Implementation of carbon accounting in green buildings at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR)
This research aims to describe the implementation of carbon accounting in green buildings in the Ministerial Building of the Ministry of PUPR. This research explores more deeply how carbon accounting practices can be applied and provide benefits in efforts to reduce emissions in green buildings. This study used qualitative research methods. This research uses a case study approach as an in-depth qualitative methodology. The location of this research is the Ministerial Building of the Ministry of PUPR which is located at Jl. Pattimura No. 20 South Jakarta. For the validity of this research data, researchers used triangulation techniques. The results of research on the implementation of carbon accounting and the amount of carbon produced in the Ministerial Building of the Ministry of PUPR, namely the amount of carbon accounting from electricity use in 2023 was recorded at 1,829.3 tonco2e, the amount of carbon accounting from water use in 2023 resulted in carbon accounting of 8.07 tonco2e, the implementation of reduction Carbon emissions and the intensity of building use cause an increase in emissions in the 2019-2023 period. Trend analysis of carbon emissions from water use peaked in 2013 at 10,556 kgco2e.
Factors affecting bond ratings in BUMN Companies
The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity on state-owned enterprises bond rating listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and PT. Pefindo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 11 companies with a research period from 2018-2023 so that there were 66 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that profitability and solvency has a significant positive effect, liquidity and activity has no significant effect on bond rating. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to that profitability and solvency and those that can affect bond rating so that bond rating will increase
Bibliometric analysis: Creative behavior using the Google Scholar database
This article explores creativity in scientific behavior, with a focus on how new ideas emerge and are implemented in the corporate world. Using the Google Scholar Database, this research applies bibliometric analysis to evaluate scientific literature and publications from 2013 to 2023 in the field of library and information science. The results of the analysis provide an understanding of the distribution of articles based on year, author, institution, journal name, and scientific discipline. Strong organizational performance in human resources is associated with competitiveness and increased creativity. Employee creativity is considered an important contributor to organizational success, related to organizational climate, management, and proactive behavior. Creative behavior includes a wide range of activities, described as those that result in the identification of original and better methods for achieving goals. This research applies filtering methodology, search strategies, and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis produced a bibliometric concept map and identified key keywords such as "employee creative behavior", "creative process", and "green creative behavior". The visualization also shows changing research trends over time and high citation rates for certain concepts, informing developments and relevance in the scientific literature on behavioral creativity
The use of digital content in increasing consumer awareness and interest towards electric bicycles: A digital marketing approach
In efforts to promote environmentally friendly products like electric bicycles, digital marketing strategies continue to evolve to meet the informational and persuasive needs of potential consumers. This study aims to investigate the impact of digital content usage on increasing consumer awareness and interest in electric bicycles. The research method employed is a literature review, searching for related literature. The findings indicate that creative, educational, and interactive visual content plays a significant role in building brand awareness and driving consumer interest. A multi-platform strategy that utilizes social media, blogs, and email marketing has proven effective in reaching a broader target audience. Additionally, personalized content, the use of influencers, and interactive dialogue between the brand and consumers can enhance engagement and the likelihood of conversion. This research provides insights into best practices in digital marketing for sustainable products, offering strategic recommendations for electric bicycle industry players, and suggests directions for further research in digital marketing dynamics
Marketing strategy and business development to improve product quality and innovation in Omah Kepiting Micro, small and medium enterprises in Surabaya: Case study on MSMEs Pakal Emas in Surabaya
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in improving the regional economy and the economy of a country. The government pays great attention to the development of MSMEs to survive the global crisis. Various initiatives are always pursued by the government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises so that more and more individuals want to pursue the entrepreneurial world. UMKM Omah Kepiting is one of the Pakal Emas MSMEs groups located in Surabaya. MSMEs Omah Kepiting provides a variety of foods with certain characteristics, both traditional and modern foods. Omah Kepiting strives for several innovations and creations in food to attract consumers. Omah Kepiting also always strives to improve the quality of food products so that consumers are satisfied with the taste of food and service. This research is quantitative. Data collection through questionnaires and other similar research reference data. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that quality is influenced by marketing strategies and Business Development by 88.2%, while the remaining 11.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
University incubators in Ecuador as means of development: Case study at the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí, Ecuador
Higher education institutions in Ecuador face significant challenges in aligning their academic programs with the social and economic needs of the country. Graduates often lack the practical skills and strategic thinking needed to build businesses and foster innovation. This study focuses on evaluating the feasibility and potential impact of implementing university incubators at the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí (Uleam). A mixed methodology was used that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. First, an exhaustive review of the literature on university incubators was conducted. Then, Uleam was selected as a case study, collecting information on institutional policies and available resources. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with teachers, students and administrators, in addition to applying surveys to a representative sample of students and graduates. Qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed using thematic coding techniques and descriptive and inferential statistical tools. The results indicate that 85.33% of respondents have not participated in an incubator, and 52% have limited knowledge about them. However, 94% showed interest in participating in university incubators. The main barriers identified include complex bureaucratic processes and a lack of knowledge about the creation and operation of incubators.

Corporate bankruptcy prediction model: A systematic literature review
This study is a systematic literature review aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of the use of various models such as Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, Grover, Beneish, and Ohlson in the analysis of bankruptcy prediction for companies. The study details many research articles published in various academic journals and other reliable sources. Literature analysis involves identifying trends, common findings, as well as recent developments in the use of these models as bankruptcy prediction tools. This literature review indicates that despite significant advancements in the development of bankruptcy prediction models, challenges persist in applying these models universally across different contexts, particularly given contextual variations between industries and countries. The insights from this literature study are valuable for researchers, financial practitioners, and decision-makers in applying any models for bankruptcy prediction analysis. Furthermore, this literature review encourages further research in developing more sophisticated and timely bankruptcy prediction models
The influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on the performance of PT Tara Outsourcing Employees in PT Bukit Asam Maintenance Work Unit Kertapati Dock Unit
This study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on the performance of outsourced employees of PT Tara in the maintenance work unit of PT Bukit Asam Kertapati Dock Unit. The population and sample in this study were all outsourced employees of PT Tara in the maintenance work unit of PT Bukit Asam Kertapati Dock Unit in 2023-2024 as many as 33 employees using the census method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style, it is expected that the role of superiors can provide opportunities for employees to give opinions. Work motivation, it is expected that superiors can provide fair input to employees so that fellow employees can establish good relationships
Impact of intellectual capital, capital structure, and credit risk on financial performance on banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange
The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Non Perfroming Loan on Banking Firm’s Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 46 company with annualy research period from 2018-2022 so that there were 27 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that Debt to Equity Ratio, and Non Perfroming Loan has a significant positive effect on Banking Firm’s Performance. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Non Perfroming Loan that can affect Firm Performance so that company profitability can increase
