical-chemical properties (pH, Brix and titratable acidity), the microbiological load complying with the safety standards and the sensory characteristics such as (flavor, aroma and color). For this, a completely randomized block design (DCA) was carried out, which led to evaluate the 6 treatments varying the concentration of mucilage (50% - 70%) and a fixed concentration of mango pulp adjusting to the parameters allowed within the regulations (25%), with the participation of 30 tasters. In which the characteristics such as flavor, aroma, texture and color were analyzed to determine the acceptability of the best treatment. The research concluded by showing in the ANOVA analysis the level of significance of pH (p<0.0054, R²=0.81), °Brix (p<0.0031, R²=0.83) and acidity (p<0.0001, R²=1.00). The treatments complied with the established parameters, highlighting among them the T4 treatment with a pH 4.0 and 4.3 with reference to °Brix between 11 and 12 and titratable acidity between 0.72%, in accordance with the INEN: 2337:2008 regulations. Among it, the T4 treatment also corresponds in its composition 70% cocoa mucilage of the CCN51 variety and 25% mango pulp, which achieved an acceptability of 96% in contrast to the other treatments. Para ello se realizó un diseño de bloques completamente al Azar (DCA), lo cual llevo a evaluar los 6 tratamientos variando la concentración de mucilago (50 % - 70 %) y una concentración fija de pulpa de mango ajustándonos a los parámetros permitidos dentro de la normativa (25 %), con la participación de 30 catadores. En las que se analizaron las características como sabor, aroma, textura y color para determinar la aceptabilidad del mejor tratamiento. La investigación concluyó mostrando en el análisis de ANOVA el nivel de significancia de pH (p<0,0054,R²=0,81), °Brix (p<0.0031, R²=0,83) y en la acidez (p<0,0001,R²=1,00).Los tratamiento cumplieron con los parámetros establecidos resaltando entre ellos el tratamiento T4 con un pH 4,0 y 4,3 con referencia a los °Brix entre 11 y 12 y Acidez titulable entre 0,72 %, estando conforme a la normativa INEN: 2337:2008. Entre ella también el tratamiento T4 corresponde en su composición 70 % mucilago de cacao de la variedad CCN51 y 25 % de pulpa de mango lo cual logro obtener una aceptabilidad del 96 % en diferencia a los demás tratamientos. El análisis microbiológico determinó como resultados el recuento de mohos y levaduras en <10 UFC/ mL cumpliendo con la normativa INEN 1529-10
