Systemization of “the Long-term Care Legislation for the Elderly” in China (Part 2)

本稿では、中国における「高齢者の介護法制」の整理を試みた。中央政府が2016年から2024年の間公布した２つの「高齢事業」に関する政府の公文書（政策）に着目し、各公文書の内容を根拠、背景、方針、内容、手段という項目に分け、精査した。各公文書は今まで整理されてこなかったが本稿ではこれらを軸としつつ、介護保障との関係、他の政策との関係、高齢者権益保障法との関係を整理し、国レベルの「高齢者の介護法制」の体系化を試みた。その結果、2016年から介護保障は以前と異なり、独立の分野として徐々に細分化・具体化していくという国レベルの介護法制の特徴が確認できた。そして（上）と同様に、各高齢事業に関する公文書が、立法の意向を示す高齢者権益保障法、党の意向を示す中国共産党中央委員会の公文書、行政の意向を示す各五ヵ年計画を根拠に作成されたという構造が窺えた。This study attempted to systemize the “long-term care legislation for the elderly” in China. Target materials are official documents (policies) on the two “projects for the aged” promulgated by the central government between 2016 and 2024. The contents of each official document are analyzed in detail by dividing them into the following sections: basis, background, principles, contents, and means. Based on the analysis, the study attempted to systemize the “long-term care legislation for the elderly” at the national level by checking these official documents’ relationships with long-term care welfare, other policies, and the Act on the Protection of the Rights for the Elderly. The study showed that unlike before, since 2016 long-term care welfare is gradually subdivided and concretized as an independent field at the national level. The study also showed the same structure as (Part 1) that the official documents on the “projects for the aged” were promulgated on the basis of 1)the Act on the Protection of the Rights for the Elderly, which indicates the intention of the legislation, 2)the official document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which indicates the intention of the Party, and 3)the Five-Year Plans, which indicate the intention of the administration.departmental bulletin pape

Visualizing Gaps in Arithmetic Instruction

本研究は、算数科の授業において、「ずれ」を意識できるような学習環境を整えることによって、個の学びの充実を図っていくことを目的とした。その結果、 （a）「他者との考えのズレ」（b）「予想とのズレ」（c）「感覚とのズレ」（d）「既習事項とのズレ」といった視点で検討を加え、次の4 つの視座を得た。 　第1 に、「ずれ」は子ども自身が埋めることができる可能性がある点である。第2 に、考えを１ つに統合しすぎないということである。第3 に、「ずれ」は、どの子にも生じているものの、その「ずれ」を埋める手立ては、教師だけにあるのではないということである。第4 に、個の学びの充実については伝える側の工夫と聞く側の選択という2 つの手立てがあることである。The purpose of this study is to enhance individual learning in Arithmetic by creating a learning environment in which gaps are visualized. As a result, the following four perspectives were obtained through examination from the viewpoints of（ a） gaps in thinking with others,（ b） gaps in expectations,（ c） gaps in feeling, and（ d） gaps in what is already learned. First, it is possible that children can fill in the gaps themselves. Second, we should not integrate too many ideas into one. Third, because gaps occur in every child, the teacher is not the only one who can fill them. Comparative analysis of the effect of leucine, arginine, and lysine on regulation of protein degradation pathways in mouse skeletal muscle and liver

Amino acids and proteins promote protein synthesis and inhibit protein degradation. We previously reported that among leucine, arginine, and lysine, leucine intake promotes protein synthesis to the greatest extent. However, the amino acids that most effectively suppress protein degradation remained unclear. We therefore investigated the effects of oral administration of these amino acids on the autophagy-lysosome and ubiquitin-proteasome pathways in the gastrocnemius muscle and liver of C57BL/6J mice. We analyzed the same protein-extracted samples used in the previous study. The phosphorylation levels of ULK1, which regulates the initiation phase of the autophagy-lysosome pathway, were increased by leucine intake in both tissues. However, no significant reduction in the LC3B-II/I ratio or ubiquitinated protein levels was observed for any amino acid, and more time may be required to detect such changes. These findings suggest that leucine most effectively suppresses initiation of the autophagy-lysosome pathway. More detailed time-course studies were required to fully evaluate the effects of these amino acids on the overall process of the autophagy-lysosome and ubiquitin-proteasome pathways.アミノ酸やタンパク質はタンパク質合成を促進し、分解を抑制する。以前、我々はロイシン、アルギニン、リジンの中でロイシン摂取が最もタンパク質合成促進作用を示すことを報告した。しかし、最もタンパク質分解抑制作用を示すものは明らかにできていない。そこで、本研究では、いずれかのアミノ酸を摂取させ、マウス腓腹筋と肝臓におけるオートファジー－リソソーム系とユビキチン－プロテアソーム系へ及ぼす効果を解析した。ロイシン摂取によりリン酸化ULK1は、両組織において最も増加し、オートファジー－リソソーム系の開始段階を最も抑制することが示唆された。一方、LC3B-II/I比とユビキチン化タンパク質量の減少はどの群においても認められず、LC3B-II/I比とユビキチン化タンパク質量の変化には、60分以上の時間を要する可能性があり、より詳細な経時的実験が必要であることが推察された。departmental bulletin pape

