Resilience can Predict the Increase in the Influence of Job Satisfaction on each Individual's Work Performance
Employee work performance looks different even though they admit that they have the same job satisfaction, so the research questions to be asked are, is there a direct effect of job satisfaction on job performance? and is there an indirect effect of job satisfaction on job performance through resilience?. So far, it is known that job satisfaction is an important factor, but it does not measure the resilience that occurs in individuals, even though sustainable work performance occurs not only because they are satisfied with their jobs but resilience plays an important role in long-term work. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with a case study approach because it aims to see a group of samples and not to generalize the results of the study. Samples were collected by being selected based on job performance assessments from the research location. Data were taken using three scales and analyzed with mediation. The results of this study explain that rejecting the first null hypothesis, which means that there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on job performance significantly. Then rejecting the second null hypothesis, which means that there is an indirect effect of job satisfaction on job performance through resilience significantly. The conclusions and suggestions in this study are explained further
The Role and Challenges of Guidance Counselors in Inclusive Education
Inclusive education has received much attention globally in relation to ensuring equal opportunities in learning for all students with diverse special needs. This systematic review explores the roles and challenges of counseling teachers in inclusive education through an analysis of 21 research articles. Bk teachers identified targeted professional development, integration of assistive technology, and improved policies and resources as prerequisites to overcome these challenges. The current study demonstrates the importance of holistic and interdisciplinary methods to empower counseling teachers in building the supportive platforms needed to develop inclusive practices. Its findings add to actionable strategies and policy developments that can be established to improve inclusive education systems worldwide
Mediating Role of Knowledge and Moderating Role of Subjective Norm: Theory of Reasoned Action Approach to Keris Sumenep
Keris is one of the objects of study that is very interesting to study. The research develops a model from the theory of reasoned action using knowledge variables as mediating and moderating variables and subjective norms as moderating variables. This research aims to determine the influence of attitude on purchase intentions, the influence of knowledge as a mediating and moderating variable, and subjective norms as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Sumenep. The object used in this research is Keris. Two hundred respondents were taken using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was done using simple linear and hierarchical regression analyses for moderation and mediation tests. The findings of this research show that attitude has a significant effect on knowledge and consumer purchasing intentions. Consumer knowledge also has an important influence on purchase intention. The knowledge variable moderates and mediates the influence of attitude on consumer purchase intention. The subjective norm does not moderate the influence of attitude on purchase intention. This research concludes that attitude notably influences knowledge and intention to make purchases. Knowledge can moderate and mediate the influence of attitude on consumer purchase intentions. The subjective norm variable does not moderate the influence of attitude on purchase intention. This research provides additional studies regarding the TRA theory by adding the knowledge variable as a moderating variable and the subjective norms as moderating variables
Analysis of the Formation of the Red and White Cabinet: Narrative Policy Framework Approach
This study analyzes the formation of the Red and White Cabinet under President Prabowo Subianto through the lens of the Narrative Policy Framework (NPF). It examines whether the cabinet expansion was driven by technocratic considerations or political representation. This research provides insights into Indonesia’s governance structure and policymaking dynamics by exploring the narratives shaping ministerial appointments. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing the NPF to analyze policy narratives that influenced the expansion of ministries. Data collection involves document analysis of relevant laws, regulations, academic literature, and credible media reports. This approach systematically examines how political narratives shape institutional decisions and governance strategies. The findings reveal that the expansion of the Red and White Cabinet was primarily influenced by political coalition-building rather than administrative efficiency. Key narratives, such as governance effectiveness, political stability, and national unity, were strategically constructed to justify the increased number of ministries. While some appointments reflect technocratic expertise, many were dictated by political negotiations, highlighting the predominance of partisan interests over governance optimization. This study concludes that policy narratives legitimize political decisions, often surpassing technocratic considerations. The findings contribute to the understanding of political decision-making in Indonesia by demonstrating how institutional constraints, elite bargaining, and strategic policy narratives shape governance structures
The Effect of Building Area and Cost on the Accuracy of Cost Estimation in State Buildings
Accurate cost estimation during the conceptual stage is crucial in ensuring effective budget allocation and reducing financial risks in government building projects. In Indonesia, especially Jakarta, the cost estimation process for government buildings is essential to optimize resource distribution. However, challenges persist in improving the precision of these estimations, particularly regarding how building area and construction cost impact the estimation process. This study employs multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between the building area, construction cost, and the accuracy of conceptual cost estimations in Indonesian government building projects. The study was conducted using a sample of 100 completed projects in Jakarta. The regression analysis results reveal that both the building area and construction cost significantly negatively impact cost estimation accuracy, with a combined explanatory power of 58%. An increase in the building area and construction cost corresponds to more significant deviations in the estimated cost from the actual figures. The study highlights the need for more advanced estimation methodologies and standardized practices to improve accuracy in cost estimation. The findings offer practical recommendations to policymakers and construction professionals, suggesting ways to enhance cost estimation accuracy in the public sector, ultimately leading to better resource allocation and more successful project outcomes
