Perencanaan Kampanye “Vitiligo Between Us” Dalam Membangun Kesadaran Generasi Z Jakarta Akan Penyakit Vitiligo
Vitiligo is a skin disease that involves depigmentation of the skin resulting in white patches on the surface of the skin caused by an autoimmune reaction that attacks the skin's pigment cells. External factors that also cause vitiligo include stress, sun exposure, and certain chemicals. The lack of public understanding and awareness of vitiligo causes discrimination against vitiligans by society due to misperceptions and bad stigma. “Vitiligo Between Us” campaign planning consisted of social media campaign as pre-event, seminar as main event, short interview, Instagram video reels competition and recap of campaign activities as post event. The purpose of this work is to plan the "Vitiligo Between Us" campaign program to build public awareness, especially generation Z, about vitiligo. The campaign was designed using the Strategic Planning for Public Relations model by Ronald D. Smith which consists of 4 phases and 9 steps. This campaign planning is expected to build awareness of vitiligo disease among generation Z in Jakarta.
 
Analisis Kesiapan Pedagogis Dan Teknologis Guru Dalam Mengadopsi Ai Sebagai Sarana Pembelajaran Adaptif
The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology increasingly opens up opportunities for the transformation of education towards a more adaptive learning approach. However, the readiness of teachers as the main actors in the education ecosystem is a determining factor in the adoption of this technology, especially in creating adaptive learning. This study aims to measure the level of teacher readiness in utilizing AI as an adaptive learning assistant, focusing on pedagogical, technological, and AI adoption aspects. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to 42 English teachers at the junior high school level in Semarang Regency. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that teachers' pedagogical readiness level was in the high category, while the aspect of teachers' technological readiness was the most significant variable in supporting readiness in adopting AI. Findings from this study also showed that teachers have a general interest in AI with their pedagogical and technological abilities. The researcher of this study suggested significant training and professional development to facilitate teachers in adopting AI in adaptive learning of English subjects effectively and efficiently
The Feasibility Of Diversification Strategies On The Transformation Of Coal Mining Companies Into Mineral Mining Companies In Indonesia
Following the global commitment on net zero emissions during the Paris Agreement in 2016, Indonesia is fulfilling its commitment by focusing their strategy on electric vehicles batteries investment and decreasing the coal-based power generation. One of the company groups in Indonesia that mainly operating on coal starts to look at green minerals that would increase in demand as a diversification strategy. This study aims to investigate which green mineral options that would be the most feasible strategy for the company through decision-making method. Based on the literature review on business strategy and decision-making method decision tree analysis, a questionnaire was distributed across the internal team of the target company that works on the diversification attempt. The respondents were asked on their confidence on the proposed green mineral options. Analysis on the responses shows that there is a strong, if not perfect, relationship between the confidence scores and all the calculated expected monetary values (EMV) of the proposed green minerals. The analysis also shows that the highest EMV compared to other green mineral option, is gold. On this basis, it is recommended for the company to choose gold as their diversification strategy on green minerals. Further research is needed to investigate other factors that has not been covered in this dissertation, or to investigate through other decision-making method
Business Continuity Management BETH3 (Building, Equipment, Technology, Human Resources and 3rd Party) : A Conceptual Framework in Banking Sector
This study analyzes the challenges of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the banking sector, especially conventional commercial banks in facing various operational challenges. BCM serves as a framework to help minimize the impact of disruption on the banking sector in the face of risks such as natural disasters, pandemics, and cyberattacks. The methods used include Business Impact Analysis (BIA), development of recovery strategies, and implementation of sustainable mitigation measures with the implementation of the BETH3™ framework and international standards such as ISO 22301, so as to provide systematic guidance in identifying critical assets and designing integrated mitigation measures, which include building elements, equipment, technology, human resources, and third parties in the bank Conventional. The results of the study show that BCM not only allows the banking sector to survive and adapt to the crisis, but also accelerates operational recovery. With a focus on continuous improvement, the implementation of the BETH3™ framework in BCM can prepare the Bank to face challenges more prepared and adaptive. The need for stronger collaboration with external parties, such as regulators and technology providers, as well as the importance of regular training for employees to ensure readiness to deal with crisis situations. Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar dan Teman Sebaya Terhadap Minat Belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan
Interest has a big influence in the learning process, without interest, students will not be able to learn well. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of learning motivation and peers on the interest in learning Pancasila and Civic Education of students at State Junior High Schools in Ngrampal District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational research type. The population in this study consisted of 1,265 students from two schools, namely State Junior High School 1 Ngrampal and State Junior High School 2 Ngrampal, with a sample of 127 students. The results of this study are that learning motivation influences learning interest with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Peers influence learning interest with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. Learning motivation and peers influence students' learning interest with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and an influence of 51,6% in increasing students' learning interest, so that if students have strong learning motivation and receive peer support, students' learning interest will be high