A Study on Online Tours: Their Potentials and Challenges

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響により，オンラインツアーは急成長を遂げた。しかし，新型コロナウイルス感染症の「5 類感染症」への移行後にもオンラインツアーを楽しむ人々はまだ存在している。筆者はグーグル検索（Google Search）を使用して，運営されているオンラインツアーサイトを探し，2024年5 月の時点で14のサイトの運営を確認した。日本国内と海外の両方のサイトがある。それは，現在でもオンラインツアーを楽しむ人がいることを示しているといえないだろうか。本稿では，これまでのオンラインツアーに関する研究の分類，オンラインツアーのクチコミサイトの分析，筆者自身のオンラインツアー体験を通じて，今後オンラインツアーの発展の可能性があるかどうか，またオンラインツアーを体験するうえでの課題を探る。調査を通じて，オンラインツアー発展の可能性はあると結論づけた。しかし，高価なデバイスが必要などの課題もある。departmental bulletin pape

A Study on VR Awareness among Nagasaki International University Students

本研究では、VR・メタバースに関連してアンケートを実施した結果に基づき、今後の活用に向けた視座を得る事を目的とした。その結果、次の 4 点が明らかになった。第 1 に、VR 体験機会の必要性。第 2 に、学生のVR 機器活用への興味は高く、否定的な意見は少ないことから、今後の可能性が様々にあること。第 3 に、学生はVR 機器活用の対象として娯楽を強くイメージしており、学習用途のイメージは弱いことがあり、学習場面での具体的な活用方法を示す必要があること。第 4 に、VR に関する問題意識に応じた対応を行っていく必要があることである。The objective of this study is to garner insights for prospective applications, informed by the responses to a questionnaire concerning VR and the metaverse. The study yielded four salient points. （1）There is a demand for opportunities to experience VR. （2）Students expressed a strong interest in VR equipment, with minimal negative sentiments, suggesting a range of potential applications in the future. （3）Students predominantly view VR as a medium for entertainment, with a limited understanding of its potential applications in educational settings. This highlights the necessity for demonstrating practical applications of VR in learning scenarios to enhance student awareness and understanding. （4）Addressing studentsʼ concerns regarding issues related to VR is crucial for fostering positive perceptions and leveraging the full potential of VR in educational contexts.departmental bulletin pape

The Current Situation and the Topic of Museum Education under Chinaʼs “Double Reduction” Policy

2021年に施行された「双減」政策は，「学生」の学業負担を軽減し，課外活動を充実させて学校教育を改革することで，「学生」の総合的な教育を支援することを目的としている。「双減」政策の背景の下，博物館は社会教育機関としてさらに注目を集めている。本論では，「双減」政策を背景に，先行研究，博物館教育に関する政策の解釈，事例分析および現地調査を通じて，「双減」政策のモデル地区における「学生」の博物館教育への参加状況や，博学連携の現状を考察した。その結果，「双減」政策の下で博学連携がより緊密になり，「学生」の課外活動を豊かにしただけでなく，総合的な素養と実践能力を効果的に向上させ，「学生」が博物館教育に参加する機会が増加したことを明らかにした。しかし，「双減」政策の実施は，モデル地区だけでは限界があることから，全国的な推進を実現するには，より多くの地域の参加が必要であることが課題であると示した。departmental bulletin pape

A Preliminary Study on Variations in Expression from the Perspective of Register：Focusing on “to omou” (I think) as an Example

本稿は「と思う」という表現に焦点を当て、コーパスを利用していくつかのレジスターにおけるコピュラの有無に関する「ゆれ」の実態を分析した。その結果、「と思う」に関する表現は様々なレジスターで用いられるものの、いくつかの傾向も観察された。「国会会議録」ではコピュラを含む「（こと）だと思う」が多く、「広報誌」と「ブログ」ではコピュラを含まない「（こと）Øと思う」が多い。表現主体（話し手/書き手）を前面に出しやすいレジスターではコピュラを含む表現も用いられやすい傾向があると考えた。This paper focuses on the four expressions related to “と思う (I think that)” and uses corpora to statistically analyze the actual usage variations regarding the presence or absence of the copula. As a result, although these expressions are used across various registers, certain trends were observed. In the “Diet minutes”, expressions including copula are common, while the ones without copula are common in “Newsletter” and “Blogs”. We considered that expressions including the copula tend to be used in registers where the subject of the expression (speaker or writer) is easily brought to the fore.departmental bulletin pape