Risk Management at the Regional Inspectorate of XYZ Regency
The obligation of local governments to implement risk management has been established since the issuance of Government Regulation No. 60 of 2008 on the Government Internal Control System. The Regional Inspectorate of XYZ Regency, as one of the local government agencies in the field of supervision, is also required to manage risks to achieve the objectives outlined in its strategic planning document. This study analyzes the implementation of risk management at the Regional Inspectorate of XYZ Regency by examining both strategic and operational risks. The analysis begins with a business canvas review of the agency’s business processes. The purpose of this study is to identify the strategic and operational risks faced by the Regional Inspectorate of XYZ Regency and to determine the necessary risk mitigation measures to address these risks to an acceptable level. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to collect primary and secondary data through interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results indicate the identification of two strategic risks based on objectives and programs, as well as thirteen operational risks based on activities outlined in the planning and budgeting documents of the Regional Inspectorate of XYZ Regency. Existing controls and risk mitigation measures are formulated to align with the specific characteristics of the identified risks. The findings of this study have implications for the enhancement of risk management practices at the Regional Inspectorate of XYZ Regency. By implementing a more systematic approach—encompassing comprehensive risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment—the Inspectorate can strengthen its oversight function and improve governance quality

Developing a Prototype of a Self-Regulated Learning-Based Learning Model for English Language Learning for Junior High School: Introduction, The Objectives, Method, Result and Discussion, Conclusion
This study aims to develop a prototype learning model based on self-regulated learning for students who study English at Junior High School, and find effective strategies to support teachers in adopting and adapting self-regulated learning-based learning in their English classes. The era of globalization requires mastery of English language to access global information, communicate among countries, and increase competitiveness. The 2045 Golden Indonesia Vision [5} also emphasizes the importance of developing the quality of human resources, including English language. However, data show that Indonesia English language proficiency is still low according to EF English Proficiency Index. Also, one of the main challenges is the very limited use of English language in daily life. The conditions mentioned above are challenges for the autonomous learning of high school students. Therefore, a teaching and learning model facilitating students with the ability to systematically manage their learning process is really needed to achieve their learning goals. The components of SRL include cognitive strategies, beliefs and motivation, and resource management. The self-regulated learning-based learning model is seen as the right solution to improve students' self-regulated abilities in learning English language. This learning model follows a three-phase cycle model which includes the Forethought phase, the Performance phase, and the Reflection phase. Developing the prototype of a Self-Regulated Learning-Based Learning Model for Junior High School English participants follows the ADDIE Model. This development model has 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. However, there are only three stages of the ADDIE Model implemented in the research, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. Through this study, the prototype of a SRL-based Learning Model is developed. The implications of this prototype are (1) teachers becoming more aware to facilitate students’ learning English with learning strategies, and (2) students are rather more goal and strategy-oriented since they implement the SRL in order to get better achievement
Implementing of the Local Government Information System Policy in Financial Report Preparation For Local Government Units: A Case Study in Baubau City: IMPLEMENTATION
This study explores the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in preparing financial reports of Local Government Units (SKPD)in the DPRD Secretariat of Baubau City. The study addresses how decentralized governance and transparency can be enhanced through e-government initiatives like SIPD, which integrates local financial data electronically. Despite clear policy guidelines outlined in various regulations, the research identifies challenges in human resource limitations, insufficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and inadequate infrastructure. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews and document analysis, the study finds that although the implementation of SIPD supports transparency and accountability, its effectiveness is hindered by technical issues such as staff competency and system infrastructure. This research contributes to understanding public policy implementation, specifically within SIPD, while suggesting resource allocation and inter-departmental coordination improvements to enhance e-governance practices in local financial management
Dynamics of South Korea’s Three No’s Policy: Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Deployment and China Relations Analysis
This research analyzes the deployment of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) in South Korea’s foreign policy and its impact on relations with China. The study examines why South Korea took a compromising approach through the Three No’s Policy despite implementing the THAAD system as a deterrence against North Korea. Through James Rosenau’s Foreign Policy Theory with five factors (systemic, societal, governmental, idiosyncratic, and role sources), this research fills a gap in literature on decision-making dynamics in East Asian security dilemmas. The study employs qualitative methods with case study analysis, relying on primary and secondary sources including policy documents, official government statements, and bilateral economic data. Results indicate that economic dependence on China and domestic pressure became dominant factors in South Korea’s compromising decision, outweighing considerations of alliance with the United States. These findings imply that in an era of economic interdependence, even countries facing direct security threats may be forced to balance security interests with economic concerns