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Dalam Memecahkan Masalah Di Kelas Vi Sd Negeri 1 Glanggang Pakisaji
The ability to think creatively is the ability to find many possible answers to a problem, where the emphasis is on the quantity, appropriateness, and diversity of answers. Education must equip students with skills that can be used to overcome the problems faced by students. Understanding of self-ability must also be considered so that the characteristics of students' creative thinking ability in solving a problem can be clearly known. The use of problem-based learning can be the right learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills. This study aims to determine the influence of the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model on students' creative thinking ability in solving problems. This study is a quantitative research with a non-equivalent control group design. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Glanggang Pakisaji with the subjects of class VI B as the control class and class VI A as the experimental class. The research instrument consists of teaching modules, creative thinking ability tests, and guidelines for assessing students' creative thinking ability in solving problems. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study show that (1) The PBL learning model has a positive and significant influence on students' creative thinking ability in solving problems. (2) There was a significant difference in students' creative thinking ability in solving problems in the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the average N-Gain test of the control class was 15.77% (ineffective) while the average N-Gain test of the experimental class was 66.44% (quite effective). Students' creative thinking ability in solving problems in the control class was classified as medium (96.16), while in the experimental class it was classified as very high (140.16). (3) The PBL learning model is more effective in improving students' creative thinking skills in solving problems when compared to the conventional learning model. Problem-based-learning can be an alternative learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills in solving problems
Analisis Model Penerimaan Teknologi Mobile Banking Menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (Utaut 2)
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengukuran faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat dan adopsi pengguna terhadap layanan mobile banking Bank Muamalat, terutama Muamalat DIN, dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) yang ditambahkan variabel Perceived Risk. Layanan mobile banking di Indonesia telah mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi digital dan meningkatnya penggunaan smartphone, namun pertumbuhan pengguna Muamalat DIN di cabang Batam masih tergolong rendah dibandingkan jumlah nasabah Bank Muamalat secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 150 responden dan menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam peningkatan minat dan adopsi layanan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioural Intention, sedangkan Behavioural Intention, Facilitating Conditions dan Habit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Adoption. Di sisi lain, Perceived Risk tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioural Intention. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi Bank Muamalat untuk meningkatkan adopsi Muamalat DIN melalui penyempurnaan fitur yang lebih mudah digunakan, strategi pemasaran berbasis pengaruh sosial, serta peningkatan nilai manfaat layanan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literatur penerimaan teknologi, khususnya dalam konteks perbankan syariah di Indonesi
Assessment Of Scientific Reasoning-Communication Skills (Sr-Cs) Test on Work and Energy Concept: Development, Content Validity and Rasch Model Analysis
Studies indicate that scientific reasoning assessments are still rarely integrated as higher-level assessments and new science education standards in school instruction. This study aims to develop a scientific reasoning skills test instrument that is integrated with a scientific communication skills test instrument (SR-CS test) on work and energy concept. This study used the ADDIE procedure. The research procedure consists of five stages including analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating. The initial draft of SR-CS test consisted of 14 multiple choice scientific reasoning skills (SRS) questions and 8 open-ended scientific communication skills (SCS) questions. The results of the expert judgement were analyzed using the content validity index (CVI) and obtained a value of 0,94 (very suitable) for the SRS instrument and 0.97 (very suitable) for the SCS instrument. After being revised based on the expert suggestions, the test instrument was tested on 25 students (15 girls,10 boys) aged 16-17 years. The trial data were analyzed using the Rasch Model to obtained item fit (validity), reliability, distinction level, and difficulty level. The results show that 14 questions of SRS instrument have item validity and 8 questions of SCS instrument have item validity. Besides that, the item reliability of the SRS and SCS test instrument is 0.79 and 0.91, respectively. Meanwhile, the person reliability is 0.82 (SRS) and 0.91 (SCS). Therefore, the SR-CS test is valid and reliable so that it can be used to measure scientific reasoning skills and scientific communication skills of students in further research
Peran Media Audio Visual dalam Pembelajaran Bulutangkis :Systematic Literature Review dan Bibliometric Analysis
Integrasi media audiovisual dalam pendidikan bulutangkis semakin populer karena potensinya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman teknis dan taktis. Namun, sintesis komprehensif tentang tren penelitian dan efektivitasnya masih kurang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, (2) mengevaluasi efektivitas media audiovisual dalam pembelajaran bulutangkis, dan (3) memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pendidik. Pendekatan gabungan SLR dan Bibliometric Analysis diterapkan pada 795 publikasi terindeks Scopus (2013–2024), dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer dan Covidence. Hasil menunjukkan tren positif publikasi, dengan media audiovisual secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan motivasi siswa. Topik utama meliputi waktu reaksi visual dan aplikasi VR, sementara celah dalam interaksi siswa-media teridentifikasi. Penelitian ini menganjurkan integrasi alat audiovisual dalam kurikulum dan menyoroti perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang sinergi psikologis dan teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan hasil pembelajaran
