An Analysis of Diversity and Leadership Practices and Their Impact on Organizational Outcomes
The purpose of this research was to examine how variety and leadership styles affect business performance. According to the descriptive data, the sample included people of different sexes, nationalities, and ages. A favorable relationship between diversity and organizational outcomes was found in an examination of diversity in the workplace. Positive associations were also found between effective leadership practices like communication, strategy, and empowerment. This suggests that diverse teams may need to be led in a different way than homogenous ones, as there was a positive correlation between diversity and successful leadership practices. Findings from the research can help businesses improve their results and foster more welcoming workplaces for all employees
Examining the Challenges and Opportunities of Managing Public Services in a Complex and Interconnected World
The paper aims at discussing extensive and diverse problems and opportunities as the phenomena of globalization shape the management of public services. This study uses surveys and interviews with the target public managers to identify research questions such as the following major challenges: political instability, economic limitations, technology change, and social disparities. The conclusions reached prove that there is great potential for digital improvement of administrative productivity and citizens’ satisfaction, but equally grand are the issues of cybersecurity, social inclusiveness, and allocation of resources. in the same regard political instability and regulatory restraints hinder strategic planning and advancement, while persistent social disparity demands efficient stakeholder management. Economic conditions, as much as they may restrain, are instrumental in spurring creativity; the case should therefore be made for sustainability analyses that combine financial realism with inventive solutions. This research points out that the development of sound and coherent theories and coherent theories in the teaching and practice of public service management, which inhibits technology adoption, social justice, political stability and fiscal viability. The research presents crucial information for policy makers and public manager interested in enhancing the anti-shock and adaptive mechanisms within the public service delivery systems in the contemporary complex world

Policy Effectiveness Program for Improving Education Equality through the Development of Education Facilities and Infrastructure
In one part of the Gorontalo Province, Bone bolango since its inauguration as a Regency on February 25, 2003 with an area of 1,984.31 km, of course, has problems in terms of educational equality, difficulty access to education due to geographical conditions and inadequate road and transportation access. which results in the lack of equal distribution of education, especially education, especially basic education. There are still many areas in Bone Bolango Regency where people have not been able to enjoy education. The solution for meeting basic education needs in Bonebolango Regency begins with opening road access and transportation, so that the area is easily accessible. Over time, in every village in Bonebolango District, there are already several elementary schools that allow each community to receive an education. However, the problem of fulfilling the need for educational facilities and infrastructure is still constrained by the lack of budget available in the local government. There are still many areas in Bone Bolango Regency where people have not been able to enjoy education. The solution for meeting basic education needs in Bonebolango Regency begins with opening road access and transportation, so that the area is easily accessible.
