Evaluation of the implementation of integrated design and build construction contracts based on LKPP Regulation No. 12 of 2021 based on contract management body of knowledge and risk minimizing dispute claims from the service provider's perspective
Infrastructure development in Indonesia is key to improving connectivity and equitable development, although it often faces project management challenges such as errors in contract documents that trigger disputes. The government has adopted the Design and Build method to accelerate construction and reduce design errors, but this method often creates more disputes than conventional methods. This study evaluates the implementation of the Integrated Design and Build Contract system in government projects based on LKPP Regulation No. 12 of 2021 and the Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK) 7th Edition, focusing on integrating contract management processes and risk analysis. Through questionnaires, expert interviews, and statistical data analysis, this study identified 10 significant high-risk risks, such as incorrect selection of design consultants, inaccurate cost estimates, and frequent design changes, although unidentified utility risks were not proven to be significant to disputes. The results of the study provide strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the contract system, reduce disputes, and support the performance of infrastructure projects in Indonesia
Analysis of labor productivity in reinforced concrete structures using time study methods
The source of the success of a project in fulfilling the three aspects namely cost, quality, and time from one of the existing resources is the productivity of its workforce. The time study method is the right method used to determine the standard time of a job. The average value of productivity on column formwork is 10.65 m2/OH, beam formwork is 46.89 m2/OH, and plate formwork is 73.29 m2/OH. Column reinforcement work 204.51 kg/OH, beam reinforcement work 349.93 kg/OH, plate reinforcement work 287.57 kg/OH. Column casting work 7.96 m3/OH, beam casting work 25.31 m3/OH, plate casting work 15.81 m3/OH. Several factors greatly affect labor productivity. Comparison of the work productivity of reinforced concrete structures in the Ubud Market project based on the calculation results obtained the average productivity coefficient in the field of labor
The socio-affective development of primary schoolchildren in rural areas based on the integration of educational agencies
Cuban Primary Education has the social responsibility of contributing to the comprehensive formation of the student's personality. However, the increasing level of complexity of social and educational environments, associated with the increase in anti-values, the poor perception of risk with minors from home, among other causes, generates the need for educational practices, even when working the cognitive and affective component, give more weight to the socio-affective aspect in the training process. In this order, the proposal made favors the educational influence for the socio-affective development of the primary school child based on the integration of school - family - community in the rural context
Rock slope stability analysis in Melasti Beach area – Ungasan, Bali
Melasti Beach is one of the main tourist attractions developed by the Bali Government. This beach is located in the southern area of Bali, precisely in Ungasan village, Badung Regency, Bali. At the moment, the region administrator is constructing a tourism facility by excavating a rock mass near the beach. Therefore, to avoid damage to nearby shops and beach facilities, a study is needed to be conducted about the safety of the rock mass that is being excavated. Direct observation of the rock mass and rock mass classification is conducted to obtain the physic and mechanical characteristics of the rock. To do the stability analysis of the slope, Geo-Studio 2012 software is used by inputting the data obtained from the field and laboratory data. The result of this study is a mass rock in Melasti Beach is classified as limestone which has a Fair rock classification and the factor of the safety of the rock slope/cliff is 1.631 which means the cliff is safe and is no need to build an extra reinforcement on the slope/cliff
Performance analysis of pulse shaping rectangular pulse through frequency selective fading transmission channel in OFDM system
- Long Term Evolution or LTE is a fourth generation (4G) cellular network technology that uses OFDM as its multiplexing technique for fast and effective wireless communication services. OFDM uses the concept of orthogonality for bandwidth efficiency by multiplexing overlapping subcarriers. But in its implementation, this system will have problems in the transmission channel. In addition, OFDM has the major drawback of being susceptible to frequency offset between the transmitter and receiver. This offset frequency will cause the orthogonal character built in the OFDM system to experience a decrease in performance. This decrease in performance is due to the occurrence of ICI. To overcome this, a method is needed to improve system performance. The method used in this research is Rectangular Pulse. Therefore, this research is made to combine the advantages of OFDM and pulse shaping and is expected to produce a superior system and can contribute to the improvement of 4G-LTE implementation. The approach method in this research applies a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze system performance and in this research uses the simulation method as a reference to obtain research data using the Matlab application

Integrated water resources management in the Bukian irrigation area at Badung Regency
Management of Water Resources in order to meet the needs of living things is very important. Management of Water Resources that is not integrated will cause various problems, including drought, conflicts of interest between water users. The Bukian Irrigation Area is an irrigation area that utilizes surface water for its agricultural activities. Currently the Bukian Irrigation Area obtains irrigation water from the Bukian I weir and Bukian II weir as a supply weir to increase the need for water discharge required in the irrigation area. In the utilization of surface water that is used to meet irrigation needs at this time less attention is paid to a good water management system, such as a lack of control over water use. Water management can be carried out properly if the condition of the water balance in the system is known. Related to this, additional discharge and integrated water management are needed to avoid conflicts of interest between water users. The method in this study is a quantitative analysis with the mainstay discharge variable in the Bukian I and II weirs and irrigation water demand based on the existing cropping pattern.
