The Influence of Social Media Marketing on Brand Equity and Consumer Behavior of ABS Mineral Water in Kendari
This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing on brand equity and consumer behavior of ABS mineral water in Kendari. The research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The sample consists of 164 respondents who are ABS mineral water consumers and active social media users in Kendari City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (path coefficient 0.626, p-value 0.00 < 0.05) and brand equity (path coefficient 0.721, p-value 0.00 < 0.05). Brand equity has a positive but limited significant effect on consumer behavior (path coefficient 0.152, p-value 0.050). However, brand equity does not significantly mediate the relationship between social media marketing and consumer behavior (path coefficient 0.110, p-value 0.056 > 0.05). The study concludes that social media marketing is more effective in directly influencing consumer behavior rather than through brand equity mediation in the context of ABS mineral water in Kendari
Location Selection and Design of Wasi River Intake Jayawijaya Regency
The availability of clean water in Wamena City is a target for fulfilling local government development. In the suburbs, a Public Hydrant (HU) in the Sinakma area has been constructed to meet the community's clean water needs. The fulfillment of clean water needs for network distribution has also existed in Wamena City which was built in 2016 sourced from the Walesi River with the construction of a reservoir in the Napua area, but the distribution was disrupted because the Napua Intake was damaged by landslides. However, due to the condition of landslides and logging that are quite a lot in the upstream area, currently the intake does not function and affects the distribution of water in Wamena City. In 2023, an Intake and several reservoirs with the Wasi River water source in Walesi District have also been built, which are expected to meet the city's water needs. But in reality, the building has not been able to meet the needs of clean water because it cannot capture the flow of water properly

The Influence of Local Government Integrity on Local Government Budget and its Implications for Development
This research aims to analyze the influence of local government integrity on APBD management and its implications for the quality of regional development in Indonesia. Secondary data from BPS, SPI, and APBD records for cities and regencies in Indonesia in 2022 were used. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. This method integrates measurement models to validate indicators and structural models to assess relationships between latent variables. Key evaluation criteria, including reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing, were employed to ensure robustness. The results indicate that higher local government integrity improves APBD management, albeit with a relatively modest effect. Integrity plays a crucial role in preventing corruption and enhancing the sustainability of regional development, highlighting its importance in public financial management. These findings underscore the necessity of promoting high-integrity practices in local governance to achieve sustainable development goals
Organizational Culture in Waste Collection Fleet Management: Implications for Operational Efficiency and Urban Environmental Impact
Waste collection fleets play a vital role in municipal solid waste management and urban environmental quality. Nevertheless, operational inefficiencies, such as vehicle overloading, suboptimal route planning, and inadequate maintenance, have contributed to significant environmental and infrastructural impacts, including road degradation and diminished urban hygiene. This research adopts a qualitative approach grounded in a comprehensive review of relevant literature to examine how organizational culture affects the performance of waste collection fleets and their broader urban impact. The findings suggest that weak institutional culture, fragmented coordination among agencies, and inconsistent adherence to operational standards are critical drivers of inefficiency. Moreover, limited inter-agency integration, the absence of effective oversight mechanisms, as well as limited technological innovation further compound these challenges. Addressing these systemic issues requires targeted cultural and governance reforms. Key recommendations include strengthening human resource capacity, integrating environmentally sound technologies, and fostering institutional accountability and environmental responsibility. These interventions are essential to enhance operational efficiency. They also play a key role in reducing the ecological footprint of urban waste transportation systems
The Urgency of Restorative Justice Implementation in Addressing Domestic Violence Cases to Realize Justice Oriented towards Victim Recovery
The study is to examine, from the standpoint of legal advantages, the regulation and application of restorative justice in addressing domestic violence (DV) cases. In order to achieve a fair and beneficial conclusion, restorative justice places a strong emphasis on victim recovery, offender accountability, and community involvement. This study examines laws that support the implementation of restorative justice, such as Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021 and Prosecutor's Regulation Number 15 of 2020, and their applicability to the protection of domestic violence victims using a normative legal method that combines a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The study's findings suggest that a different approach to DV case resolution may be restorative justice, especially in ongoing social relationships, such as husband-wife or parent-child, so that it can reduce the negative impact of conventional criminalization on families, including social and economic aspects. However, its application must be carried out selectively, considering the risk of pressure on victims to reconcile and the potential for the recurrence of violence. From the perspective of legal benefits, restorative justice implementation can provide broader benefits compared to the retributive punishment system, provided that there is strict supervision and a mechanism that ensures that justice for victims remains a top priority. Therefore, evaluation and strengthening of regulations are needed to ensure that the implementation of restorative justice in domestic violence cases truly provides legal protection and benefits for all parties involved
Comparative Analysis of Water Quality Using Pollution Index Method and BCWQI in Cisanggarung River
Assessment of water quality status is crucial to carry out as part of the efforts to maintain water quality, ensuring its use in community life meets the established standards. This is in stark contrast to the numerous community activities that often pollute the water content in rivers, leading to a decline in water quality and adverse effects on the people who use that water. This research is crucial for determining the quality status of water in the Cisanggarung River, as well as for comparing the water quality status in the upstream section of the Cisanggarung River using the Pollution Index and the British Columbia Water Quality Index (BCWQI). The average Pollution Index value in the Cisanggarung River is 1.192, categorized as Slightly Polluted. At the same time, the water quality status in the Cisanggarung River has an average score of 26.24, indicating a level of Fair (slightly polluted). Based on the results of determining water quality status using two methods, it can be concluded that the British Columbia Water Quality Index is the most suitable method for use in the Cisanggarung River (BCWQI)

Control Social Engineering Security and Spear Phishing Attacks with Technology Solutions in Organizations
In the current digital era, protecting information and being alert to the risk of data leaks is very important, especially for confidential data. Efforts to maintain the confidentiality of this information can use appropriate technology to prevent potential security threats. Using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) can play a role in reducing the risk of phishing attacks by utilizing technology-based methods that involve social engineering activities and implementing spear phishing experiments via email content. This is useful for identifying security weaknesses that must be fixed. This research includes the application of OSINT, social engineering tools, and email content. Experiments involving OSINT and phishing attacks are depicted using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) to show the flow of attacks carried out. Furthermore, the phishing attack is used as a basis for designing technology-based mitigation. This mitigation involves two technologies, namely email filters on email servers and two-factor authentication (2FA) for websites that are targets of phishing attacks. The addition of the two-factor authentication feature can be done because the target website has input in the form of an account and password text box.In the current digital era, protecting information and being alert to the risk of data leaks is very important, especially for confidential data.
