The  purpose  of  the study. Mastery of fundamental techniques in hockey is essential for players. Mastery enables player cooperation to achieve the game\u27s objective. Key techniques include dribbling and pushing the ball, applicable in both indoor and field hockey. These techniques are vital for effective gameplay. In indoor hockey, only dribbling techniques are permitted according to regulations. Practice enhances dribbling skills, requiring repetitive training. This study aims to compare indoor and field hockey training effectiveness on dribbling mastery. Materials and methods. An experimental method was employed, utilizing 24 athletes from Sambas Hockey Club, divided into two groups. Results. The results indicate a significant improvement in dribbling technique mastery in the indoor training group. Conclusions. The research concludes that indoor hockey training significantly enhances basic dribbling technique mastery compared to field hockey training

The  purpose  of  the study. The context of this research is that coaches and trainers must be able to adapt to competition as a result of the continuously changing technological landscape in the coaching process . Staying focused throughout training is the trainer\u27s responsibility. This is important because, in addition to monitoring training progress, the trainer\u27s role during sessions also requires the ability to evaluate programme results. To train the speed and endurance of kicks for taekwondo players , this research aims to design a speed and endurance training tool for Dollyo kicks. Chagi uses sensors, LEDs and digital accounting. Materials and methods. The following processes form a research methodology called research and development, which include: potential and problems; data collection; product design; design validation; design revision; product trials; product revision; and mass production. Results. Based on research, 93% of Taekwondo I experts are good at stage I, and 95% are very good at stage II. The assessment for stage I was 75% good, while stage II was 95% very good, according to Taekwondo II experts. Electrical expert I gave a good rating of 74% for stage I and a very good score of 95% for stage II. The Phase I assessment for Electrical Expert II was 90% very good, and the Phase II assessment was 95% very good. Conclusions. In small group testing, 71% of trainer evaluation methods were considered very good; large group testing was 89.37%; and product testing was 89.37%

    No full text
The  purpose  of  the study. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the link between running technique proficiency and long jump performance in 10 to 11-year-old elementary students. Materials and methods. A sample of 28 male students, aged 10 to 11 years, was selected for this study. A cross-sectional research design was utilized to investigate the relationship between basic running techniques and long jump performance in this demographic. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to assess the association between running methodologies and long jump effectiveness. The results of this analysis determined the strength and direction of the relationship between the two variables. Results. The analysis yielded a significant correlation coefficient of r= 0.917, with a p-value of 0.000<0.005, indicating a strong positive correlation. This finding suggests that students\u27 skills in body alignment, arm swing, and leg coordination in running are closely related to their ability to generate the power, speed, and control necessary for superior long jump performance. Conclusions. This study provides empirical support for the claim that proficiency in fundamental running techniques, including body alignment, arm swing, and leg coordination, correlates significantly with improved long jump performance in 10 to 11-year-old elementary school students

The  purpose  of  the study. Development of batting equipment adapted to the developmental characteristics of children in elementary schools and portable baseball perch poles, which can be used on dirt and concrete courts. Materials and methods. This study uses qualitative and quantitative research using research and development procedures (Research and Development). a) Needs analysis; (b) Model development planning; (c) Expert validation from media experts and material experts, (d) Small group trials and revisions, and (e) Field trials and revisions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data collection was adjusted to the model stages. The data collection stages were carried out in the early stages, expert tests, limited tests were carried out on small groups of 30 subjects, and field tests (field testing) of 60 subjects from two different elementary schools. In this study a closed form questionnaire was used containing questions accompanied by available answer choices so that students only need to mark the selected answer. The data obtained are grouped into frequency distributions, then the average percentage of group data is sought. Results. The research results from the first material expert validation test obtained an average of 81.94%, and the second material expert obtained 87.5% in the Very Eligible category. The small group test results obtained 90% with very good criteria, and the large group test results obtained 93% with very decent categories. Conclusions. The use of batting media that has been adapted to reduce weight, and the development of perch poles makes movement activities in small ball games more effective and efficient

The  purpose  of  the study. is to see if there\u27s a link between of   male (Amateur and non-amateur) players  college of physical education & sports science Al-Qadisiyah University  functional sports screens (FMS) and upper limb function. Materials and methods. The competition attracted 100 volleyball players ranging in age from 18 to 25 years old. BMI is calculated as 60-75 kg for heights of 170-200 cm. Keep a digital record for later analysis. At least 3 months before to involvement, there is no history of musculoskeletal injury. The seven functional motor evaluation exercise modes (squat, hurdle step, overhead squat action, inline lunge, shoulder flexibility, straight leg elevation test, trunk stability push-up test) are employed as assessment tools for sports injury prevention. Questionnaire for the Assessment of Arm Disability (DASH). This test is used to assess upper limb function. There is a significant Pearson correlation coefficient. p≤0.05 is used to check whether there is a connection between variables. Results. Research results show that high scores for measuring arm injuries are different from performance screening test scores. (r=.178, P=0.01) There is a strong connection between them. Conclusions. Coaches and sports experts seem to believe that choosing the right exam for athletes is crucial

This study aims to study and find out this method is used to obtain information directly from informants regarding "The Contribution of Leg Length and Flexibility of Togok To The Ability Of Volleyball Smash At The White Eagle Club Lueng Ie Aceh Besar 2021. Materials and methods. as for the data collection technique using tests and measurements with 15 athletes (Jimenez et al., 2016). The samples available in this study were 12 athletes due to sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population. Using the total sampling technique because according to (Hendra, n.d.) the total population is less than 100 and the entire population is used as a research sample. Results. the results of the calculation of t count smaller than t table or -3.83<2.178813 . This means that the description shows that the hypothesis that the author formulated is that there is no jointly significant contribution between leg length and togok flexibility on the volleyball smash ability of the Lueng ie 2021 white eagle club athlete Conclusions. There is no significant contribution between leg length and togok flexibility with volleyball smash ability in volleyball athletes at the white eagle club Lueng ie. Aceh Besar 2021

The purpose of the study. Running speed represents a global marker of individual performance and provides a simple method of objective measurement of motor performance for use in clinical and research environments. Speed is most often at relatively short distances at normal or fast pace, using methods of obtaining manual time (e.g., stopwatch) or automated (e.g., photocells). Materials and methods. The sample consisted of 25 students, 12 males and 13 females, all 13 years old and walked a course 20 meters away, we used to obtain the time elapsed the time, and the method by photocells. The agreement was examined using Bland and Altman graphs and linear regression. Results. There are significant and strong differences between the evaluation methods (T =14,205; p<0,001) and there is a significant and strong correlation between the variables (r = 0.902; p<0.001). Conclusions. This study suggests that for measurement in research context or in sports aimed at high yield it is advisable to use photocell, and the use of the timing method for recreational use
